MID-CITIES SERVICE CENTER

We always use Mid-Cities for car repairs -they are honest and professional - we trust them. We had a miscommunication this past time on when we would be able to pick up our car (partially my fault) - they helped us out by giving us a loaner car to use while ours was being repaired. I highly recommend Mid-Cities Service Center.

As always, Bob provides superior service and customer interaction. I have trusted him with the repair of my daughter?s cars on numerous occasions. In fact, when one of my girls was moving to Colorado for school, Bob did the required maintenance and safety checks on her Ford Explorer. When he returned the car to her, he gave her his personal cell and told her if she had any problem with her Explorer, to call him and he would take care of it. I would not trust anyone else with the repair of my vehicles other than Bob and his Mid-Cities Service Center.

My car drives and performs like new. New rear struts, new timing belt, water pump, power steering return hose, new drive belts, flushed my radiator, spark plugs like new (tune up not necessary), transmission fluid clean ( no service necessary), A/C working well (no service required), still good depth on brake pads, rotated my tires, rebalanced and aligned front end. The courtesy wash and clean was quality plus. Best auto repair experinece of my life.

They do good business. They charge a fair price. They get your stuff done when they say they’re going to get done. They’re my go-to guys for auto-service. The owner is always there.

Called to make appointment, referenced error code thrown by car. Discovered error in error told to them and emailed via their website with the correct error code. No reference of email correction when dropping off car. Think it is black hole. Dropped car off in the morning and had a call before noon of the diagnosis. Since their location is half hour away from my office, I had to call to confirm car would be complete before closing time. Invoice showed diagnosis and fee to repair - no details on hourly rate or number of hours. Fee was reasonable. Feedback on inspection of other areas of regular service were listed, fluid levels, brake pad thickness, spark plug and exhaust condition, etc. Nice touch and good chance for them to up-sell service. Overall - very happy with service, facility, communication, and charges. Would go back again.

The mechanics at Mid-Cities were friendly and professional. My car was making noise and they fixed that. I also took my other vehicle to them because I really like how they do business.

It was fine. I thought they were pretty pricey. They were supposed to call me back when they were done and I waited around and finally had to call them. The staff was fine.

I bought the deal on a weekend and was able to schedule it pretty quickly. My wife stated that they informed her of needed maintenance. She said they were very customer service oriented and not trying to make an extra dollar on her. Price of the alignment is cheaper than most other automotive shops. We would definitely use them again.

Things went very well. I was in a bind with a seemingly dead '88 diesel Blazer. They gave me a quote to troubleshoot ($110) and to be ready because it could cost a lot to get to the bottom of the problem. Turns out that my problems were due to a couple of lose connections. For those inclined to take unfair advantage of perfect hindsight; yes, $110 will seem bit steep for tightening a couple of connections (but that is exactly what we agreed to troubleshoot the problem). However, I think it's much more important that they did the minimal work required to solve the problem. Really, my truck was not moving and I need it for work. These guys could have really taken advantage of the situation. They didn't and I'm writing about liking their work. These guys are concerned about their reputation and it shows.

The owner is very personal and understands that car situations can be stressful. He gave us a quote to fix a major problem with our car and then suggested that it may be best to go back to dealer and see if they will give us a discount since the warranty had just ended. It was really nice to have their genuine support.

Very thorough and gave helpful information about items to watch over. Very courteous.

Bob was very professional and always was very prompt with returning phone calls to make sure I was aware of everything going on. He was kind and compassionate and I felt like he treated me like a friend rather than a customer. He has a great warranty on his service and he asked for a follow up visit to re-check my vehicle to make sure everything was still doing good. I would recommend others to go here because I trust the work he is doing. Thanks for a great experience Bob!

They were great to deal with, very professional, prompt and it appears they did good work as I haven't had that issue again. Just thought that $125 to diagnose what I'd already had diagnosed and brought into them was high, and $159 to download updated software onto the car's computer may be a great price, but it was a lot of money to me.

We are very happy with the work and will be taking our other car soon.

had my daughter take the car in for an alignment and oil change. After checking it out it was determined that the car didn't need the alignment. They changed the oil. My daughter said the people there are very friendly and helpful. We will use them again.

After the first repair another problem occured but Ron had my car towed back to the shop, repaired and returned home. I'm very pleased and will recommend to friends and family.
