We hired them to not only move but to pack up the house. Time slipped away from us in planning, they were able to fit us in with less then a weeks notice. The packers were great, nothing was broken and did a great job. The movers were quick and helped place the furniture.

They worked hard and didnt bang anything up, when they took a break they didnt note the time they took the break and when they were writing the bill. It costed me more than what I thought and the time that they billed us.

Very frustrating. We had noon move scheduled and they ended up ARRIVING at 9pm. We sat and waited all day. They kept telling us it wouldn't be much longer. They didn't finish until 3am which was absolutely ridiculous. Because it was so late, we ended up not even getting everything and had to hire a couple of other guys to actually finish. We had sent them a list of all items so they knew exactly what we had. Guys were very nice but the overall experience was a nightmare.

It was fine. It was probably close to $400 more.

We received phone calls updating us with arrival times which we appreciated The three gentlemen who showed up could not have been nicer, we really enjoyed working with them We had very minor knicks in our furniture and flooring but that's to be expected when moving We were not advised of the shrink wrap fee but I didn't complain since I saw it in previous reviews Would absolutely use these guys again and recommend them Thanks :)

Movers showed up promptly and on-time. They were very slow and methodical as they moved; my husband was tempted to finish the move ourselves after the 4 or 5 hour mark (they took 6 hours total, with 4 movers), but I was hoping their speed was due to being extra careful of not scratching, denting or breaking stuff. Based on other company's online estimates for a move this size, they should have been done by 5 hours at the most... but i'm more than willing to pay extra if the move is carefully orchestrated. The guys were very loud as they moved - music cranking from the moving fans, lots of laughter and yelling (particularly from the main guy, who seemed to be in charge of the paperwork and general coordination) - our neighbors in both locations commented on how 'lively' they were - but the movers were courteous and professional in their handling of the move as far as we could see. It wasn't until after they left, and we started unpacking, that we noticed that our washing machine (which had been in perfect working condition until the very morning of the move) was broken and leaked water everywhere, and my sewing machine had been dropped, broken, incorrectly and half-heartedly shoved back together inside the box, and not a word was said about either damage. Instead of leaving screws taped to furniture (as other movers had instructed and allowed), they removed all the screws and made things incredibly difficult on us in reassembly. Considering we paid over $1100 for 4 men to move everything, I'm beyond disappointed that they couldn't have been up front about the damage instead of trying to hide it. To make matters worse, the front office conversation after the move was horrendous - I was interrupted constantly, as the front-desk lady tried to defend her employees before asking any questions or attempting to understand what had taken place. Their liability insurance, which is covered at $0.60/lb of whatever they damaged, is a joke - we were never instructed on any options to increase the coverage, which would have been nice to do given the fact that we had to go buy a new washing machine and I've lost a sentimental sewing machine that belonged to my grandmother. I won't ever use them again, and would strongly recommend friends and family to stay away.

It went well the movers got there earlier than anticipated which worked out great for us. They were quite fast in moving our belonging in the 20ft truck. Thats where the issue comes in we did have 3 man crew as stated in the purchase but the truck that was advertise was a 27ft truck and the truck that came was only 20ft. Thankfully everything was able to fit in the 20 ft truck or it may have been a whole another charge for an extra hour. The reason I state this is prior to moving we decided to leave the couch and end tables behind the couch was quite huge. However other great points were they moved our washer + dryer and hooked up the connections which was really nice of the young men to do. Pro's Nice,Fast, and affordable Con Truck advertised was not delivered

Everything went great. Wrightway was a god send as I have continued to be disappointed and frustrated by other moving companies. Found them on AL and gave them a shot. Team showed up on time and didn't waste a second. I had hired them for 3 hours to empty one storage unit but we were able to get both units (located 10 miles apart) loaded up and unpacked with plenty of time to spare. Will definitely use WW next time I need to move. Thank you!

They moved all the items without any damages. It is definitley worth the cost.

