The move went really well. They were extremely fast and were able to pack all our items into the storage unit very efficiently. They were also very careful to wrap all the furniture to protect it. I plan to use them again to move our things out of storage into our new house when it is ready.

When selecting a moving company for your needs, there's a wrong way and then there's Wrightway! On the front end, Tanya was very helpful in getting us scheduled for when we needed, and was very accommodating as our closing date changed (and changed, and changed...). The moving crew showed up at the beginning of the window and got to work immediately. They were very friendly, polite, efficient, and hardworking. We hope that we do not need to move again for awhile, but we will definitely use Wrightway again and would recommend them highly to anyone needing professional movers. A+.

It went well, although it took longer than we expected. Tanya was good in getting me rescheduled twice.

Communication was good between dispatch and crew showing up. Crew was 10 minutes late past their arrival window. Bryan was courteous and a hard worker but unfortunately, one of his subordinates appeared inexperienced and disobedient. They also seemed to not be able to follow instructions well. The crew practically got in to an argument inside my home and were cursing each other. I was concerned because I felt my property would be in jeopardy with a disgruntled worker. I have used Wrightway Moving for my last three moves and I think this is the last time I will use them. Their work and crew performance is inconsistent at best. As far my property and damages go, they did a decent job until they moved my entertainment center. They damaged the top of the furniture as well as the shelves inside because they did not remove them. I was initially excited with the attitude and friendliness of the crew but was ultimately disappointed with the move overall. UPDATE: Quality moved to a D from C. After getting home today, discovered that the leather on both of our office chairs had fairly large gouges in the leather (pleather?). UPDATE: Spoke with Tanya today and talked things out. I will give the provider another go in the future.

Good service, polite and careful movers who had to move many items upstairs in the new townhouse. They worked fast and furiously. The head mover first told me the fuel charge would be $100 for a 17-mile move. I questioned that and then he said it was $50. If I had not said something, would he had adjusted my price? I wonder. The contract on the move day differed from the Angie's List deal I purchased, in that the deal and my talks with Tanya, the manager, stated that I would pay $100 per hour over the three hours purchased. The paperwork said that I would need to pay a minimum of two hours over, which made me uncomfortable. I called Tanya, who said Angie's List deal purchasers have a different arrangement, but I want and expect paperwork to reflect my expectations and understanding. In the end, it worked out fine, but I paid more than I expected.

We purchased the $275 package that included 3 hours labor. The crew was over two hours late which caused us to miss our reserved time for the freight elevator. This caused a traffic jam at the elevator because we encroached on another residents reserved time. The elevator is also used for meal service to dining rooms on 4 floors during this time and they have priority, so that slowed us down even more and got us in trouble with management and the other resident who was moving. Because of the elevator delays, we were charged $55 for the extra time. We were also charged an additional $30 fuel surcharge. I was originally told it would be $65. I'm assuming that they reduced the fuel charge because I threw a fit during the scheduling phone call. We were also charged $50 extra for shrinkwrap. Update: There was no inclement weather the day of the move.

Used same crew on both moves. They were very professional and thorough. Minimal issues with breakage - several ceramic bowls but nothing else. Worked efficiently and were very careful in both loading the storage unit and ultimately unloading at the new home. No nicks on walls or damage to baseboards, etc. This, despite having to move several heavy pieces of furniture up a tight stairwell. Would definitely use again!

The guys showed up on time and were very friendly. They moved very quickly and got the move done in 3hrs! There was a $25.00 fuel charge but I understand that. I also bought the guys some Gatorade and they were extremely thankful. Great company and felt they deserved my business

Overall, the job when smooth. The guys did a great job in wrapping the furniture so as to protect if from being damaged during the move. All boxes and things were accounted for an no major damage to anything, just a few minor scrapes here and there (which is to be expected during moves). Our scheduled time was between 9 - 10am and the guys arrived at shortly after 9am and began to load the truck. Unfortunately, they did not get all the big items in the truck initially, which required a second trip (which I did not anticipate needing at the time of scheduling the move). The only slight dissatisfaction I had with the entire process was the overall time it took to move our 3 bed 2 bath home, which increased the overall cost to much higher than I had expected. As I mentioned the overall experience was great and the guys were vary professional and punctual, so I would use Wrightway Move in the future I would just be more aware of the time.

The crew at Wrightway Moving provided excellent service and were very quick. We moved from a third story apartment to a home in North Dallas. I purchased the 3 man crew for 3 hours. I was very skeptical upfront of the move getting done in the 3 hour time frame and was expecting to pay for some additional time. To my surprise, the crew had us completely moved out of the apartment and into the home in exactly 3 hours!! Everything from my initial call with Aaron to the crew sent to help us move was a great experience. I would definitely recommend the folks at Wrightway Moving!

