Structured Foundation Repairs and Roofing Systems

Description of Work: Put in 7 piers to lift the back corner of our garage. Work completed in timely manner, debris was removed and job site was cleaned up. All of the workmen were diligent and polite. We had a hard rain two days after the work and now have several sink holes because fill dirt was loose. Reported the problem and someone is supposed to come add more fill; this has not yet been done. | We called Structured Foundation direct, not through Angie's list; Senior Discount was not available.

Description of Work: They repaired my foundation causing major damage to the inside of my house. They were messy during the work (trash, cigarette butts, microwave left in my yard) and unlike the ad by their owner implies, they cannot be reached when needed.

Description of Work: Everything went as scheduled and they were professional. Only negative was that the crack between our house and garage is still about 2 inches wide. They promised to come back out and take a look and let me know what we could do to fix it, but they never showed or called. Reminded them twice to no avail

Description of Work: Larry Todd with Structured Foundation has been very courteous and punctual in showing up for inspection and following back with the work needed quote. Their prices are reasonable. My foundation repair is scheduled with them in about a week. I have already had an engineer arrive as scheduled to do an initial report.

Description of Work: I got 4 bids for my foundation repair, and Chad Pruitt at Structured Foundation Repair gave the most comprehensive estimate and he took the time to go over all the details, the prices, the 'what to expect', etc. Although the prices were comparable from 3 of the companies, we chose Structured foundation Repair based on Angie's List reviews and Chad's estimate. | |We had them out to lift the garage foundation, we knew shrubs would be dug up and sprinkler systems disrupted - and they were. I knew that any sprinkler issues had to be addressed by the crew that day or it wasn't covered by SFR. Everyone was at the site on time, the digging and the lift went fine. | |Even though I had the crew test the sprinkler system before they left, I didn't think I needed the system to cycle thru all 6 stations since they were only working in 'Zone 1 and Zone 2'. Since the sprinkler system 'worked' for these 2 areas, I let the crew go after signing the documents. | |As it turned out, one of their 'repairs' to the sprinkler pipes was a quick fix that only lasted a few days. After my husband fix that pipe the right way, he discovered that wires for other zones were cut and they were 'patched' back incorrectly and didn't function in all zones. We're still working on getting our sprinkler system functioning with no leaks and service to all zones. | |I would have had to been a sprinkler repair expert to have found these issues while their crew was on-site. Since I am not, I am responsible for these repairs now. | |The lift went great, the gap in the outside wall closed, the crack on the interior wall is completely closed, too. We received engineering reports after the lift, and I have a life time warranty on the piers. I have even suggested to SFR that they give their crew more training on repairing damage associated with their work. | |I would recomment SFR to others, but I would also suggest that you have a sprinkler repair expert available after the lift to ensure you don't encounter the same issues as we had.

Description of Work: They did what they estimated they would do. They did not straighten a brick pillar on front of house although they did rework the piers in the area of the pier. They stated the pillar needed to be taken apart and redone. |The problem I have with evaluating a foundation company within a month after service is additional problems will not show up until months or years later.

Description of Work: Everything was handled very professionally, from the sale to completion. Everyone showed up on time and answered all my questions. The foreman on the job was very capable and ran the job well. The job finished at $2200 over the quote, but I felt it was warranted, and was pleased to get more support under my home, to hopefully prevent problems in the future.

Description of Work: I am buying a new home and had some concerns about the foundation. They were able to schedule me at exactly the day and time I needed with only 2 days notice. Larry was on the curb waiting for me when I arrived. He was personable, yet professional. I had been cautioned, "don't use a foundation repair company, they sell repair and you'll need it". NOT TRUE. I didn't need it and Larry was more than ready to tell me so. And at NO CHARGE. But guess what..... Structured will be the first company I call if I ever do, and I'll totally refer then and Larry any time.
