I moved from 1br apt to a 3br home, with delicate art and the movers took extra precaution to handle with care. There was a team of 3 who stayed focused, profussional, and polite and finished the job in 3 hours. I've already recommended them to someone else :)

It was a good service. That was the second time that I used them. Actually I purchased another one back in May because I have used them twice. I used them last year and used them this year. The service was fine. If I have to, I definitely would recommend them and I would use them again.

Fine...pretty much demanded I pay in cash, even though when I set everything up, they said a CC would be fine for payment.

On Angie's List I booked 2 trucks with 2 men for each truck for 4 hours each. At the last minute i.e. on Friday for a Monday move I was told that 2 trucks were not available and that only 1 truck with 3 men would be available. I call this a bait and switch. They were not able to handle the work in a timely manner and took 16 hours to finish,( from 9.30 am to 2.30 am) that is why I had asked for 2 trucks in the first place. I don't know that I can trust Angie's ratings anymore.

The 6 movers arrived on time and worked for about 5 hours. We originally we advised by the the salesperson on the phone that based on my description of what needed to be moved we would need the 6 men, two trucks and 3 hours. So we purchased that. When the movers arrived they explained that with as much furniture as we had we would probably need an additional 2 hours. The movers worked really hard and were very careful with our furniture. Furniture was wraped and set in the new location. Only minor scratches was done to the furniture. Grateful for these guys and their hard work.

To be fair, the first time I used them I would have given them and average score (B or C). They were an hour later than the 2 hour window they gave me, and stained my couch with some kind of grime from the truck, but the crew was polite and hard working when they finally arrived. So, I decided to give them another chance to live up to their high AL ratings. IF you decide to use them, be prepared for the following: both times the crew was at least an hour later than the scheduled 2 hour window, both times I had pieces with marks that would not come off, if they say they will honor a price match be sure to get the competitor quote in writing because when Wrightway ends up NOT honoring the deal you will need to prove them wrong in writing to get your money back ($95 flat rate quote from another company and got charged $170 because Tanya didn't understand the price she said she would match), if you have issues during the move there may or may not be someone to call for help - just depends on their personal schedule, be sure to read the fine print because the price they quote may only be good if you pay cash or may have a minimum hour charge. In my opinion, there are just way too many moving companies in DFW to put up with this list of issues.

Moved us from one home to another. They were right on time, well mannered and did a great job. The lady Tanya with whom I spoke to schedule the move was very professional and communicated well untill the move happened. Will work with them again.

This company provides outstanding service. I used them for a move out clean and moving into storage then a move in clean and moving from storage into new home. Their cleaning service is the best I've seen, everything looks flawless once they are complete. On the moving side they are careful in packing and ensuring nothing gets damage. On both moves (out & in) not a single item was damaged.

I called Wrightway Moving to get an estimate for packing and moving our family. Rather than coming to look at our home they provided a cost estimate over the phone based on the size of our home and a few other questions about furniture, etc. The packers that arrived were very courteous and prompt. We already had moving boxes from another family (with a larger home), but somehow we still ended up spending an additional $500 for boxes. On moving day two separate crews arrived to move us, one being extremely curt and rude, while the other was courteous. Both crews worked slowly, I assume because they were being paid hourly. The way the time worked out, I had to pick my children up from school about the time that the crews were ready to head to our storage unit. They unloaded everything (again, slowly). In the meantime, I was on the phone with Wrightway trying to figure out why their time estimate was SO far off. Dispatch said that she would see what she could do. Once we finally returned home, we discovered that the movers had forgotten to move our refrigerator, as well as loads of other items, forcing us to hire additional movers at a later time. Upon completion, we were presented with a form to fill out with a review for the moving crews, including a question as to whether or not they deserved a tip. (Highly awkward and unprofessional) Ultimately, after charging us THOUSANDS more than the original estimate we were given approximately a $50 discount. Ironically, later, a $50 charge showed up on my credit card. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was told that there was a $50 fuel surcharge that they had "forgotten" to charge. Now that we have moved our belongings out of storage and into our new home, we've found multiple broken items due to the way the items were stored. Because of their replacement policy there's really not any point in pursuing reimbursement. After dealing with this company I know that it would be an uphill battle, and my time is worth more than what they offer. This company had good Angie's List reviews. After this experience I'm not comfortable trusting other Angie's list reviews so I'm canceling my subscription.

The move went excellent, no damage, in fact did some repair to wood for us from past movers. Awesome team.

This is the third time I've used Wrightway moving and I've never been disappointed.

All went very quickly, they put everything in where I wanted. Only two minor issues, upstairs bed was not assembled and the washer was cosmetically damaged.