Overall it took longer than I anticipated but they were definitely not lolligagging... Very flexible and efficient! Definitely recommend

I had scheduled a packing service for 2 packers for -at least- 3 hours for Thursday October 1st between 12 and 1pm. At 12:40pm since the packers had not arrived, I called Wrightway and they informed me that the packers were delayed on another job and will not arrive until 3 to 4pm. I asked Tanya to send me a different crew. She said that she will look into it and call me back. I never got a call back. At 4:13pm since the packers had not arrived, I called again Wrigthway and I was informed that the packers were about to arrive. At 4:45 finally a packer arrived, but instead of two, I got only one. The packer was exhausted from working on the prior job from 7am. I asked the packer and Tanya when was the other packer coming and they informed me the other packer was about to arrive. As I was left with only one packer at 5pm the day before my move, I started packing myself and my wife and we kept on going the two of us together with the one packer. At 7:30pm still with only one packer I called again Wrightway. They didn't pick up. The packer informed me that Wrigthway will give me a credit to compensate. I sent them a text message at 7:53pm asking again for the second packer. Tanya replied back saying that "should be arriving any moment". At 9:15pm a second packer arrived. By 10:30pm the packing job was finished and by 11pm the packer left. They charged me $240 for the packing services + $200 in supplies. I asked Wrigthway for a partial refund and they refused. This is the type of service that you can expect from Wrightway

Moved us into our new home. We had used Wrightway previously to move out of our apartment and into a storage unit. The crew previously was better and more helpful. The quality of service you get will vary on a crew by crew basis, so keep that in mind. One member of the crew was rude to my fiancee and did not put the bed together that the crew prior took apart. While not splitting hairs, they showed up when they he were supposed to...were diligent in getting everything moved in...and didn't leave a mess. The price was fair. Would recommend.

I can't believe I'm writing this, but we had a great move - all because of Wrightway Moving. The movers were careful and efficient. From the moment they arrived, they were focused on working quickly to save us time and money. Perhaps the most surprising and amazing effort on their part happened upon arrival at our new home. We have a new wooden deck with multiple steps outside the entry door. I expressed my concerns to them about damaging the deck with the dolly. Their response? They HAND-CARRIED every piece of furniture and box into our home! Who does that?? And they still finished within the time frame we'd been given. We have moved many times in our 27 years of marriage, and have NEVER had a move as stress-free as this one. I will whole-heartedly recommend Wrightway Moving to anyone!

This move was completed successfully and the movers were really nice, but there were some serious issues that occured. First they were 40 minutes when I decided to give them a call, which is understandable. It rained really hard that morning. WHen I got a hold of Kathy she let me know they were running behind because of the weather and that I should expect them at my house around 6pm. It was about 4:00pm at the time so I decided to run some errands that took me into Dallas. As soon as I got to my Dallas location I got a call from the movers saying they were 10 minutes from my house! So I had to rush back from Dallas to Lewisville so I could meet them there. We finally started the move around 5:00 and finished by around 7:30. They were able to get everything out of my house in about 40 minutes. My main complaint is that they took FOREVER putting my bed back together in the new place - which increased my price by about $100. Then I realized that I was over-charged by $50 due to the timing. The time was under 2.5 hours so the price should have been $250. But I paid $300. Also, they put my washer in but forgot to turn the water on so I thought it was broken and I had to figure it out on my own. Overall, they are really nice people, but the quality was lacking so I wouldn't recommend using this company.

Kuzi and his crew arrived on time and went thru the house taking inventory of everything and getting their bearings (not everything was going). They worked efficiently and quickly, even though it was very hot and humid. We couldn't even get them to stop for breaks! I've never hired a 3-man moving crew where all 3 men worked all the time. Usually 2 work while 1 stands around, but not these guys. We had an approx 90 mile move across the metroplex, then into a 2 story house. They continually were able to get very large furniture thru places and doorways I though we're impossible, and they did it with no nicks to the furniture or the doorways! Of course most of the stuff that went upstairs was big and heavy, but they had no problem and worked together very well. They were so exceptional I tipped them, and I've never tipped movers before!

I have purchased this voucher with three men service to expedite the service and I had to pay another three more hours. Also, my move was within less than two miles but they charge $15 per trip and also charged for $5 for each wrapping item. When I first called the company, I was under the impression that all moving supplies were included in that package. Also, they were loading the furniture without wrapping with blankets and when I asked them they told me that they were going to wrap on the truck after loading. Two of my friends just moved and one of them moved from 4 RM house in less than 5 hours and paid much less than what I paid. I felt the three guys should have moved sooner since everything was packed in boxed already. The reason I picked up this company was that they have a "A" rating in Angie's list but in reality it does not guarantee anything. Overall, disappointing experience. I will not recommend them.

Move went very well, the guys were very punctual, and complete the move in under 3 hrs. Highly recommend this provider.

They were nice and professional. A little careless with some of the furniture when taking it upstairs. Glad I removed my existing breakables prior to them moving the second home items into the house.

They were early to the job, very efficient and super helpful. The specialist who booked the appointment was also very friendly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
