Okay. Movers seemed to move a little slow but were willing to move things around if asked.

Their customer service was excellent. I had a problem and they resolved it quickly, professionally and kindly. A very good company in every respect

They arrived on time, loaded quickly and efficiently. They were careful with all furniture and items. Delivery was smooth and great. Would definately use them again.

I was very apprehensive about this move because of a bad experience with a past mover. Wrightway movers were professional and friendly from the get go. The 3 movers arrived on time and were ready to go, to move my items from what I thought was an 8x10 unit, but turned out to be a 10x20! The guys didn't miss a beat, and got the truck loaded and my things moved to my new place. They were very careful with my items, and were amazed at the poor packing job done by the previous moving company. I felt very bad because I knew they had a second job to do after mine, and because of my miscalculation of the size of my unit, they were not able to make that job. What was to be a 3 hour job turned into a 5 hour task! I would use Wrightway movers again, and recommend them to anyone who cares about their belongings.

In terms of punctuality and responsiveness, they were excellent. They called me an hour in advance and even 20 minutes before arrival and they arrived within their scheduled time window. The crew leader was very courteous when they arrived, started the time-clock at a fair time and they still managed to only use the 3 hour window I had prepaid for. However, as movers they were sloppy and not careful. They managed to drop a large filing cabinet with boxes that caused damage which we were not too concerned about at the time but as we continued to unpack and settle our furniture we noticed more and more dents and dings. They didn't use blankets on most of our furniture in the truck or on carts and I am subtly noticing their lack of care. They moved quickly and didn't charge extra hours which I'm appreciative of but in that speed came a lack of careful considerations. Good value, nice people but poor service from a moving standpoint.

..When the crew finally arrived, we assessed the situation and due to the extreme tardiness and state of the moving crew, we canceled our move. We were so disappointed, we didn't bother to reschedule with Wrightway Moving Co. and decided to get a full refund on the "Buy it Now" deal. It would have been much better had we received more communication throughout the day so we could make plans accordingly, when instead we had to call and initiate contact. This moving company was unreliable with their service and time. We hope this review will let others know that if you're trying to move with Wrightway, please be aware they might not show up for over 7 hours of their promised arrival.

The movers were great - very professional, courteous, careful. They were late because of a move they came from took longer than expected, but they didn't charge for the extra time stuck in traffic because they were late and ended up getting stuck in rush hour. We were very happy with them and would use them again.

Both moves turned out good. They are on time and they give accurate estimate, and how long it will take for them to load the transit and unloading. Their responsiveness before hand was good. It was not a bad experience but it is not a perfect experience.

The workers were very diligent and fast, which made me glad to have been prepacked before their arrival. Driving from Uptown to North Dallas, they said that they wouldn't take the Tollway, normally a 20 minute drive, turned out to be almost hour and a half on Preston, light by light, so a third of the time was spent driving! Make sure to check the truck as things may hide with all the packing materials.

The movers got stuck in traffic and arrived about an hour later than scheduled, that is why they scored lower on punctuality. But I will say that they wrapped the mirrors, paintings etc. in blankets and plastic. They wrapped everything with drawers with plastic wrap. They were in and out in 3 hours. They disassembled and reassembled beds, desks etc. It was probably one of the easiest moves we've had. I have also contacted them again for advice on an out of state move. I would definitely use them again.

Everything from scheduling to the actual move went smoothly. I was really impressed with the customer service. When I called to schedule I received a recording stating that I should leave my information and someone would return my call. I didn't expect anyone to call me back that same day so even though I left a message I kept searching for a company because I needed to schedule quickly as I had a last minute move. I was happily surprised to receive a call back within half an hour from Tanya. I was able to schedule on a Wednesday for a Friday move! The office building I was moving into required a certificate of insurance for the move and they required their name listed on the certificate. Tanya explained how this would work and that it would not be a problem. The very next day the office building received the COI and I was good to go. I was scheduled for a 5pm-7pm time slot on a Friday. The movers called around 3:30 and stated they were done early with a previous job and if I was ready they could come start the move. They also explained that if I was not ready it was not a problem to wait. However, I was ready and therefore happy to get started early! I have moved many times and never have movers actually come early! The movers were polite, efficient and careful. They completed the move without any problems and were careful with my belongings. Highly recommend this company!

Movers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. A very happy, positive experience!

Very good job, one minor issue was the battery on the truck went dead and I had to jump it. Other than that it went smooth.

It was a big deal. They did a good job. There were some issues having the truck parked in a timely manner so we had to leave some stuff behind. I had some issues with other companies having very correct quotes.

The appointment process was easy and the representative was very professional. I received a confirmation e-mail and an appointment remainder. The guys showed up on time and immediately went to work. They moved quickly and were very professional and understanding. I had some issues with the service elevator in the building i was moving out of. It actually stopped working for a while, but the guys did not stop working. They begin wrapping the furniture and moving it into the hall near the elevator, until the building maintenance person was able to get the elevator moving again. At one point, one of the guys got stuck in the elevator. The door would not open with him inside. He was very understanding while we got it resolved.

They moved all my heavy furniture, appliances, bed, etc. within 3 hours and were incredibly fast and efficient about it. Very grateful to the 3 gentlemen that helped me. I will use that company again.

I had purchase the $275 Angie's list deal for 3 movers/3 hours. We were moving from a home to a storage unit. They arrived timely, worked efficiently yet carefully with our belongings. I will hire them again when we need to move FROM the storage unit to our new home.

They stayed until the job was done which was longer than originally booked. They worked hard and were polite and agreeable.

Excellent. Very efficient and careful. They covered more fragile items with thick padding. They didn't damage any doors or walls as they were moving stuff out. Very organized when moving the stuff into the storage unit so that necessary items were accessible and still made sure maximum space efficiency. Very professional. Definitely will use again

It went wonderfully! Very professional and on time. Worked very quickly, which you don't get usually with movers since they are paid by the hour. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend them in the future.

The crew of three men showed up on time, worked quickly and were very courteous!

Packer was friendly, professional and efficient. Movers were punctual, cooperative and careful to protect items from damage.

Against all odds with the weather (rain), these guys did a very nice job at protecting and delivering our furniture.

Overall, the movers did a good job. We had some issues at first when they first arrived in terms of them wrapping our furniture to make sure it would be protected in the truck. They were rushing to get everything in the truck as quickly as possible which made me concerned about some of our very expensive pieces. However, after a short discussion with the head guy, they quickly understood our concerns and carefully wrapped the pieces that we wanted to protect the most. Once we got to the house they were very courteous and asked where each box / piece of furniture went in the house. They moved everything within 2 hours of the allotted 3 hour deal that we had purchased.
