Arrived on time and finished the work within the estimated time. All items were moved without any damages and very friendly.

We scheduled two trucks and six movers plus one packer to help us finish boxing things up for a 2,000+ SF home. The packer came first and got started quickly and efficiently. The first moving crew came early, filled their truck and were ready to leave just after the second arrived. The second crew didn't seem as well organized and one of them spent the first twenty minutes repairing a tire and wheel on a hand-truck. They also weren't as efficient in assessing what had to be moved and organizing the load so there wasn't enough room for everything. They did not have a suggestion other than them making another trip and that would have been ridiculously expensive for the amount of items left and they apparently don't have smaller trucks or teams. We ended up having to move the remaining items by car and a borrowed pickup. Surprisingly, the 2nd moving team did not have boxes or tape and we found we needed a few more after the packer left (they also indicated they don't do any boxing or packing). We also learned at the last minute that they aren't responsible for breakage of things like ceramic pottery. Fortunately nothing was broken. They left behind some of their drink cups inside and outside and there was also bit of paint damage to the stairway walls from being brushed up against by furniture several times.

This review is actually quite late. I used their services back in 2013 and by accident again in 2015. On the surface everything went great. But it wasnt until much later i discovered the real truth. In 2013, i was on pain meds for an aching hip. During the move, they suddenly disappeared. We did not discover it until a few days later when i needed them. In 2015, a tablet and my flute disappeared. Why did it take so long to realize this? Because we honestly have a lot of stuff. Some things dont get unpacked they just stay in boxes. By the time i saw they were missing months had already passed. Why did i use them twice after my missing meds? Because i had forgotten their company name until a few days ago when i ran across my moving receipts and saw i had mistakenly used them again. Buyer beware. We are aboit to move again so i most definitely won't use them an this one. I want to be able to find my things and not have to worry about things missing later on.

The move started at my house and that was okay but when we got to my apartment the guy the was the lead mover was arguing with someone who was telling them to move the truck. It took 45 min. for someone to notify me that they had been arguing with one of my new neighbors. Things came up missing, and I have a huge TV that the movers did not put in place as agreed. I called the manager and he said he would come back the next day and never came. I had to pay someone to come and help me for a service I had already paid for and I tipped the guys who helped me move. I have an adjustable bed and they took my mattress out of the protective cover and was dragging it around and it was all dirty. I had broken dishes and everything it was a mess. I am not happy about what I paid upfront for, I paid an additional 220.00 all together for the extra time and I tipped the guys an extra 20.00 each. Things were all over the place when they started just putting things anywhere and would not even read the boxes to see where they go.

Packers are very good. I have made many corporate moves before and Wrightway is every bit as good/better than those movers. Scheduling - Tanya does an awesome job. Very responsive, accommodating and professional. Movers - Very professional,courteous, punctual and kind. I would highly recommend Wrightway! A++

It went very well. The office support for scheduling (and rescheduling, in my case) was very responsive. The employees were all very polite and considerate of my belongings. Only thing I did not know in advance was the discount for paying cash. I will definitely use them again, and have already referred them to someone else.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for $275 for a 24 to 26-Foot Moving Truck, a 3-Person Crew for 3 Hours, and 25% off Moving Supplies. When this provider came out to move my belongings they stated that they did not get an order number from Angie's List so I would have to pay them full price for the move. I paid them $375.00 so that I could continue with the move. After the move was completed, the company called and stated that they just received the order number and that they would give me 10% my next move. This is unacceptable as I should have received a refund since I had already paid Angie's List.

They were really slow. They did not get everything moved, now we are going to rent a U-Haul to finish the job. They took an additional 3 1/2 hours over the 3 hours purchased from Angie's List and still didn't finish. This was a 3 bedroom and 2 bath house, it should not have taken this long. They did not do any packing services, just moving the furniture and household goods. It was almost apparent that they were "milking the clock." I have called several times to speak to management and they never called me back. When I was finally able to get a hold of management they washed their hands of the work.