Everything went very well. We got off schedule due to quite a lot of rain on the morning of the move, but they made up for it with a lot of hard work. Our new home had hardwood floors throughout much of the first floor so they laid out a runner that would protect it from the majority of the traffic. They installed our washer and drier and even changed the electrical cord on the drier (for an additional fee). I would definitely recommend them to others. We hired two teams of 3 workers and two 24 foot moving trucks and the move took just over 4 hours.

we had purchased a two man package for 3 hours thinking that we did not have that many items to move but they were large items. The team was late due to a previous move going long but arrive about 30 minutes beyond the window. The team brought three people and I was glad they did because the large items ended up taking two trips to accomplish. We ended up with an extra 2.5 hours of time but they gave me a discount for being an Angie's list member and the cost was about two three man plans. The team was efficient and very professional. The team leader knew how to get things moved and directed the other two quickly to make sure someone was moving at all times. They even helped me reassembly a few items that I had taken apart for the move. Moving is an exhausting process but I suggest when you buy the plan to make sure you discuss it with them first to have the right plan for your move. The two man offering really is for 1 to 2 bedroom moves for the weekday - if you have a larger place or lots of large items or a weekend move , commit to a bigger team and expect to take longer than 3 hours. We are pleased with the service and would use them again - but I hope I don't have to move any time soon.

I have used them twice already. They were on time, nothing was broken and both times, the teams were helpful and pleasant to deal with. I called them two days before the move to change dates and they were very accommodating to our schedule. Very easy to work with!

I've moved probably over 10 times over the last 20+yrs and I've NEVER had a more awesome experience with movers. The guys were not only polite, they were genuine and a pleasure to be around. The guys were not only careful with our belongings, they treated our things as if they were their own. The guys were not only hard working, they didn't even seem phased or winded. Let's be honest, moving sucks. Wrightway Moving made it completely painless and I'll be telling everyone I know.

Super efficient move! These guys are so fast! I was having to keep up with them. They wrapped all my belongings and treated them with respect. They worked together so well, which is why I believe I was completely moved before I expected I would be. I would use these guys 100x over!

It was a bit chaotic. My husband was attempting to keep things organized but was repeatedly ignored by the movers. They just wanted to keep piling things into the unit regardless of whether it meant our stuff would be stored without damage or not. For example, I asked them not to put too many things on the treadmill so that it wouldn't be damaged, but they ignored me and I had to move things myself. It was extremely frustrating. This happened throughout the entire move.

Packing went fine - they showed up early and worked pretty efficiently. Nothing that they packed ended up broken, which is probably the most important test of a packing service! The the next day's movers however were 1.5 hours late. I had to call several times (and leave voicemails... annoying) to find out where they were and if we were still "on" for the move - which added to the stress of the already stressful event that moving is . My phone calls were returned within 15-20 minutes. Once the three-man crew arrived, they worked fairly efficiently - but not with anything that I'd call "hustle". My stuff barely fit on the 26' truck, owing to the fact that they didn't really pack the truck all that great. If you consider loading a moving truck to be an elaborate, real-world game of "Tetris", these guys wouldn't even get past Level 1. One of the crew took a phone call and that kind of took him out of action for ten minutes or so - which is a little annoying when you're paying $120/hour for any time over the allotted three hours - and since we went five minutes over my allotted three hours and I got charged for an overage at one 15 minute increment. With both the packing and moving services, I had to pay an extra fuel charge on top of what I'd already pre-paid on Angie's List. The service listing sure appeared to be "all-inclusive" when I bought the deal. Especially since I'm sure gas now probably costs less than what it did when they first instituted this charge. I also wasn't crazy about the "yeah, the review is mandatory" spiel I got when the service had been performed. I had to fill out what they told me was my Angie's List review right there on the spot while they were watching (so of course, I gave them higher marks than I this review suggested they'd otherwise would have gotten). This, TO ME, raises suspicion of their really high rating on Angie's List. I can't be the only one with whom the "observed review process" resulted in a higher rating. And the high rating on Angie's List was my top priority in picking Wrightway. I was a little annoyed about being solicited for a tip on their after-service-rendered paperwork/review sheet. I had planned on tipping, but it would've been more had the service been better. Maybe it's just me, but I find all tip solicitations to be a little annoying, and this one was no exception. To their credit, the actual workers involved never mentioned it at all. Overall, no, I probably wouldn't use Wrightway again. I've had some truly terrible moves in the past and one or two exceptional ones. This one was pretty firmly right in the middle.

They did a good job. Took them 4 hours instead of 3, but they worked hard and efficiently so I don't feel that was too much time. Their office is very responsive. Tip: Provide a couple rolls of shrink wrap. They will wrap everything and make sure your stuff isn't scuffed or damaged.
