Sometime back our our guest house flooded from heavy rains. S & H Distributing did a superb job of quickly accessing the damage, they completed the job in only 48 hours. I never had to go to their closest store in Flower Mound's, Stacy Furniture Outlet. It was awesome...they came to my home, hours after my call! It was a stressful time for my household and this family operated business seemed to understand that. I will continue to use them for all my flooring needs! I give them an A++++ !

I contacted S and H carpet they sent someone out to measure but was unsure if job could be done with no seams , there was carpet already on that I purchased 8 years ago and there were no seams, but he was still unsure about wrapped steps and said he would speak with someone at office, so we wrote order out The salesman called the next day and said they were not sure about installation but could send installer out the following Monday I agreed. Monday came and I left work early to be available they said it would be 3:30 so after waiting for 15 minutes I called the salesman he was trying to find out what the problem was ,he proceeded to tell me that the carpet layer took a job quite a distance away so not even getting a courtesy call I was upset and told them to send someone out he called back and said somone woujld be there between 4:30 and 5 I agreed I waited again until after 5 and called back and he again tried to find the problem , than I was told the other person was more than 1.5 - 2 hours away yet, I than asked to speak with the owner they were not there but the daughter told him to just cancel my order. This to me is disrespectful to me and my time the attitude is not becoming to a business and she needs to take lessons in customer courtesy

I worked with Trey from S and H and he was very helpful and accommodating. Always ready to answer questions (and I had a lot of them). He worked with me over a couple of weeks as I changed my mind several times. He never tried to pressure me to go in any one direction and just let me take my time to decide. Thanks for your patience Trey! The 2 rooms we installed the wood in were different heights and floor surfaces. S and H had to first bring the concrete addition floor up about 1.5 inches so that it would be level with the other floor. Their installer, Israel did a kick butt job! We were very please with his knowledge and skill set. It took 2 days to do the leveling as different 'float' products dried and on day three the wood went in. Once again, Israel and his crew did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with the finished product. They cleaned up after themselves and were kind, considerate and polite the entire time they were in my home. They carefully moved items such as the refrigerator and trash compacter while doing the wood install so as not to damage the floor. I appreciate all the effort that went into making this install go so smoothly. These guys work hard! Thanks Israel! S and H gave us a fair price on the product and installation and I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for some new flooring. Our new floors are gorgeous! Thanks S and H!

Company was very responsive. Placed order on a Saturday and they where there the following Monday to start work. Crew was very messy and made the saw cuts inside the house blanketing everything in a thick layer of dust. Did a good job installing the flooring, but it is important to inspect their work closely as there were certain things they would try to get away with. Dissapointed with the installation of the quarter round. The crew appeared rushed and got sloppy with their cuts and I have had to reattach several pieces to the wall. Also I never seen or spoke to the supervisor once through the entire process. However, if you are willing to put up with a huge mess and minor fixes, you can not beat the price.

I did not do much there. I would consider going back there in the future.

Representative came out and measured for porcelain tile and engineered wood flooring. She was prompt and thorough. Of the three estimates I received, hers was the most detailed, which I greatly appreciated. The price, though, was over $2000 more than the next highest estimate. For that reason, we did not use this vendor.

We were replacing our carpet with hand scraped laminte flooring in our formal dining and living areas, and our main family room (about 1,000 sq ft total). We priced quiet a few places, but Sand H were by far the cheapest. I searched for reviews because it made me nervous they they were that cheap ($1,000 cheaper than our next lowest bid). I only found one, and they were not that happy with their service. We decided to go ahead and take a chance since that was all we could find. They install with next day service so once we made the final decision, they came the next day. They arrived on time, but we had one small kink. They arrived with the wrong flooring which caused a one day delay. The warehouse wasn't open to get the correct flooring because it was a Saturday. They removed the carpet and prepped the floors on Saturday, then came back to finish on Monday. It was a small bump. Nothing major. The guys who came to do the work were very polite, on time, worked hard, and finished quickly. They were finished by 5p on Monday. The floors are beautiful and we're very happy!

S and H subcontracted Israel Rodriguez to do the work. For starters the floor isn't level, there's grout on top of the marble that wasn't wiped clean, there were areas that weren't grouted at all, and I paid a lot of money for this work. I feel like I was totally ripped off.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY TIMELY AND EFFICIENT. DID NOT WASTE TIME, BUT MADE SURE THAT THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT. CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE.
