Structured Foundation Repairs and Roofing Systems

They rushed the job. The massive interior and exterior job that was scheduled for two-days was knocked out in one. Our sales guy promised that a couple of my favorite shrubs would be untouched - they were destroyed. Our sales guy also said that half our house would be blocked off with plastic to minimize the dust - that didn't happen. A sprinkler line was cut. Instead of telling me that they were not responsible for any damage, they strung me along for a week, then told me it was not their problem. The concrete they poured wasn't level. Baseboards were dented. I found mud absolutely everywhere. Had they taken care over the two days, it would have been a much better outcome.

It was a perfect experience from the sales consultation the the sign off from the engineer once the work was completed. It could not have been a better experience.

The job went well. Their representative performed an investigation and suggested that I investigate for a plumbing leak. At that time, their representative also stated that no foundation repairs were needed. They got it right! A leak detection plumber found and repaired a plumbing leak in the slab. I also sought recommendations from other companies who suggested immediate and expensive foundation repairs with multiple piers to level the house, before "it gets any worse". However, a licensed professional engineer suggested waiting (about a year and a half) until the soils under the house dried from the plumbing leak before doing any foundation work. I waited for about a year and a half to reinvestigate the foundation as suggested. This time a licensed professional engineer performed the analysis and gave me an official report with the good news that no foundation work is needed! During the selling process they were great. I asked what could go wrong with such a big project and they said we had nothing to worry about - that our house would be easy. However that all changed when the project started. During the project they broke multiple pipes under our house (one in a wall!) and also cut through our pipes to our pool. They caused thousands of dollars in damage - it makes me simply sick. Our house is in worse condition than before they arrived. Not only do they not have insurance to cover any damage they cause, they offered no apology for the damage. In addition, they were dishonest about the damage and claimed it was there before the work - we had 3 other inspectors and foundation companies review/inspect the project prior to them starting the job and all commented that there were no plumbing issues and that under our house was surprisingly dry. I understand that there is risk involved in this kind of work, but I expected honesty and an apology for the damage. Their crew has zero incentive to be careful on your property as they all know that they are not responsible for anything they break. We are very disappointed in our experience with this group - we could never recommend them to anyone.

Very well and, to my surprise, the job took only one day. Their people absolutely knew what they were doing.

The issues were resolved after some follow up. However, Structured Foundation kept with the project until all was resolved to our satisfaction.

During the estimate process (had several companies come out) Structured Foundation was a front runner. Price wise, they were very competitive but what tipped it for me was pointing out some areas to see if my insurance company might cover some of the cost and not requiring payment until after the job was done. Unfortunately the damage was not bad enough for the insurance company and the other's who came out required half the payment before they'd start work. The crew were quick and left my yard better than it started out. Part of the services were an engineer checking the work after the house was lifted as well as a plumber checking for leaks (which I already knew I had)

It went fabulous. Heidi was very accommodating as well as Chris ! Chris explained everything twice to me and was very very patient. The Supervisor was very very professional and there again accommodating ! Plumbers were very efficient and professional. Same with engineers .

Completed the job in one day! Clean up was done after the job was completed!

It went great. Afterwards, the inspector called me and said, "Ma'am. You know the crew did an excellent job on your house, right?" I said, "Absolutely. I noticed." I don't think they could have done a better job. All the seems lined up so that you really had to look hard for imperfections, and they did a great job cleaning up.