The drivers were very safe with our items, were kind, professional and trustworthy.They were a little slow with the driving from one location to the next which extended the number of hours we were charged for but this may be because it was safer. The quote they gave us was just a small fraction of what we actually ended up paying because of the extended time. The assessment of how long it would take to get from place to place as well as how much stuff we had, played a part in this miscalculation. The amount we were going to be charged was explained well up front so there were not any surprises. We were okay with the cost because our stuff was handled with care and not a thing got damaged or mishandled. Overall we were pleased with their work.

Nothing was broken and they even disconnected and reconnected my washer & dryer for me. I used a deal found on Angie's List, but went a bit over the time allotted. The extra cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a moving company. The positive reviews they have here are well deserved. Thank you!

While the movers were able to get all the furniture and boxes into the truck, they did not wrap some of the items well enough nor tie it down so when we unloaded several pieces were chipped, scuffed, and/or broken. The leather couch had a little tear, the top on a marble top coffee table had a chip missing, the head boards on the bed frame had chips and scuffed, and the jewelry chest's leg was broken.

The crew did a great job, they were very friendly and went above and beyond to protect our furniture and belongings.

They arrived on time - 3 very professional workers. They moved quickly but carefully wrapped the furniture and breakables (mirrors, TVs, etc.). At first it did not seem they could get everything in the one truck and might have to make two trips, but they worked very hard to fit in almost everything in the house. At the new house, they set everything up as needed (washing machine, canopy bed, etc.) and moved furniture to the appropriate rooms. They did a great job and I would use them again when needed!

Although they were friendly, they took longer than expected. A move that should have taken 3-4 hours max took 6 hours.

Moving at a tough time near a holiday. Called a couple of days before the move on July 2 and they were jammed. They called back a little later and found a way to work us in. They were great. They showed up with a three man crew on time, worked really hard and fast. And carefully. We had multiple pickup locations and the destination street location is pretty narrow with lots of parked cars. Very pleased both with the movers and the office staff. Great communications and follow thru.

Smooth. Definitely recommend packing everything in boxes before hand though. Made the process much easier.

The team was great! Cindy and Celeste were great packers. Hugo, Dave and Oscar did such a great job that I referred a friend who moved a few days later. Aaron was also extremely helpful. Good job everyone.

They were on time and very quick. They were very professional and in and out. They didn't waste time lounging around.

I purchased the $275 for a 24 to 26-Foot Moving Truck, a 3-Person Crew for 3 Hours, and 25% off Moving Supplies from Angie's List for our move. Tanya called me the same day and helped schedule the move for me. She also texted me about two days before the move to confirm. The 3 men showed up at the end of the given time window. We were hoping they would show up at the beginning of the time window BUT they made up for it in how quickly, carefully and efficiently they loaded our home into the truck. We were a little worried it would not all fit and we were mainly concerned with all the heavy furniture and appliances. We decided we could move whatever boxes were left ourselves as long as they could fit all the stuff we could not move. We were pleasantly surprised that almost everything fit into the truck. It took about 2 hours to load everything and then about 1 hour to unload. Again, these guys were EFFICIENT and professional. No damaged goods either! We purchased the unlimited stretch wrap package so they could stretch wrap our stuff. They were also the most reasonably priced even without the Angie's List deal. We don't plan on moving for a long time but will recommend them to others!

Team was late to arriving because they could not find the location. Only one of the 3 man team could speak broken english. The other two could not speak any english. At the end of the move when work was complete the only person that could speak any amount of english tried to charge me more than what I owed. I had to show him the time he started and ended.

In the process they got the house I moved to very dirty. It was raining and the covers on their shoes did not help keep mud from getting on the carpet. Messy! They did a good job of moving things in, though and it was relatively quick. I also GAVE them a gas grill and a queen mattress and box springs. I did not have room for them at the new place.

They did very good. It cost roughly like $1350. They came out the 16th of October 2015. The only thing, the guys were quick and respectful they drive so slow it was almost a road hazard. That was my only concern. Everything else was great. I would use them again.

Excellent, prompt, on-time, willing to do what I asked them to do.
