The movers arrived at the home on time and wrapped the appropriate furniture for moving, loaded the furniture, and delivered to the new residence all within the 3 hour time frame. We had them moving essentially 3 rooms of furniture. I was very happy with the job they performed and how quickly they did the moving. I would use them again.

My husband tried to pick up a box and they said, no sir, we have this! Fast, proficient, PROFESSIONAL Would hire again, would recommend.

The experience from my end went well. My father-in-law owned his own landscaping business for over 30 years and was there when the workers arrived. He pulled me aside and privately told me the crew was doing an excellent job. We have since sold the home but drove past the other day and the bushes are still thriving.

I filled out the customer satisfaction survey before I they were finished, the day bed that was put back together had some nicks in it and I was a little frustrated that all the boxes labeled for each room didn't end up in each room, but in one big pile. That may have been a lack of direction on our part though. We've moved 4 times in the past five years since being down here and we've had faster movers. It's never taken more than 4 hours to move all of our stuff.

Everything was great. We needed to do two full loads which increased our cost. If a larger truck was used we could have saved some money. We were disappointed in the truck size, however the crew was very professional and worked quickly.

It was okay. I probably wouldn't recommend it. They came and they had extra charges when they got here that I didn't know about. It ended up costing me a lot more than I thought. They were really slow so they didn't get everything put back together. They were late. By the time they got here, they didn't come until 8 o'clock at night because they didn't show up until almost 4. They charged me $90 for driving here. It took an hour. For three hours of moving, they charged me an additional $90. I ended up paying $180 on top of the $210 plus the tape that they used just a little bit off a roll and they charged me $40 for that. I ended up paying them almost $500. There were no boxes. They didn't put back anything together. They didn't inform me of the additional charges. They were late getting here. They were really slow. It took them longer. They really didn't know how to take a few things apart. The kids who came were really nice. They're sweet, young people. They should have informed me of everything upfront. They did a part of it but not all of it. The pricing was average.

Tanya would tell me one thing, didn't give me direct answers when I had questions, and when I asked the men and the packer, they said she doesn't know, she only works in the office. Mary, the woman who did the packing asked if I needed wardrobe boxes and I said yes, the next day when the movers came they didn't have the wardrobe boxes and left us to move them and that it was Mary's job to bring those. They moved us about 15 minutes away, packed 40 or 50 boxes. Mary did a great job, the movers worked fast and weren't very careful with some of the things they moved. A few things were broken including dishes, a box frame, and even my gas line. I'm unsure of other things that are broken as I'm not finished unpacking. The way things were done just wasn't professional to me, at all. I wish they would take more time to discuss pricing up front.

It was perfect! My apartment was only 1 bedroom so it didn't have that many things, but nevertheless these guys put everything on the truck in less than 30 minutes, they loaded and unloaded everything with extreme care and even helped me repair one of my couches that had had a loose piece for a while. They finished before the three hours, but their service was efficient.

The packers unpacked all drawers which was not necessary. The more hours for them, the movers and us in unpacking.

The service persons called about an hour or so before they were suppose to be here. They then stated that they have been held up at another place and would be a few hours late. About 3 hours later they show up for the service. They seemed to be a little rough with our stuff however nothing was damaged or broken. There were a few items they refused to move because they were not in a box (which is fine because it was all glass and I didn't really want them to touch it). Overall the service was not bad everything was moved and nothing was damaged. While they loaded some of our items they were really rough with it. One guy took a tote of china plates and glasses and tossed it into the air to catch it on his shoulder. While I admire the strength it took to do this, it made me scared to open the tote after the move. However, everyone was really nice and responded well when I asked them to move certain items by themselves due to the fragile nature of the items in the box.

They were fairly good. I think my husband had to pay additional. So, the price was not quite what they advertised. I think we went over time. So, they needed to be compensated. The workers were fairly courteous and they seemed professional.

