Structured Foundation Repairs and Roofing Systems

They did a small job (where many others were not interested). The work was excellent. The employees were courteous and friendly. They cleaned up afterward. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Structured provided a solid plan for fixing my foundation. They came in and completed everything within a day like they said. They were clean and efficient. I had no problems with the actual work. However, there are two things that Structured did not provide. First, I had to reach out to them to figure out how to take care of my foundation now that it was fixed. They did not sit down with me and talk me through how to take care of the work that was just completed. It just felt like they did their job, got paid, and left. Being a first time home owner, I didn't know what to do after they fixed the problem to prevent more problems. Second, they did not use the wheels on my grill to move it. It is an expensive Weber Grill and they ended up bending the one of the sides. I messaged them to see if they could address the issue and they pushed back saying that they had no way to prove it. I am not looking for a quick buck here but at least address the issue and talk to the customer about it. They took over 2 months to get back to me on my concern and even then they just brushed it off. If you are going to do a job at least do it properly without damaging the customer's property. Structured is great for their foundation repair but their customer service is severely lacking. It just seems like they are their to make their money and then leave.

I requested a free foundation inspection and Eric came out and was very good through the whole process. He recommended a plan and I ended up getting some more opinions and some personal issues came up so we did not move forward with any work, but overall I would recommend this company. Eric even called to follow up and see if there was anything else he could do for me once he found out we were not getting any work done.

It went well. A crew of six workers and a manager came when they had scheduled. Watching them work I could see that the crew obviously had done this work many times before. Ditches were dug, Three drains were installed and connected to each other. A round hole was ground into the face of the street curb and tubing was installed in a ditch to take the drainage out into the street. The original grass sod was replaced over the ditch that had been dug out and the job was completed in approximately two hours. It all went smoothly.

As a Realtor, I have recommended Structured Foundation for more than 15 years. While, Structured has greatly expanded their business, they remain true to the way they conduct their business. They are honest, friendly, straight-shooters, responsive, perform well, communicate, and perform in excess of expectations. I believe it starts at the top with Tom Kidd, and continues through all levels of the organization. Top notch! FIVE STAR!

We contacted Structured Foundation Repair and they were able to schedule us for the following week. Rodney from SFR arrived on time & performed a very thorough inspection. He was great and went out of his way to explain what we needed. In the end, we got a bid from another company that was less expensive. If we did not have so many other issues with our home, we would have gone with this company.

The repair went very well. Professional and courteous crew. Finished job in one day and everything was put back where it belonged. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. A+

The result was not perfect, but I realized that the soil the garage is on created additional problems. They did the best that could be done considering the soil, the way the slab was poured, and the age of the structure.

We had our foundation repaired in August 2018 (11 piers - 22' to 24' in depth). We used Structured Foundation Repair. We obtained 3 bids from companies that were referred to us. We checked them all out on the BBB site and Angie's List. We are very pleased with Structured. They had an engineer review their proposal before the work was done and after it was completed (pre and post elevations) along with pre and post plumbing tests. We were pleased with the engineering firm they used too. Structured was not the cheapest, but they appeared to be "on top of their game" and the best (most thorough). Structured's structural analyst, Bryan Portwood, did a great job of explaining the process and answering all of our question. Jose and the crew ("the workers") arrived at about 8:45 a.m. on the day of the job and finished about 5:30 p.m. These guys put in a full days work, excluding a lunch break. They replanted shrubs where needed and cleaned up afterward. Jose explained what they were doing before and during the work and answered all of our questions. Good experience all the way around. Please carefully read the contract/warranty language. There were substantial differences between the other companies' "lifetime" warranties and those of Structured. In fact, one company had language in their contract that limited their exposure to 1/2 of the amount paid. They also had multiple other costs that could be assessed along with a $250 transfer fee to a purchaser ("nickel and dime" stuff, but when combined very expensive) And the firm's warranty to a new purchaser had other limitations. I think a savvy purchaser would deem such a warranty essentially worthless. That's not the case with the Structured Foundation Warranty.

We needed someone to come out and check the foundation after noticing a crack and one interior door sticking. Structured Foundation sent a someone to evaluate the foundation. He assessed the foundation and assured us that it was sound. He then suggested that we have someone check for a plumbing leak or other moisture problem to see if that was the cause. I appreciate their honesty and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if we suspect a foundation issue.

