Structured Foundation Repairs and Roofing Systems

Great. They completed the job in 2 days instead of 3 by bringing in two crews. A big rain was coming and they were trying to secure everything before the storm. Very satisfied

Very professional, straight to the point regarding what they thought the issue was, then proceeded to take measurements throughout the house to confirm their theory on the structural issue. Recommended that I contact a structural engineer to have an assessment done and then work with contractors to perform the actions recommended by the structural engineer to correct the issues that I was having.

Very professional. The tenants had not cleared garage as expected when they arrived and they conveniently rescheduled for the following day even though this messed up their work schedules. They put their customers first! The work was done within one day and they cleaned up well after they completed the job Would highly recommend these guys!

I was worried about the perimeter concrete and its impact on the pier and beam foundation as a whole. The inspector was prompt and professional and immediately explained that what he saw had no impact on the structural integrity and recommended a solution. Instead of leaving right away (since I may have been wasting his time), though, he made a thorough inspection of the house with measurements to determine if there were any other problems. Luckily, no work was needed. I would definitely recommend!

It was a positive experience. I don't really have a comparison for price but I would say it was fair.

They found no problems in the foundation. They were on time, were very professional and took the time to show me how the meter they were using worked. I would hire them again if it ever became necessary.

The crew that did the work was excellent. The sales person was very easy to understand and patient with all of my questions. The follow up was not great, I had to call and remind him to get my repair scheduled, but in the end, my foundation is much better, the crew was fast and efficient - it was incredible to watch them move so fast and in such small spaces. I got three estimates and they were in the middle of the three price-wise. One of the things that sold me is that their crew is all employees - not day laborers or contracted workers. I like that they take care of their team and I believe that leads to a better work product. Don't expect your bushes to survive, the crew is interested in digging holes not figuring out how to save your shrubs - I watched a guy basically cut off the shrub from its roots with a horizontal push of a shovel just a few inches under the soil - I wish I had just moved them myself. Structured does warn you that your plants may not make to be fair, just know that my shrubs in both spots they dug up did not make it because of how that guy basically severed the plant from its roots to get it out of the way - just save some money of having to replace them by digging them up yourself first.

I received multiple quotes and talked with an independent engineering company to arrive at the best solution for repairing our foundation. Each solution was different in scope and impact. Structured Foundation was very patient with my questions and concerns, and worked with me and the engineering company to arrive a plan that would repair our foundation most completely and with minimal disruption / impact. I highly recommend this company, and would recommend them to anyone .

The crew was very professional and came and got the project completed in one day. They cleaned up well and am very satisfied with their services!

While the job was not easy and the day was hot and humid, the crew of at least six men worked almost non-stop for approximately 9 hours hand digging the holes and installing the piers. Several problems were encountered and each time the foreman described the situation and provided me with options as to how to proceed. At the end of the day, the shrubs and pavers were back in place and the dirt was washed away. If I had not taken pictures to evidence how big the holes were and what a huge mess it was, no one would have believed that any work had occurred that day ~ Structured Foundation Repair left my property exactly as they had found it. I could not have been more pleased with their incredible effort and attention to detail.

Very well. The initial visit resulted in measurements, a diagram and a clear description of what was recommended, and the owner was quick to respond to questions I had after that. The later visits, from the engineer, plumber and installation crew went as expected and at the scheduled time. My time was respected, the communication and documentation were clear and useful, and I believe they did what we needed in the way of repairs.

I called them in since an inspection report suspected possible foundation issues. The whole experience was great, starting from scheduling to the actual visit. He came on time, was very professional. I have used them before and sometimes they find issues, sometimes they don't. I never feel like they are out to make a buck. When my clients have used them, they have been wonderful & quick especially since we are normally on a closing timeline. I have had experience with other companies, and they just don't compare.

Engineer arrived on time, did a thorough emanation and assessment of property, gave recommendations and future options for repairs, if/ when needed. Will definitely use them in the future when repairs become necessary.

It went well. Rodney conducted the inspection of my foundation and determined that no repair/mitigation was required. He explained the methods he used to inspect my house and foundation and why no repairs were needed. I appreciate the honesty and will call Structured Foundations again if I suspect any future foundation issues.

I saw several cracks in my brink veneer in multiple locations and thought it may be a foundation issue. I selected Structured Foundation Repair, Inc. based on reviews from Angie's List, which discussed the honesty and integrity of the company. I left an online message for the company and they responded immediately and scheduled an appointment quickly. A structural analyst came out and provided information on all my related foundation concerns about the house. He concluded that is was NOT a foundation issue and that no foundation work was necessary at this time. He could have easily convinced me that work was necessary and could have made a quick sale. Instead, he provided thoughtful responses to my questions, gave me suggestions about proper water drainage/irrigation issues, eased my concerns, and took no money from me. He spent over an hour with me, even knowing in short order that he wasn't going to recommend any work being done. As such, I can completely attest to the honesty and integrity of this Structural Analyst (Bryan) and his company based on this experience. I was refreshingly surprised with good, old-fashioned customer service and honesty. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks and will use them in the future, if necessary. High marks for this company!

I got 3 estimates before getting the work done SFR did the best job looking at the problems, and explaining what was going on and what needed to be done. They also didnt try to sell me services I did not need. They sent a crew out about 10:00 a.m. and they were done by 7:00 pm. Hopefully I wont ever have to have any more work done! but if I do, I'll definitely contact SFR.

He sat down with me and explained what his assessment was and what he would recommend. I appreciate his honesty and expertise. Should we ever have foundation problems in the future, I will definitely call Structured Foundation for my repair.
