Description of Work: Installed laminate in 2 rooms. Had trouble getting them to come out to measure. They wanted me to measure and I was uncomfortable with that. Love the product, but installer was over 4 hours late with no call from the installation people. They mucked up the threshold by taking off our wooden strip and repositioning a laminate strip. It did not cove where the old stip was,and the old wood had been restained. Where they uncovered the wood was lighter, so now it looks like we have 3 different floors in the area where it transitioned from wood to laminate.

Description of Work: I replaced ceramic tile with wood and replaced carpet in other areas. It went very well. Anwar sold the product to me and he was so very knowledgeable, and patient with me. Very gracious and so appreciative of us as a customer. |The installation was scheduled quickly. The workmen showed up when they were supposed to. Worked constantly. I had to leave them here several times while I picked grandchildren up and very comfortable doing so. Jorge and his crew installed the wood.....wonderful men, wonderful job. Very kind, accommodating. The carpet installers worked hard and did a great job as well. I never saw them stop for a break. Very hard working! |Would definitely use All American Flooring and Anwar in the future!
