A&O Texas Solutions

The crew was very professional and took care in there workmanship. I have a huge back yard with an added enclosure/cover for the pool equipment. My fence was up in no time and looks great. The enclosure/cover looks like part of the fence you can't even tell it's there. I'm very pleased with the outcome of this project and the cost estimate was about the same as others I had received. I went with A&O because the wood for the fence was already stained and I had already seen some of the work around the neighborhood.

Ernesto was our point of contact and, of the four contractors we got quotes from, the easiest to get in touch with and explain what our options were. Where others added things to the estimate that we didn't necessarily want, A&O listed them out separately so we could say yes or no to things like a pre-dip stain, for example. The first quote was very close to what the competition was but he was able to beat them, and once I got my ducks in a row they were able to come out and remove my old fence and build the new one in no time. Initial estimate said "remove the old on Monday, let concrete set Tuesday, build Wednesday" but they actually came out Tuesday and started building, and then finished Wednesday (not sure if that means Tuesday was actually already booked and then they found an opening or that the weather forecast changed or if they just wanted to hedge a little, but they promised a fence on Wednesday and that's what we got, so expectations were set and then met). It hasn't been up long so I can't comment on its longevity, but it looks great and I haven't noticed any flaws so far. I'll update the review if I do. Pros: best price, quick work, seemed to actually care about getting my business compared to other contractors, quality work, and they didn't leave a bunch of trash around like other contractors I've had Cons: emails were sent to the wrong address because of my bad handwriting (which is on me) but it happened a few times before it got fixed.

The fence is completely uneven, crooked. They, Alan said they could install the fence and put it up just the way is was and then after hiring them and putting the fence up he said he could not, There are gaps in the fence, the back gate has a gap, does not close properly and is uneven, the wood is cracking its 6 inches off the ground in places, so animals can crawl under. Its awful, they will not take any responsibility, I have tried to call the owner and he will not call me back, I advise do not hire them.

The installers aka builders of the fence are awesome and do a excellent job.

Working with Alan as a single point of contact simplified everything from start to finish. He was always responsive and followed through on what he said he'd do. The pricing for the excellent quality work they do I found to be very competitive. There were no corners cut and several pieces, large pieces, needed to be fabricated and fit perfectly. So from beginning of sale until end of job completion I had a great experience with A&O Fencing. I am also in sales and felt I was treated as if I were selling one of my customers. Alan does a great job of communicating and staying in touch.

Fast and great work

Excellent job and they worked very fast. I have never seen a section of fence installed so quickly before. They were priced right in the middle of all the bids and we are very glad we went with A&O Texas Solutions.

Both crews went about their business and completed the job timely and proficient. Received immediate compliments and request for name of company. Job well done.

Did a fast job of removing the old fence and installing the new one. The gates keep sticking and the latches need to be replaced every couple months though. I would say to buy your own latch for them to use if you can

I had a privacy fence installed and I discussed the aspects of the job with Alan prior to installation. None of these specifics were followed in the installation and although I have attempted contact after payment I have been ignored completely. I would suggest that if you hire these people do not pay until you are completely satisfied and have inspected all of the work because after you pay you will not exist.

Fernando and his team did an awesome job, also Alan who set everything up. I would recommend this company to anyone. Lloyd and Felicia Eldridge
