I would say the work crew and the sales man were very helpful. The sales guy worked with me and got the price to one I could afford. They did a great job. The install and take out team were absolutely amazing. I'm very very pleased. They were off the charts good and worked like a well oiled machine.

The salesman, Alan, and the head of the workcrew, Oscar were very nice and always answered my questions. When I needed them to come out to remeasure Alan did it with no hesitation. All of these men have great PR and I will be more than glad to refer them for fencing. My fence looks wonderful and they hauled off all of the old fencing the 1st day. My house and yard looks 100% better and makes me so proud. Thank you so much Alan and Oscar.

Excellent, experienced, professional workers able to take down old and build new fence in less than a day. Outstanding results caused numerous drivebys to slow and admire the handiwork and write down the phone number. Minor problems were quickly resolved and the price was unbeatable - theirs was not the lowest or high after obtaining 11 different quotes.

They performed the work on time and with high quality. Their bid proposal was thorough and professional. Their price was significantly better than other bids I obtained. There was one issue at the end that they addressed promptly upon notification. I recommend them highly.

My husband and I recently changed our fense in our home. I received about 6 different estimates to ensure I was getting a good deal. Since Alan arrived from A&O Texas Solutions he was polite and professional. From then on the expierience got even better! Their workers arrived and removed the old fense and started putting the new fence right away! The whole job took two days and our fense looks great! I got my board on board 7 ft fence with a colored stain I wanted!! Thank you A&O for the awesome work provided!!

A&O Solutions did an excellent job of installing a new 8 foot wood gate at my home. The workers were very fast, friendly, and knew exactly how to make it wide enough for my riding mower... 61 inches. The paint job was perfect. I really would recommend them. The hinges are installed well and the gate is very sturdy. They get it right the first time! OG Robinson-Johnson

The crew was all business during the installation.

Pros: Alan was helpful and knowledgeable, and he has a good crew. The work was done in 2 phases: concrete pour and pole setting on the first day, plank assembly the second day. The crew was friendly and hardworking. Cons: there are other reviews where lack of communication is mentioned. Unfortunately, I experienced the same problem. Good people, don't get me wrong, but their intentions aren't always communicated. After the first day, the crew left without saying anything, and there was no follow up on when they were returning. This is big for me, because I sleep during the day and work at night, so planning ahead is important. I had to call to get them to return the next day. Otherwise, they didn't seem to intend on doing so. They also failed to completely clear my driveway of debris and screws upon leaving. Luckily, due to a previous experience with another contractor, I checked and removed some screws, washers, and part of a PVC pipe before driving my vehicle over it. Lastly, they put signs on the fence to advertise their business. I respect that, but it looked unattractive on the finished product. I removed the signs, but they hadn't stained the fence underneath, so there's untreated patches of fence where the signs were. Overall, good job, but the details were missed. I would recommend them, hoping that they improve on their mistakes moving forward.

Alan was very professional and his team kept me up on progress during the project and finished in a timely manner. I got 5 quotes and their prices were very competitive. The reason I choose Alan is because he seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of options to choose from that worked with my budget. I m very pleased with the outcome, would definitely recommend.

Alan came out and gave us a bid and got us set up for the following week. His crew came out first thing on Monday and installed the poles and tore out the fence gate that was improperly installed by former owner. Our agreement was to have them back two days later to allow the posts to set properly. They arrived late in the day on Wednesday and completed that afternoon. My ground surface was not level and they cut pieces as needed to look finished. They cleaned up as they did their work and were very pleasant to deal with. We had several out of town guests coming in starting Thursday and they committed to having it done for thursday and in fact did what they promised. I would strongly recommend them if any of my friends needed fence work done!! A very satisfied customer. Larry Sauter
