I love this professional company and people who helped me figure out and complete my projects beautifully. I love the dedication and excellent communication between Oscar and myself.

Painters arrived with no paint or brushes. Left large and small areas unpainted. Used bare minimum single cost on outside instead of agreed upon two or more. Continued excuses didn't satisfy. Never ever use these folks. They are a rip-off

They were on time. Did a beautiful job and finished when they promised. They were a little pricey, but in retrospect, good work is not cheap and their work was excellent. They also used a very high quality paint.

After reading the glowing reviews, I hired them to paint inside and out, trim, walls, woodwork, etc. First day sub contractors arrived without brushes, paintguards, tape, protective floorcovering, and NO PAINT. Paint arrived late in the afternoon. Still none of the tools you expect of professionals. I noted it and noted it and voiced it. Never changed. Following week they arrived-exterior- same story- NO PAINT, no tools, no pressure washer. Supervisor of the subs tried a BS line of they don't have to pressure wash. Contract was very specific about taping and masking to a 45, protective floor covering, paintguards, pressure washing exterior, caulking and filling in places inside and out. I talked with George Ornelas who owns the franchise and he offered to knock off 50 bucks. Attention to detail was miserable. Interior- where baseboard meets carpet you normally use a paintguard or putty spreader to get down to the base of the base board- not these folks- I had a two tone basebord. Forgot to paint door edges and last inch at top and bottom, forgot to paint window sill, exterior- had to argue that they shot the elastomeric too thin and was told they had to do a second coat it would be on me to buy 400.00 worth of paint. I am still finding places they missed, deliberately skipped or just could not see. Next time, I hire a true professional and not these rank amateurs. And I did complain but their answer was that I had signed their form. Warranty? what warranty when you miss or light coat areas?

Quality overall exterior paint job. Cleanup and on site supervision during the project could have been better.

Genesis was able to provide a very comprehensive estimate during her first visit to my house. She also provided a very accurate estimate of the project duration. Angel and his crew were very professional and thorough, and Angel always checked with me to see if I had any additional needs during the job.

Overall pleased with the work done, but they failed to match the paint to existing paint that I only wanted to be touched up and I wound up having to paint the whole area.

This is a professional company. Genesis met with me 3 times before the home exterior work began. Her professionalism, patience and availability was impeccable. The painters were on time and finished ahead of time. The clean up was excellent. The work quality is well worth the investment. I will definitely hire this company again.

Did a bad job at my house!

This was the worst paint job ever done. They promised to contact me the next day to have a different crew to fix the paint job, but never called back. I would recommend that no one ever hire them for a job!