Guys showed up on time and worked hard. I also threw in a slight curve ball of having a 500lb smoker that ultimately they man handled to its new resting spot with a little bit of my help. Only issue we had was the truck was not big enough...and that was only because we had too much stuff. Truck was good size and they went full "tetris" mode on it and packed alot more in it than I thought would make it. The $500 includes tip that I gave to the 3 guys for working hard.

Three movers arrived at my home on time. They moved 2 bedrooms (1800 sq ft) of furniture and boxes I had packed on my own to our new townhome. Nothing was broken or damaged and they all were professional and polite. I would highly recommend them.

It was a bit a mess but the representative that we worked with was very kind. He agreed to accommodate us in any way rather he promised things that his company could and would do for us and wasn't able to deliver. So it ended up costing us double and even still we ended up not getting moved where we needed to get moved. And then he personally felt really bad so he volunteered his own time to come out and help us which was cool but I'm not sure I'd use that company again. We'd hired them to move in a house and the specific thing we needed help with was the big pieces of furniture and the swing set. We had already disassembled the swing set and we just needed it lifted and moved to put in the truck, that's why we bought their service. They were like, we can totally move it, no problem, we are just going to take this one truck, you're not going o need too many people, we'll do the smaller package and save you some money and it ended up that we had to hire them twice. They didn't have enough trucks or guys and we ended up having to get volunteers from our friends and some of their resources to end up moving the bigger pieces which we had hired them for. I was thankful that they moved all the boxes but that's not what I needed done. The guys were very professional but were not able to do the job. None of my things were broken or damaged but not all of it got moved. They were very responsive.

All 3 of the gentlemen involved in our move were courteous and very careful with our items. They were on time, completed the job within the allotted 3 hours and did it so that we did not have to rearrange or move anything again. We could not have been more pleased.

The crew wrapped everthing in blankets and were fast and punctual !

Movers arrived right on time and service was great. They worked very fast to get the move completed within the time frame I booked. I had construction issues at my new house and had to reschedule several times, their cooperation in rescheduling was much appreciated.

Initially, they had estimated everything would be done in one trip. However after looking at all the stuff we had including the backyard items, it was decided that 2 trips would be necessary. This added extra travel time and fuel charges. Also they charge extra to wrap your furniture in plastic. This needs to be considered in the estimate. Otherwise, the move went smoothly. All the movers were polite and did what we asked them to do for the move.

We found them on Angie's, called them up and spoke with Tanya who was professional and courteous. After having moved between states, and wanting just a stress free move, she made us feel comfortable explaining the move process and its associated cost. Their sub-contractor team was courteous and patient and mostly careful with with our items, pointing out any damaged parts they noticed which I acknowledged before loading in to the truck. During the unload process, the movers did a good job transferring the items where we requested within the house. There were several minor scratches to the walls and moulding going up the stair-case with moving the larger items, but nothing that can't be touched up with some paint. All in all, my wife and I were pleased with the experience and the services the company provided. Although we are officially done moving for the next few years, I would gladly recommend Wrightway Moveing to my friends and use them again in the future for similar moves.

I kept looking for a moving company that was affordable and at the same time professional and friendly. A person told me about another moving company they had used, but they were a little out of my budget. I am a single mom and every penny counts. I went to Angie's list and saw Wrightway Moving Company and how affordable they were. I called the phone number that was given on their website and the lady that answered the phone was so friendly! Thank you ! The day of my move, the truck got there right on time and the guys were incredibly fast. Not once I heard them complain even as they moved my furniture from the 2nd floor, to now another location and to the 3rd floor !! I felt so bad for them !! BUT I was so impressed and so comfortable with their amazing attitude, it was like a family member was helping me with the move! I wouldn't of done this with you!!! You guys rock! They were on time. They dragged. I had 3 people but it was only like having 2. We had to actually join them to help because it took way longer than expected because one person just stood around. It took them like 4 hours to load and an hour to unload. They bumped my dryer all the way up the stairs and so when we opened up my dryer, it was actually separated from the frame. It wasn't great at all. When my husband got there, they started to move faster. They were professional.

The crew worked hard and careful with my belongings.