I moved from a house to storage and an apartment. They movers were polite and professional. They made sure to understand what I wanted to go to which location. They wrapped everything and provided paper pads for a number of my nicer items that I planned to leave in storage. I paid extra for the pads, which I had previously discussed with the person who set up the service. I also paid estra for unlimited shrink wrap. They did a good job and did not waste any time getting my stuff loaded and moved. I heard from some to watch out for fuel surcharges and the time starting when they left their place. The only extra charges were for the shrink wrap and pads.

Overall, we got our stuff into the new house and didn't end up with anything damaged, so it was a successful move. I have moved a few times in the last 3 years and hired movers each time. Generally, I'm always impressed with how moving crews can get in and get out very quickly. I did not get the impression with the Wrightway crew. They had an adequate team in place, totaling 3 men, but they had issues with a few items when trying to move them out of my old house and into the new one. When I had my fridge delivered, it was brought in through the front door and moved into the kitchen. I mentioned this to the crew prior to them starting to move the fridge, and also pointed out the doors and knobs that had to be taken off to get it out the front door, but after attempting to go through the front door for some time, they switched gears and went through the back yard. They even struggled for a while trying to get the dolly to roll over gravel, before I put a flattened out box on the ground and told them to use that. Also when moving the fridge into the new kitchen, they spent some time trying different options until my wife simply pointed out that tilting the fridge would work. They also had an issue with a treadmill, saying it couldn't fit through a door without damaging it. I told them to just leave it in the living room. A few days after the move, my wife and I moved the treadmill into the bedroom in five minutes with no damage. They were very careful to not scratch anything, and were otherwise very professional, but I felt the lack of knowledge on how to move large items in tight spaces cost us at least an extra hour.

it was good . The movers did the good job but they didnt arrive in time . I had booked the window of 3 to 5 pm CST and they turned up at 6.45 p CST . I had to continuously call up the provider to find out when are they coming over. I had taken the day off from work and was planning the move between 3 to 5 window . We were very upset when after few calls , i was tld they will come only 645 . However , the guys did a very good job in moving the stuff and didnt break anything.

The moving crew was on time and fast. They did leave a little early though and did not place all the furniture where it needed to be placed, litttle rushed.

They were 3 hours late and not very professional. They argued a lot amongst themselves. We had to request that they wrap some of our items with moving blankets.

Move went well. Easy scheduling and professional company. Movers were quick and thorough.

They were on time, called before they arrived to let us know they were on their way. They were very professional and accomodating. They took great care with our furniture with only one mishap (chipped piece fo glass). I callen and they sent me a claim form to get it taken care of immediately.

The truck they brought would not hold everything, even though Tanya, who set up the move, went over the items we would move in detail and the packers told her the # of boxes was far less than anticipated. They advertise that all employees have part ownership, but that doesn’t appear to be true. The packers were held responsible for the materials being returned to office and the phone conversation I heard between them and the office was not nice/pleasant. The move went slow and it was raining off and on. The guys dropped our big screen HD Panasonic TV and I was told it would be replaced. I got a form the next day that said they were only legally responsible for pennies on the dollar - in sharp contrast to how they present themselves (“we’re insured, if we break it, we fix it or replace it”). I sent pictures, the model number and the price I found the EXACT tv on eBay ($675). Owner, Kyle Wright, said he would pay $375. It actually cost $1,200 to REPLACE the tv with a new one. This was 60 days ago and I have not received payment. BTW, the guys who moved us, supposedly part-owners, were freaked out by the breakage as it would come out of their pay.

The experience was great and I would highly recommend them. I will actually be using them again soon!

The provider went the extra mile for us. We are so appreciative. Moving is such a stressful time under the best circumstances and Wrightway made it so much easier. Thank you.

These guys were awesome! They worked hard the entire time. I didn't have any issues as I have before with broken furniture or accessories. They were very careful with my belongings, including an antique piano that has been in my family for many years. I would definitely use again.

Okay for the most part, they were very punctual, and very fast during the moving process. Nothing to note was broken or damaged. They disassembled and assembled all furniture as needed. Price was exactly as suggested, and validated the Angie's List Coupon without question. Had an issue with movers blocking the entire street to unload truck, new neighbors were not very pleased at the sight of that. Also, didn't notice labels on almost all the boxes, either had to instruct them where to take the boxes or they stacked them in the first room they saw. Next time, I will be conscientious about directing the flow of boxes.
