It went well. It went way longer than I had originally paid for and I just paid the difference. They took care with my belongings. I was very pleased with the whole crew.

Later than expected but no big deal for me. Easy, fast, cooperative helpful movers, from beginning to end.

That was for my son. It was closer to $400. It went pretty well.

They were amazing! They were incredibly fast but, also very careful! They wanted to make sure they finished the work as close to the 3 hours I purchased - they did not try to stall or delay. When they saw me trying to lift a smaller item, they would stop me and get it for me. Amazing gentlemen and great company!

There were two crews of 3 men each, one truck per crew. All of the crew members were very professional and courteous. They really went out of their way to be helpful and they worked well together to get the job done as fast as possible. The move took about 5 hours plus travel time. I would definitely use this crew again. We had just over 105 boxes to move, plus furniture for 4 bedrooms, an office, kitchen, family room and garage, about 2,300 sq ft. They were about an hour late getting started, but once they arrived they worked their tails off to get the job done as quickly as possible. 10/12/15 - Regrettably, I'm having to update my review. The day after writing my initial review, we discovered a water leak in our house. At first, we thought it was coming from inside the shower wall. After calling a plumber, he discovered that the crew from Wrightway Moving improperly installed the water lines to our washing machine. When they turned the water on, the water started seeping around the hose connections - the installer never tightened up the hoses properly (per our professional plumber). The water seeped down the wall behind the washing machine, then into the carpeted closet of our master bedroom. The cost of the plumber plus a crew to replace the carpet pad, dry out the carpeting and drywall came to just over $1,700. I notified Wrightway of the issue within 3 days of the incident and was told that the moving contract specifically accepted liability for connecting washing machines. However, the contract actually reads as follows: "Wrightway Moving Company accepts no liability for damage that may arise from disconnection/reconnecting washers, dryers & refrigerators due to delicate, worn or deteriorated pipes or spickets". Well, our spickets and pipes were, and are, in perfect working order. The contract makes no mention concerning liability caused by employee negligence. I realize mistakes happen, but I'm not sure many Angies' List members are interested in contracting with a service company that doesn't admit to its mistakes and make them right.

Great move! We contacted them on a Thursday to move us on Sunday. The office staff was very helpful, understanding and professional. They were able to accommodate our request and while the moving crew was unavoidably delayed we were kept informed and the crew was great. Would and have recommended them!

I had used Wrightway a year ago for my last move. Unfortunately, I received a lower level of service this time around, and it was more expensive. The crew was two hours late, and they took an hour longer this time to complete the move. This was disappointing, because this was a move within NRH and not from Denton to NRH as it was last time. They also used a saran wrap around our furniture which worked well, but they charged us $15 for that wrap. They never disclosed upfront that there would be an additional cost for saran wrap, nor did they give us the option to opt-out. I took the $15 out of their tip as a result. I was very impressed the first time that I hired these guys, but this time around it was a letdown.

They were on time and did a great job. Would definitely use again.

This was the second crew from this company, the first crew moved me out of my house and into storage. Amazing nice movers. They worked very hard and were very professional. The second movers moved me from storage and into my house. Again very nice and respectful. Although it was hot both days, both crews kept in good spirits and worked very hard. The company and movers are very professional and exceptionally hard workers. Thank the office staff for helping me find a storage facitly for a month also. Overall an excellent company.

Truly impressed by the Wrightway Moving Crew. They were extremely professional and efficient in moving out of our 1-bedroom apartment and into a storage unit. We finished early and they were literally jogging to and fro. I will definitely be using them again once we move into our new home. Highly recommend them if you're moving.

They were very professional and were very responsive if I wanted something done in a certain order such as moving the projector screen first so that the Home Theater guy can get to work or move the fridge before everything that way my food doesn't go bad. Everything worked out pretty well except the washer and refrigerator became unbalanced and caused a large amount of noise. I worked on them for an hour or so and fixed the issue.

They could have been more forth coming with pricing. Then they inform me that I need to tip the movers because that would be nice.

Wrightway was very easy to schedule with and all fees in addition to the deal price were made clear upfront. The movers were two hours later than our expected timeframe, but Tanya did call and communicate the delay to me as far in advance as possible. The movers were very quick, careful, and professional. I would use Wrightway again and definitely recommend them.

The movers were ahead of schedule which made my move better. They were on time and moved me very quickly without any problems. Wrightway Movers were great with all my questions and response. Time.

My daughter handled it so I think okay. She was happy

Overall, this is a B. We do not feel our things were treated with care, but the cost was significantly less than others * Wood floor scratched. * Wall dented and missing drywall (this was at a corner, only about 3-4 inches long but deep enough to cut out drywall) - not brought to my attention but I noticed it and brought it up adn they said they would use the front door instead for the rest and I could paint it to cover it up * One side of the bed was incorrectly put in the truck or simply dragged along the driveway. The corner is scratched almost the entire length showing bare wood * space heater fell out of the truck (destroyed) as I was talking to one of the guys. he told me to take a picture of it and send it in to get a refund check. we are not going to bother

Only problem was they forgot all glass from tables and hutch which I had to do myself.

Everyone preformed very proficient, everything was packed well so that nothing would break.They were on time and there was only one small glitch but everything really went excellent.

Great! Not an easy move, so it was very impressive that the movers accomplished so much and did it so well.
