Very attentive and accomodating to our special concerns and needs. Maria also did a very good job of supervising her team so that the work was completed thoroughly and quickly. We liked her positive attitude and will be using her regularly now.

Sonia is very professional and kind. We love Jesus and it warmed our hearts to know that she did, too. She did more for our home than we asked her to for the same price. Her employees are just as kid as she is and just as professional. The last time they cleaned our house, my whole family was sick in bed. We woke up late and had a late breakfast because of it. Lucy had already cleaned the kitchen and washed the dishes, but she washed them again before she left since we had to eat breakfast. Also, she didn't know we had carpet fresh, so she vacuumed without it. When I showed it to her, she graciously vacuumed again. They're great!

A "deep cleaning" was suggested by Laura, with followup monthly service (as we requested). Laura came out herself to oversee the beginning of the job. We are extremely happy with the results. We do plan on having the monthly service. We also just called to request information on "ironing service". Our days just get too full to catch up on everything we must do to keep up to date. At one point, after they had cleaned my house, I noticed a new deep gash in our hardwood floors. I immediately called to discuss the matter. It took a considerable amount of time for anyone to get back to me. When I explained the situation, Sonya said that she would come to look at the scratch. The next time they came, I asked one of the employees about the scratch. He admitted that he did it. Then, Sonya told me that it was clearly an old scratch and that no, the employee said he did not do it. She eventually agreed to pay for half of the repairs. When I pursued that, she cut off all contact with me.

I was called immediately. Very friendly, competitive, and professional. I loved the fact she really wanted. My business. The deep cleaning I received was great.

The apartment was clean and the contractor came at the time she/he said they would come. Much appreciated.
