They did about a four hour + move with the coupon from Angie's List. They did a much better job than the company for my last move and for a better price.

Frank and his crew were fantastic. Courteous, accommodating, careful, quick, and kind. It rained all day and I was their fourth move of the day but they never complained. They arrived on time and finished early.

All went well, the movers worked quickly but showed care for our items. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move. They were able to move everything within less than 3 hours.

When I booked the move I found the office wasn't responsive to email, but would answer the phone right away--so that's the preferred way to contact them. Booking was easy. The experience on moving day was excellent. When I moved last time with a different company, the movers walked across the building to an elevator to avoid taking the stairs (which are right next to the front door). This crew foreman (George) actually insisted on taking the stairs because they were closer, saying: "it's quicker this way and I'm not going to waste your time to make it easier for me." The guys moved quickly, efficiently, and pointed out any previous scratches or damage before taking something. They finished in less than the time estimated and were courteous and professional the entire time. With moving companies YMMV depending on the crew, but I would definitely use this one again.

They were awesome and NOTHING got damaged. We did pay the extra $50 to have everything wrapped and it was well worth it. They made two trips in one day and that was the $860 (plus we did tip them as well). So basically $100/hour, but to move what they did I would want that much too lol. They were great, very professional and super happy that none of our stuff got even scratched or anything! Highly recommend them for sure!

The service is quite expensive. We moved from a small 2 bedroom apartment in Dallas (no fridge or kitchen equipment). to a 3 bedroom house in the same city (20 minutes away). We purchased a $275 deal from Angie's list that included a 3 person crew for three hours and 25% off moving supplies. In the end, the move took 6 hours to complete and we were charged an extra $357 for the 3 extra hours and some wrapping plastic for a few items (no discount applied). Granted, our apartment sits in the fourth floor of the building but we still do not find justification for the excess time and the high cost. On the up side, the men were professional and no items were damaged.

Very good! I had to pay extra for more time, but they charged me for 4 hours even though did three and a half hours of work/paperwork. But they did good work!

The crew showed up and had to move my furniture during a thunderstorm. They didn't complain or charge me extra for the time they had to stop and wait for the weather to pass. Nobody moves everything perfectly but they did a pretty good job and I would use them again in the future.

One crew moved fairly quickly and was done in the 3 hour timeslot. They were not careful and they damaged a considerable amount of items. Also, when placing into storage, items were scattered about. nothing was stacked or organized as they were instructed to do. All i got was excuses about how tired they were. I certainly understand being tired. The reason i hired them was because i was tired and i had to be out of the home and close on Monday. I had a deadline to meet so i hired professionals. The second crew, took 5 hours to move 2 bedrooms of furniture along with 2 sofa's, chairs and boxes. The entire load fit into 10x15 storage building. To make matters worse, while unpacking the storage unit to move some furniture into an apartment, we found significant damage to items that had been thrown over the top of other items and fell down into holes in the storage area, breaking and scratching very expensive furniture. I used this company once prior and they did an ok, job. I was there watching them every second and as long as i didn't take my eyes off of them they did pretty good. Once they were finished, i had to re-stack the unit. they did not take any care in placing items into storage and wasted a lot of very expensive space. The moral of this story is: you cant trust the crews. They will take every shortcut they can if you don't watch them. If you have nice furniture and things, use someone else, because they will tear the crap out of it when your not looking. My wife and i move around a lot. We have moved ourselves, hired movers and done both at the same time. We have never had an experience as bad as this one. Wrightway is definitely the Wrongway to go.

The move was quite well done and the crew was very good to work with.

They showed up on time, were very polite and professional throughout the day. We appreciated the fact they did not use bad language, stop for smoke breaks, talk on the phone while loading/unloading the truck and took very good care of our things (a previous moving company did just the opposite in 2013).

The actual cost ended up being like $800. It took them about seven hours to complete the move. Most of the workers were good. I think they picked up a nice strong worker that was probably as not as hard working. One of the workers managed to convince me to hire him on board, but I suspect he was not as good a worker as the other three. They are a good company. I think they are timely and responsive when I called them, but my only thing is that I probably would not have chosen the fourth worker that they chose. They were pretty professional.

We had by purchased the wrong deal. We called the office trying to fix it and they were very willing to work with us and our schedule. We had the movers show up on time and moved us from our second floor apartment very quickly. All of our belongings were taken care of and wrapped securely.

I received a confirmation call before the move, the guys showed up on time and were friendly and knew what they were doing. All I had to do was get out of the way and let them do their job. I was afraid the move would take longer than the 3 hours because of the distance but they completed the move with a half hour to spare and offered to assemble my new bed frame since they still were under the 3 hours. Nothing was broken, everything was handled with care and I would definitely call them again.

The provider arrived promptly and were very professional. Everything was moved quickly and efficiently. I highly recommended these movers.

This was a last minute move. They did a tremendous job. They were the best to work with! They worked late, stayed over the 3 hours covered in the Deal, and never complained.
