My air conditioning was not working properly, I scheduled an appointment with Mid Cities Service Center. They identified the root cause of the problem, a electrical / computer problem completed the repairs as promised. They provided timely updates and completed the service as promised.

The whole process went very well. The owner, Mr. Parra, even came and picked me up at my house when my car was done because I had no way to get back to the shop. My car is running great--much better than it has in awhile. I can really tell the difference in how it runs after they serviced it. We took the car on a 3,000 mile road trip to Yellowstone National Park, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana and my little subaru "ran like a top" the whole trip. It handled the 7,500 ft. altitude without bogging down or any hesitation whatsoever. Mid Cities Service Center did a great job.

Been using Mid-Cities for a year. Bought a used car a year ago. Mid-Cities was recommended by another service company. They went over the car and recommended work to be done. Since the vehicle was a 2003 model with about 90K miles, the work was done. Tam and Ron are great to work with! This last week I noticed a grinding noise when I applied the brakes hard. Called them on Friday and said I would bring the car in on Monday. They took me right away and in less than 3 hours, the brakes were replaced. Can't imagine taking the car anywhere else for service. The are excellent explaining what work needs to be done and make herculean efforts to make the work affordable.

Took my car for a oil change and to have it looked out before I drove to the north east. They look my car over and found I need my brakes done. Having that done today. No pressure to get done NOW. Gave me a quote and explained what they had found on my car. They treated me like I had brain and with respect. i feel the price was good too.

The work was completed as described and my thermostat issue was resolved. They quoted me 1 hour of labor for the thermostat but it ended up taking them 2 1/2 hours. They still only charged me for the one, which was appreciated. I intend to take my truck back in a month or two to complete another round of maintenance items.

My experience was very good with them again. I have been going there for a while.

They were amazing from the estimate all the way through till it was done. They kept me informed along the way what was going on and they went above and beyond to do a few little extras without charging me for extra labor. They were courteous, professional, and extremely fast. My car runs great and that's saying a lot considering it is 15 years old!

They are honest and the mechanics over there are fine. They aren?t necessarily the cheapest but they did the job right, the first time.

Mid cities did a great job and at a fair price. They used quality repair parts. The dealer wanted $3500 for the a/c repair and Mid Cities did the same job for $1500. The people are very professional and thorough and they know their business. I did not have a repair center for my car, but I do now. I will be back

I thought they were very honest and competent.

My son's Civic failed 2 state inspections (at another facility). Ron, the service manager, explained what work needed to be performed and gave me options to get the car back on the road. Once they fixed it, he had it inspected at another station for me so I wouldn't have to take care of that also. I used the Angie's List coupon, although, I felt guilty about it since they did such a good job. The quality, service and communication were terrific. They were extremely busy. A good sign for a quality repair shop which I will take all my vehicles to. Thanks, Ron and crew.

However they still charged me for an hour of looking at the car.

They've very personable and do great work. They're great with diagnostics and fixing the problem.

They did a diagnostic to see why the light was on. They replaced the secondary air injection hose, cleared the codes, and did a road test. They are excellent and very honest. They provide transportation if needed. We've used them for a few years now and will continue to do so.
