Truck breakdown put the movers an hr. late. But they worked quickly and were professional. We moved a 3 bedroom 2 bath home and they said it would take at least 5 hrs. We were able to complete it in 3.

Got delayed in the morning but from there on put all the effort and clean job. Would certainly recommend and use again if a chance arises.

On time. Move took longer than hoped but the guys all worked very fast and hat to protect equipment.

Very smooth. The guys were careful, secured everything, and took care of getting all furniture in place correctly as requested.

Excellent. The team was punctual, courteous, and very careful with furniture and walls.

The movers showed up promptly and finished the job in less than the estimated amount of time. They had to get very creative to get some of our large furniture pieces down the stairs. It was pretty amazing watching them work!

Wonderful experience, if you can ever say that about moving... Firstly, the office staff was incredibly patient and helpful with us since we must have pushed our move back at least 4 or 5 times due to closing issues. When we finally closed and were ready to go they worked our move in on the exact day we wanted. On the day of the move they were prompt and immediately went to work. We packed a separate moving truck while they packed their truck and were able to get the move completed within 4 1/2 hours. The movers get pricey after the promotional period so I was pleased how efficiently they worked and only ended up paying an additional $150ish plus tip for the guys. My friend came over that night and complained how her last move, from a smaller place, cost nearly $1000. The move is well worth the price, the manager who directs and assists the movers is amazing at navigating furniture through tight spaces and the service is well worth the money! I would definitely recommend this company and their movers!

The move went very well. We've had numerous moves in the last 25 years and not one has gone smoothly. This moving company broke our bad luck. They were easy to work with on the phone and computer. We needed to schedule our move in less than a month from when we purchased the deal and they had numerous dates for us to chose from. They sent confirmation the day before the move and we received a call prior to the movers arrival that they were en route. Our three movers were extremely professional, courteous, and careful with our furniture. They worked at times like a well oiled machine, with 2 men carrying a piece and the third helping give directions on movement. I had a few last minute pieces to move that I had not accounted for and they were very willing to go above and beyond.

They were on time both days. They were professional, courteous and worked fast and hard the entire time. I will use them again.

Other than gas fee that was not mentioned on Angie's List, it was good professional service.

They did great. I complained that they did not bother to clean the mattress handle so I showed it to the lady who helped me unpacked and to call them. I called them and they told me to get an estimate and then the owner offered me $25 but who will come for $25 to clean it? The workers were good but and the lady who helped me was very nice.

We have used them twice and they are really good. They were prompt and they were very careful about the furniture. They told me the price upfront and it was what they told it would be.

Everything went well, and I was happy with it. They came as they were scheduled, and they completed the move within the time we wanted. I didn't not pay anything additional, and there were no unexpected issues. Their moving truck was unmarked.

It went well. I like the fact it was relatively cheap and they were professional. I dislike the fact the ad didn't include the price of a fuel charge and a one way fee for driving out to my apartment. I still got off cheaper overall.

The 3 man crew that moved me was absolutely wonderful. They were very professional when going over the contract with me, ensuring that I knew everything that I would be getting and how the process worked. They charged me a half hour more than they should when they were just sitting around. They were good guys, nice people, nice to work with.

First I had a packer come to pack up all the glassware in the kitchen. Mary was great and actually came earlier than the estimated time. She did a GREAT job packing everything and nothing was broken in the move!!! I was given a 2 hour window (12pm to 2pm) for the actual movers to come pick up all the boxes and furniture. That's when the problem started. Apparently the company over booked and the movers could not get there on time because of other jobs. The company tried to be accommodating and sent a 2-man crew but they didn't show up until 4pm (had another job to complete). The guys were great and started moving fast. The original 3-man crew didn't show up until 5pm (also had another job to complete). The move didn't finish until 9:30pm. Under normal circumstances I would be OK with that, but I have 2 young children and I had to make arrangements for them. We were planning to spend that night in the new house but couldn't because of the delay. The company needs to do a better job of estimating and not book so many jobs in one day. Overall I was happy with the crew who moved us, not so much with the company!

