I called Kevin looking to get a quote on troubleshooting a speaker install at my house. Though he was busy, he was incredibly nice and took 20 minutes to talk me through potential issues WITHOUT EVEN CHARGING ME. Rarely do you get that kind of courtesy from a company, but I am very grateful for his willingness to help, and I was able to fix the problem on my own. THANK YOU!!

Very fast response, very fast service, went very good, corrected things we did not even know was wrong, very good pricing on new equipment. Will definitely use Kevin next time we need service or new equipment.

Kevin did great work for us and solved a tough problem during installation. My one-story house is vaulted by our fireplace and did not have access to our attic, which is preferable for this kind of job. Other options included hot wiring in our Livingroom wall or putting in a bridge. We chose the latter because hot wiring would've torn up a lot of drywall that Kevin wouldn't have been able to patch up until a few weeks later. The outcome turned out to be a perfect solution, and the installation looks great with no visible wires or chords. I called Kevin a couple of days before Christmas to schedule, and even though he had planned some vacation, he came over the next morning to do the job since we happened to be close by. I chose him because his description indicated he could do it all. No crews, or sub-contractors for the electrical. We would definitely recommend him to friends, family, and users of Angie's List.

Went well. Remote was damaged by our puppy. He already had our program stored and he easily beat the price of the home theater stores in the area and they wanted $200 to program it. The s/w for this is given to vendors, installers etc but not made available to the home owner. That is another issue and not related to work done here. He showed up with new remote, had it programmed and tested in about 30 minutes. Well satisfied.

I will highly recommend them. He made contact, came out and gave the bid first. The first interaction for the ballpark bid was over the phone then he came out. He came on the day he said he was going to come. Most of the days he worked, he was thorough and cleaned everything in detail and made me options. The cameras are functioning fine.

I had been going back with Kevin for a number of weeks during the proposal process (including an onsite visit), and once we had agreed upon the work, I unfortunately had to put the project on hold for a bit until we were ready to move forward. Kevin honored his price when we finally started the work. He showed up on time on the day of install, and got right to work. He asked me questions as needed throughout the day, and didn't mind that I was asking him a lot of questions as he was setting things up. We ran into a few "snags" (due to the layout of my house) but Kevin was able to quickly figure out a workaround. I was extremely happy with the final product and I would definitely use him again in the future (I already have a second project I am thinking about). Kevin is also very knowledgeable about various A/V and Home theater equipment, and he was willing to answer the numerous questions about what I should buy. When I wanted to use some of my existing equipment as a part of the install, he was not pushy about me upgrading everything, but he did explain to me the various pros and cons of going down various paths. I didn't mention price yet, but I can tell you that he is extremely competitive on that front. I think you would be hard pressed to find a better deal with someone that is actually very knowledgeable and does good work.

The experience was great. Kevin came out to provide a free estimate the week before the work was done. He was then able to accommodate my schedule to do the work. When he arrived the work was done very quickly and professionally. After he was over he cleaned everything and put it back the way he found it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Kevin did a great job for me. He was quick, carefully explained all of my options on a Home Theater Stereo Install using a bunch of equipment I pulled out of my last house. He ran wires, programed remote's, and gave me advice on set up for future expansion. Also helped me determine if running cable into another room in my house was feasible. I am planning to use him again for a home security system camera install.

He is very detailed and his work is very "neat," cleaning up after himself as he works. His work is thoroughly performed, ensuring we were satisfied every step of the way. I found Wired 4 Sound & Video on Angie's List. I felt the quoted price was quite reasonable. He was very personable and knew what he was doing. The quote was quite reasonable. I had gotten from another company that went out of business, but Wired 4 Sound was about $5000 less. He has been calling me every 8 or 9 days to check in while we wait for the house to close. He was a little bit late on the first day because he was tied up somewhere else. UPDATE - Kevin did the full install of my home theater and camera security system. He also installed a whole house audio system which works very well. I have no complaints at all. I would and will use him again if needed.