Very professional throughout the process. We were very pleased with each person we dealt with and they took a great deal of time to address our concerns. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. We would definitely use them again.

This review is for Eric Anderson, the structural analyst/sales rep that came to my house. Because of him, Structured Foundation Repair is the only company I will consider for my foundation issues. I've collected bids from 8 different companies and he is the only person (including the independent engineer I've used in the past) that helped me fully understand the type of things I need to consider before doing any foundation work. Everyone else just came in, gave their opinion and tried to sell me their plan. Eric took the time to understand my personal situation, such as how long we plan to live in the house and ways we can maximize the resale value of our home without wasting money in the meantime. It's a relief to know that I no longer have to research companies and collect bids in the future, now that I have Eric's number in my phone.

The team at Structured Foundation took on the job of repairing the foundation of our 1930's build which other companies we contacted wouldn't consider. Hard working team, punctual, honest and friendly. Fair pricing that left us with no surprises or added costs. Results were great, with no damage to the structure. Would definitely recommend this company.

It was a GREAT experience from beginning to end. We had not used this provider in the past, but wanted an assessment of our foundation, and chose Structured Foundation based on Angie's List reviews. Soon after we called an appointment, two reps visited us to inspect the foundation thoroughly and then made detailed recommendations, which they explained in detail. The work was to add four piers to prevent slippage on the west side of our home, (2) remove insulation in the crawl space under the floors, and (3) lift the floor very slightly in a few areas with new shims. The work was done over two days with a hardworking crew of five; Randy was the boss who oversaw the work. Randy listened to and answered all the questions I had, kept us informed about what was going on and was a thorough professional. I'll hire them again for periodic inspections and for any other work that may be necessary (although they guarantee all the work already done). I definitely recommend them. The price was a good value for the critical work they did in such a professional way.

Overall, it was as quick and painless as it could be. The entire job was done within 7 hours, including patching four holes in our concrete, rough-textured patio. The crew offered to either haul away all excess dirt or disperse at our direction. They cleaned up everything before leaving. The best outcome was with our brick pillar, which supports the corner of a large deck. Structured did everything they could (including making a couple of trips to Home Depot) to correct the lean while protecting the deck and the pillar itself. One of the prescribed piers turned out to be unnecessary. The foreman explained that and reduced our bill by $300+. This week, they sent out a plumber to check for leaks and an engineer to check the work. With this kind of work, you can't be sure of the effect for perhaps years. But knowing what I know now, I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service. I called Structured after a lot of research. I wanted a company that would not only be very capable of providing excellent repair, but that also had great moral integrity, and Strictured Founndation Repair did not disappoint. Alex came out and thoroughly and efficiently inspected my home, and also took the time to answer all my questions and explain what sort of things we need to look for that would be signs that my foundation would be in need of repair. I never felt rushed. I don’t know much about foundations, and I could’ve easily been convinced I needed a $5k to $7k repair due to some cracks along the ceiling that I thought were due to a bad foundation. Alex explained the types of cracks I have in my home are normal, and no repair was needed. This is the kind of integrity I look for, and this is why if I am ever in need of foundation repair, I will give Structured Foindation Repair a call again!

Kelly did a through assessment of my home and property, including foundation measurements, and told me all I needed was new gutters. The position of my downspouts are causing my issues. He spent 45 minutes at my house, answered all my questions, and did not charge me a penny!! I can't speak to the quality of his work, since I did not need any work done, but he is a very nice guy and seems very honest. His company does french drains and he said I would just be spending $6,000 on french drains to fix a problem the gutters are causing. I would totally recommend him.

Have used Structured over the years and are very happy with them. They just completed the last corner of my foundation last week. I requested and got my preferred crew. They are professional in every respect, and their cleanup is superb. Can hardly tell anything happened. Robert S. was my crew chief. He has superior communication skills, and he's an overall great guy. Wouldn't use anyone else.

The crew took about a day to install the piers and level the foundation out. They did a great job on cleanup and had minimal impact on the landscaping and did not damage the sprinkling system.

The work was performed in June. Structured Foundation plans to come out to measure the results next spring. We feel good enough about the results that we have started having cracks in the walls repaired. Structured Foundation was recommended by friends who had used their services.

They took all the measurements and informed me that I don't need foundation work, but said what I do need is to deal with a drainage issue on the side of my garage. I was given a no-pressure estimate for a surface drain. Great company, very honest.
