I believe they hire 3rd party companies. The washer and dryer were hooked up incorrectly. They arrived late by 2 hours.

I was extremely satisfied with the entire move process. I called Tanya on Monday and was able to schedule the move on the following day. The team of three movers and truck showed up exactly on time. They even called 30 minutes out to advise they were in range. They loaded everything promptly and carefully, even wrapping the furniture in padded blankets. They were careful with our home (walls and floors) too. My daughter says that in Denton they were just as professional and polite during the unload and move in. They even helped her put the legs back on a couch. I coordinate the whole move on the phone with Tanya. She was friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to work with. I will use this company again and would recommend them with confidence. Steve

Working with Wrightway Moving was so easy and stress free. We called about 5 days prior to our move and were hoping to find a Saturday booking, but expecting to be told that they were all booked on Saturday. As luck would have it they had one spot left on Saturday and they had a special for Angie's list members for $275! We were moving from a 2000 sqft house, but only having the movers move the furniture to save on cost. We got 3 guys for 3 hours and after fuel cost and paying for shrink wrap we payed $360. Due to an earlier moving job that ran long, our time was pushed back about an hour, but this was not a huge deal for us. Both Tanya and the driver of the truck called us as soon as they knew they would be delayed and then called again when they were about 30 minutes out from our house. They guys moved incredibly fast disassembling our furniture and loading everything onto the truck. They were very cautious and wrapped everything carefully so that nothing was damaged. Unloading was just as efficient. They were again, very careful with all of the furniture and very nice about moving a piece of furniture a couple of times when I couldn't decide where to put it. I would absolutely use Wrightway Moving again......although I hate packing so much, I may never move again. In any case, working with Wrightway was a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Wrightway Moving Company was excellent, from the office scheduling down to the actual movers. We rescheduled our move a few times due to our closing date moving and Tanya made it work for us. We had two different 3-man crews and both were fast, efficient and they were super careful with our belongings. We couldn't have asked for a better service!

They called ahead, arrived early, were very courteous and professional. Handled everything with care

The team showed up right on time. 2 of the movers were very experienced and one was clearly pretty new. All 3 worked very hard, so I felt like they were being very respectful and sensitive to the per hour charge. There was one pretty big hiccup in that the driver made a bad decision about where he tried to back up the truck at the new place. He was attempting to be efficient by backing to truck closer to the front door, but ended up getting the truck stuck in the yard. (This was at the tail end of the weeks of rain we got in April/May this spring.) Instead of being more efficient, the guys couldn't even use the ramp to get the items out of the truck, so it turned out to be less efficient...and probably ended up costing me money in the long run because it took them longer than it would have to unload. There was damage to the yard, but I was very happy with Wrightway's responsiveness and work to make sure everything was restored to my satisfaction.

They were great! They worked quickly and even went above and beyond by fixing our bed that wasn't put together correctly when we bought it. Would definitely recommend.

It went perfectly. It was fast, efficient and they were super careful with out belongings. It was exactly as we had hoped.

They went to my brother's house and picked up a lot of things and then brought it to my house. While two of the crew members did not speak English, the third one spoke it well so communication was not an issue. The crew worked hard and got everything done in the time period allowed.

What an exceptionally well-run company and professional crew! Everything was like clockwork and exactly as promised, and more! I just have a feeling that this place MUST be owned and/or run by a woman because women are such practiced multi-tasters! (I've never had a move happen so easily with such a great team of organized movers before, and each time before, things were run and owned by men- I'm sorry guys, just callin' it like I see it!) I promise you, I don't even know these people, but this was as close to painless as a move could get, unless you just threw both hands in the air and walked away leaving it all to someone else in your family to do it for you. AND HERE'S WHY: -Plenty of communication to me by office staff leading up to morning of move -Crew who moved me truly knew their stuff as far as legalities of moving AND how to maximize use of space in their vehicle -Crew hit the ground running and never let up. NO breaks that we saw-until my daughter brought Iced water and we pretty much insisted that they stop at times - I mean it was July 19th in Texas, for Heavens' sake! -They were very polite but not chatty - They did not break ONE THING - Didn't stop until the entire job was finished I could go on and on, but I've already recommended the company to a friend and did and I know for sure that I would again trust them with my most valuable possessions if I ever again moved. Here's the thing, if I sound like a cheerleader for these people, it's because I believe in saying something if things are done wrong AND I believe just as strongly that you should say something when they're done right. These people really know how to do it right.