Overall the move experience was decent. Pre move I was sold on wrightway after talking to Tanya. She left me feeling that this would be a very professional company and move. I was quoted between 200-300 dollars. An experienced mover (I believe Bryan, been with the company 18+ years at least that is what Tanya told me), with two helpers and a truck showed up on time. They dressed a little grungy, but they are moving, so after a few minutes I got over that and for the majority they were very friendly and this more than made up for the initial appearance of the movers and the truck. I was presented some information about the move, how we would pay etc. They took down furniture and and loaded up our stuff. They did a fairly decent job here. I bought them lunch and two of them accepted the offer. As the move drug on and on, we could quickly tell this was going to way exceed the estimate on the phone. This is really an issue of communication however, I think that they could do a better job setting expectations in regards to move time or have offered to come out to provide a better estimate. We have a lot of stuff though. Some of the last items loaded were a portable air conditioner ($300) and a hepa air filter ($200). This is important for later. They traveled from downtown Plano to Sachse. I had them unload almost everything but the large pieces of furniture in the garage to reduce the time, as we were at about 4 hours already. We ordered some pizza for them, fed them, checked the back of the truck and signed the paperwork. All was good or so I thought. I didn't get to tip them as much as I would have liked, due to the fact that we had planned on a bill of 200-300 dollars and were provided with a final of 500+. The guys did a great job however. We had their move clean out service scheduled for the same day per the advice of the phone rep. This was a bad idea for us in retrospect, because we had a lot of "little stuff" that needed to be thrown away before the move out clean could be completed. We had to reschedule with the cleaner and pay an additional trip charge. This could have been avoided if any mention of what was expected before the cleaners showed up was given. A week later the clean was handled and the cleaner did a very great job. We paid no additional money for a move out clean to our apartment complex. As we started unpacking, we found that one box full of glass things had been shattered, including cooking pans and several nice drinking glasses. We had about 6 boxes full of glass and only one was broken, almost everything in it was broken however. I think we must have done a decent enough job of packing the glasses for the other 5 boxes full to survive without any issue, but it could have been many factors that caused this. There is no use in filing a claim on the glass, so we just dropped that. After we finished unpacking all boxes, we noticed that our air conditioner and hepa air filter unit were no where to be found. We spent a considerable amount of time searching, everywhere just to be sure before proceeding to file a claim on the .60 cent a pound insurance. We contacted Tanya and requested to file a claim regarding the two missing items. (We left the glass out of it due to how we were not sure if it was us or them that had caused the breakage). We filled out a form and I sent them a link to the HEPA filter for sale as well as a copy of my receipt for the Air Conditioner. We were told we would have to wait for up to 90 days for a response. (I now think that this is due to them trying to expire your options to request charge backs). After about 30 days, I received a nice detailed letter on company letterhead saying that the movers remembered the items in question and they had left them in our garage. I was very disappointed by this response. I of course looked everywhere before even contacting them, and to have to wait a month to be told to check exactly where we put almost everything they unloaded? I've responded with two e-mails to the letter, and had no response from Eric. At this point it doesn't even look like they are going to attempt to pay out on the .60 a pound policy. My advice to any readers, look for a moving company that will provide full coverage for any items missing or damage, and read up on reviews dealing with their claims. Or factor in the cost of loosing some very valuable things when trying to "save" with a company such as wright way. Also have the movers give you an actual quote on the price and not an estimate based on what you are moving. (Wrightway out of pocket cost) $545 + (Damaged Glass) $100+ (Missing HEPA Air Filtration Unit) $225 + (Missing Air Conditioner) $340.00 = $1,210.00 vs a quoted ($200-$300). At the least, Eric and Wrightway moving have taught me to be a lot more cautious than just trusting their online reviews (They make you fill out a paper one when they are finishing up the move for Angie's list. I of course had good marks for them then.)

Francisco's team was great. They had to move me out of a fourth-floor apartment, with stair-access only and limited access to the parking lot, and move me across town. There was no damage, and they finished everything efficiently and professionally. I would definitely use this company again the next time I move.

Scheduled for 3 hours beginning at 9. They called shortly after 9 to say they'd be there in 5 minutes, and did arrive by 9:15. Was scheduled for 2 men but 3 showed up and he told me right away that that was because they had another job after, and that it would not affect my price. They quickly got to work and were packed within and hour, and unpacked another hour later. They needed a $15 fuel charge in cash, or I could have paid by credit card and been charged an additional $5 for using a credit card. Had to run to a nearby CVS to get some cash. They were paid and driving away by 11:30, so had an hour of free time. Overall, everything went well. No broken or scratched furniture, and so far contents of boxes are fine.

All of the guys were unbelievable. Jose, who was the lead guy (and translator) was a great worker in addition to communicating with his crew (Victor (aka "Wreck it Ralph") and Angel). The guys went above and beyond and got us moved and into the new house successfully. Their strength and abilities were amazing and they worked until 9pm to get us into our new home. Highly recommended!!!

It was very fast. They moved very efficiently, however, they were late and I ended up calling the company to find out was going on. When I moved these to my house, everything was basically stored for a while. I'm starting to unpack slowly and I did find damages to like my bedroom set.
