Initial response was quick, organizer was very detail-oriented. Team showed up on time as expected. I only had to tell them once what needed to be done. They were careful with all pieces, wrapping each one well. Be aware that the package deals that they offer will have additional costs for mileage or exceptionally heavy items, but they are up-front about that. So in my case a $275 deal ended up costing about twice that amount, due to the additional charges. They did not hide these things, you just have to read the details of the deal. It was overall an easy experience, and I would use them again.

The guys were very nice and we only got 1 scratch on one hard to move piece of furniture. They were professional and move very fast despite you paying by the hour. One of our movers even helped us try to get back into my car when I locked the keys in it during the move. Great group of trustworthy guys.

They arrived about an hour after they said they would but they accommodated me switching the my move date back the day before the move. The workers worked extremely hard and were very careful. The move took much longer and more expensive than I thought but that wasn't because they didn't work hard or were slow. I think this was because I thought we had less stuff than we actually do and communicated that to Wright and they recommended one crew and 3 movers. In hindsight I would have had another crew and truck.

It went pretty good. I used Wrightway before back in May and they were great! Moved everything I needed within the time frame and saved tons of money. My only complaint this time around is a lot of time was spent wrapping my furniture up rather than actually moving it. Certain things didn't need to be wrapped like my kitchen island, it has no drawers/storage, it's just a table, so I don't think it needed to be wrapped. I understand why they did the wrapping, I do, but the movers in May were all about actually moving my stuff and protecting it in the truck rather than constant wrapping and then moving. Also, I was moving across the street, not a hundred miles from my previous location, the wrapping was a little unnecessary. They literally drove .5 miles to unload everything. Other than that, the guys were great, fast, they got there half an hour late but made up for it so I think it went pretty well. Just less wrapping next time, unless the customer is moving 10+ miles away, I don't see a need for it.

It was fine. I paid around $600 or $700 because there was additional moving time, plus they charged for shrinkwrap.

Purchased Angie's List Deal for 2-person moving for 3-hours. Originally move was scheduled for a Monday, I called to change the move date last minute and Wrightway Moving Co was very accommodating. On the actual day of moving three young gentlemen called 30 minutes prior to arriving at our location and then called when they arrived. They were very polite and professional, each mover introduced himself. The 3 movers took just under two hours to clear out the storage unit and load the moving van.

Dresser was very heavy. They were very careful. Good communication.

The movers arrived late, they got stuck in Dallas traffic coming out to Keller. However, once they arrived the made up for it and moved quick and seemless. We purchased the special of 3 hours, 3 men for 275.00 There were additional charges for gas, wrapping corners of furniture at our option, and they went over on time a bit. They did a very good job even though it was difficult getting some of the items into the apartment through tight corners and up narrow stairs. No damages. Very nice guys and they worked very hard and still had another job to go to when they left. I will definitely be calling them to move us out when our house is complete.

Jorge's crew - excellent. Called to inform that traffic would make them a little late. Still arrived in the window. Took great care not to damage any items and secure them for the move. I purchased a 3 hour deal and was worried about not maximizing the time. Not this crew. Hustled from start to finish. Moved an entire 26' truck full with a 40 minute commute in less than 3 hours! Very professional in all aspects. Outstanding all-around!

It didn't work out really well. It took them about 8 hours. They underestimated the amount of my belongings. For moving companies, it's really critical that they send people out to actually see what they got to move. I had this happen several times with movers before and it just seems to be an ongoing issue with movers that they underestimate the amount of my goods and they had to take indefinitely more time and it costs indefinitely more than the estimate. I'm not blaming anybody. As a homeowner myself, the next time I move I will only hire a mover if they come out to see my property. I will never do it over the phone. When they ask me how many rooms, how many boxes, it just doesn't work. It's impossible. I would never have it delayed ever. In fact, it's better to double the number of hours and double the number of boxes. I believe that they were being fair. I just think that because they are a moving company that they do this everyday that they would have a better process in doing this. I am going to split the responsibility between me and them because I've had it happen before. In fact on several occasions it happened before. There were 3 or 4 times I had somebody do an estimate without coming out and it became more. For a moving company, it's probably a little bit inefficient each time they have to move to send someone out only to find out that that person may or may not hire them so I think they should estimate high too because I know that happens every single day. They did a good job and they were very responsive. The issue with their punctuality wasn't really their fault. I split the blame between me and them. The people at the office were very professional, but before the end the actual guys that were moving, as the day progressed, their professionalism started to not be so great. I would probably use them again but I will just have them come out to look at the equipment. They could just send a representative to actually do a cursory look at the belongings of the homeowner before they actually give an estimate.

We had been having a lot of rain and I had to reschedule the move from Friday to Sunday. They were extremely accommodating, and understanding. Movers arrived when they said they would. They were polite, very efficient, took great care with my belongings and whatever I asked of them they were happy to do. I had purchased a 3-man, 3 hr. 1 truck package and they not only completed the move in the allotted time, but with 15 minutes to spare. I was completely happy with the service from the first phone call to the last box inside. Highly recommend.

They did a good job. We had to wait 4 days to unload them. There was an additional cost to it. It was fine. The workers were fine.

Even though they arrived s little late, they had called to let me know. They were fast and very careful. No wasted time. I liked them so much I'm using them again.

Weather forecast was for heavy rain. I was concerned movers would cancel/delay. They showed up on schedule and worked rain or shine.

They repaired damaged furniture (not damaged by them) and put together beds, etc. Great crew!

Arrived thirty minutes late. Took nine hours to complete the move - I was told it would take six. The mover said the front office estimates on the low end by several hours constantly. As it was Halloween and the movers wanted to get back to their families they rushed... Three pieces of cheap furniture broken (pre-fab particle board 7+ years old - no big loss). Adjustable bed not put back together - screen door on old house not put back together right - door handles on fridge fell off the next time we pulled on them. The movers were polite and two of the three were fluent in English. We would likely use them again, provided it was not on a Holiday.

It went well. They were efficient, showed up on time. I recommend Frank's crew when possible.

Just slow, getting charged by the hour. Did not send a crew that knew how to handle a pool table, after promising they would. Also raised the rate after the date was booked due to it being a holiday. I booked 3 weeks in advance to get the holiday... I booked the second part of my move with them and ended up canceling the day of after they were over 5 hours late/over booked. AB moving was able to come in with an hour notice and get me moved for half what I paid Wrightway, AB moving's guys hustled and got it done quickly. Would highly recommend AB moving

Overall it went very well. Two of the three workers were excellent; one mover avoiding work as much as possible, which slowed the process down immensely. Moderate attention to not damaging furniture given the understanding that some damage is expected given the process. Overall I recommend this company.

I must preface my review by saying I had hired another mover. On the morning of my move date when I had to vacate my house by 12 midnight, my mover didn't show at 8AM as promised the day before. By 10:30AM he still hadn't called nor would accept my calls. My stress level was escalating until in a last ditch effort, calling everyone I had called previously, I spoke with Wrightway. They could work me in late in the day. Their Operations Manager followed up with me, saying they were trying to work me in earlier. When it looked like the earliest anybody could come was 3PM, Wrightway called to say they were on their way! A three-man team showed up with smiles and a can-do attitude. They had my truck loaded within an hour. When I unpacked in Salt Lake City, every piece of crystal and china made the trip from Dallas unscathed. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of the team I spoke with on the phone (I spoke with three individuals: Tanya, Kyle and Greg) and the team who showed up to save my bacon. Super job, super attitude, super company.