We called approximately 3 weeks before we were planning on moving to get quotes. I spoke with Tanya at Wrightway. I explained our timeline and gave her a detailed description of our household contents including the most recent weight based upon our interstate move 1 year prior to the Dallas area. Based upon the positive reviews and the Angie's List coupon, we decided to go with them. Originally, I scheduled the move with her for the end of February, but because of closing delays we were able to change the date to 3/1/15. Based upon the information I provided Tanya, she said that we would require 3 movers and they would determine the size of the truck needed. We agreed. The 3 movers arrived the day of the move on time. Our move took place following a snow storm resulting in a slushy mess outside. The movers did not have anything to protect my floors from the slushy/gritty/dirty mess that was going to get tracked in either at the old house or the new one. They asked if they could use a few of my area rugs at the entry way to decrease the mess they were inevitably going to trek in. Needless to say those rugs were destroyed and are now in the trash. Many of our belonging were still packed from out previous move to Dallas and in the garage. We did a walk through of the entire house, garage and out building with them. They stated the move should take between 7-9 hours which was more than the 3-4 hours quoted by Tanya, but within reason based upon our previous moves. Long story short. The move drug on and on. At 2:30ish I called Tanya at the office to find out what was going on since they had only unloaded 1 truck load with at least 1 if not 2 more to go. After repeated calls back and forth all I received were excuses and the run-around. Tanya stated that someone else from the office was calling the team leader to follow-up. With each call, the team leader and crew appeared more ticked-off, apathetic and seemed to work slower and slower. At one point during my contact with Tanya she stated that the team leader had declined to have another crew come out and help his team. I informed her that I did not care what the team leader wanted, but as the paying customer expected another team as soon as possible given the abysmal pace of the move thus far. She called back to say that the owner of the company had OK'd another team who would arrive as soon as they were free. Surprise! No one else ever showed up and I realized that any further phone calls to Tanya were going to be as fruitful and banging my head on the wall.We finally pulled the plug on the move after 10:00pm when the second truckload was delivered. By this point we felt we had completely been taken for a ride and told them not to go back for the rest of our items. After they had left, we realized that all the furniture we payed them to reassemble had been done so incorrectly. In fact my 4 year old son came to us with a handful of bolts that fell from his loft bed after he climbed up on it. My family and I have moved a total of 6 times including interstate and local moves, using local family owned as well as large national companies, and BY FAR THIS WAS THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE. THIS MOVE ALSO TOOK THE LONGEST, COST THE MOST AND THE MOVE WAS NOT EVEN COMPLETED. We absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.

This was our 3rd and 4th move with Wrightway Moving. Tonya's guys always work hard, and for that, we also tip them well. The first moves occurred over a 1½ years ago involving special handling an manipulation of old, inherited antiques with "pick this up there, take this and drop only IT there, and then bring this.....etc." Over $600.00. We knew for this next BIG set of moved, we'd be calling WW. There's a wonderfully "familial" way that Tonya handles her customers. There are good thing about such a relationship that helps soften the blow when plans don't always match reality. Our first quote on the 1st-half of this move was $1,550.00. However, at the end of this 2-day process in March of 2015, it ended up being over $6,000.00. Gasp! Shock! Outrage! Heh, this was our own fault. We neglected to mention the fact very well expressed by one of Tonya's talented, and fast packers: "Every time we open a cabinet or closet, it's full of breakables!" This was true. We ended up with over 350 packed boxes, and here it is August of 2015, and we're still not fully unpacked. In addition, we must have had Tonya reschedule this set of moves 3 or 4 times, depending on shifting close-dates, weather, etc. Weather? Don't worry, they'll be there. In our case, two crews. The 2nd half of the move involved moving the "Staging" valuables out of the old house. Tonya came out to the house this time and brought the packer who was so well-spoken. :) The estimate for this final move was $1200.00 or so. This process went even faster, and came in way under budget at just under $500.00, with using an heretofore forgotten Angie's List Coupon. Would I use Wrightway again? You betcha, but I'm hoping this is our 'last' move.

See what the provider did, above. I think having 3 men instead of 2 caused the job to go faster, but I think the load was better carried (onto and off truck) and packed by having 3 men. I've seen situations where, undermanned, handling of furniture is compromised. That did not happen - the furniture appeared appropriately handled and the truck packed well and in consideration of box size and weight. So we had no additional supply costs (as we had done all that) or wrapping time - which you could fit into the 3 hours we had purchased. I am very happy with their performance.

I am so impressed by the speed, efficiency, and courteousness that I've experienced in using Wrightway on two occasions. They arrive when they're supposed to, and they work quickly. Everyone on the crews has always been polite and extremely hard working. They had to remove the handles from our refrigerator to get it out the door. They made an extra stop to Home Depot to pick up repair parts, and they told us to call them if they needed to come back to resolve any issues with it. I can't recommend Wrightway enough. Moving is hard enough - they greatly lessen the stress!

It all went as planned and they did a great job!

This is the second time we have used Wrightway, and they were fantastic both times. Very communicative before the move (thank you Tanya :), and when the movers arrived, they really got the job done. Careful, but very efficient and quick. They were able to do our entire move in 3 hours, INCLUDING THE PIANO. I was expecting closer to 5-6 hours, honestly. Jorge and his crew particularly do good work, I would definitely recommend them.

We were selling our house so the pack/move date depending on closing, and we had to reschedule several times. This company was so cooperative about our situation we were impressed. They did a great job. Very efficient, friendly, courteous and professional. The wrapped everything well for protection and nothing was damaged in the move. We would highly recommend using Wrightway Moving!

Great movers! I would definitely use them again. Tanya initially called me to ask detailed questions about my move. She set up a time, and three guys arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They moved all of my furniture from an 1800 sf home to a 2400 sf home. They had to make two trips. The three guys were awesome. Very respectful. Treated my belongings with care, and they also wrapped most of my furniture. I had an oversized couch that I needed to get to my adult son on the other side of town. These guys took it over there for me (for a small fee, of course). My son was so happy! I am very pleased with Wrightway. For all the work they did, I felt the price was very reasonable. No hidden fees. No surprise charges.

They were very professional, fast, helpful, patient with my rearranging. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. The only hiccup was the fuel surcharge, but they explained that up front.

They arrived on time, were professional and timely with their work. A couple of disappointments were I gave them the square footage of my house and overall description of furniture and boxes to be moved. They sent a truck that was too small and could not get all the items loaded into the truck. I did not ask them to go back and get the rest because that would have caused them to charge me more hours and I did not want to pay more than estimated. There were a few damaged boxes and scuffs on the walls in the new house. Other than not sending the right size truck, I would recommend them for future use.

Poor attitude and not timely.

Great! No damage, no losses. Six movers with two trucks followed my instructions to the letter and worked diligently and cheerfully. They were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing.
