The service worked out good for me. They were prompt. They did everything I asked them to do. They were just a bunch of nice guys. I got moved, it turned out like it was supposed to.

Movers were on time and did a great job of organizing our belongings as they put them in storage units. Would definitely use them again

I ended up not using them. They are very very nice, I just went in another direction. They were very nice. I would but its impossible as they are in Texas, and I am in Pennsylvania now.

Eric and his crew from Wrightway did an excellent job. They were extremely courteous and efficient. They were a bit later than their arrival window but anyone familiar with Dallas traffic understands how this can happen! They did call however to give us an ETA. Once they arrived they got right to work. While 2 were moving items to the truck the 3rd was in the truck loading the truck like a Jenga tower! Nothing was damaged and no damage was done to either house while moving the items. They carefully wrapped the wooden handrail at the new house to protect it. They moved 3 heavy dressers to the 2nd floor without hesitation. We would definitely use Wrightway again! Total move took 4 hours.

I was expecting they would bring some big boxes to put all my loose items. We did pack most of them in boxes but for loose items i called their office and they told they would bring some spare big boxes to put those. I did not get it on that day. I understand it would cost money for them as well. I should have prepared for this.. I had to scramble them in existing boxes and they also helped in moving without boxing them.. Otherwise the moving was very smooth and the people who moved are very good.

I thought the guys, the actual movers themselves, I thought they were fine. The company told us to go on Angie's List and buy the Big Deal. So we told her Ok, we are moving a 2600 sq ft one story house to a 2700 sq ft two story house. She said well you need to go on and buy 2 of those coupons and you should be good. Well, lo and behold, that was not good. So we tried pinning her down even more so before, the office manager, like are you sure, that just doesn't seem like enough and she said oh no that should be good. Well, it turns out, we ended up being charged an extra $1100 for additional services if you want to call it that, on top of the two Angie's List coupons that we bought. That was disappointing. It was more the company themselves, the guys were fine. They were just big brawn guys, one of them was very nice, they were all nice, but one of them, I think he wanted to socialize more than work. They were very nice, but they didn't have uniforms. The truck was painted white, it didn't have a logo on it or anything. So I was kind of surprised because they are like Angie's Gold or something like that, they had these stellar ratings so I was really disappointed with that. I felt like the movers were probably like a B, B- themselves, the guys, but the company, I was just disappointed, and I would give them a D. The price was totally way off. I was upset that as an Angie's list member to learn that they were rated the way they were and and I expected a lot more. And had they been rated a B, I wouldn't have used them. They were there when they said they would be. The lady didn't call back, she wasn't very responsive about calling back.

It went ok. I was not aware at first that you tip but the driver let me know they expect tips. I was uncomfortable for not knowing but understood they worked hard, so I did tip.

Nothing broken, everything went smoothly and everything done within 3 hours!!!!

Overall it went really well. The two movers showed up on time and immediately got to work. Ended up getting everything from the old location to the new location moved well under the 2 hour timeframe. Would definitely use again if given the chance.

I could not be happier with the packers and the movers. Christian and his crew couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The worked diligently all day and into the night. They even fixed an old bed of mine that had been wobbly for years. I can not recommend this company highly enough!

The crew did very well but the sales rep and owner were not very professional. The crew was running behind and I had to call to find out. They sent a two man crew instead of a three man crew, there were lots of communication errors. The crew was excellent though.

The packing went great - good communication, logical packing, marked boxes well, worked hard and got done in the estimated time for the size of the job. I'd give an unqualified A for the packing services, but it gets combined with the moving and there were some issues. Movers were four hours late, and didn't coordinate with their scheduler who could have given us a different crew. This caused me problems with the buyer of house I was moving from, who expected us to be out by the time these guys were arriving. C for punctuality because the packers didn't have the issue and I'm averaging and B for professionalism because of this issue. Once on the job, it went well. They moved things carefully, and nothing was broken. They stained a carpet even though they were being very careful, and Wrightway handled that issue very well.

Not as expected. Was quoted to pay Angies List 2 specials at $220 each for 2 trucks equalling $440. Was told that we would only be paying for a few extra hours with 6 men. Ended up paying the first truck approx $450 and thought that was it. But then the 2 truck said that we owed him an additional $450 too. We were shocked. I told the drivers that I was expecting to pay under $1,000 per Angies information, only for one of them speaking up and saying...'Oh, you went through Angies List. That is why. You could have just called us and saved that $420. What???

Lady in office was great and easy to work with. Three men that came were adequate for the number of items and they were careful. The workbench I told the fellow that had the clipboard and did all the talking that they should move the draws separately since they had built in devices with small pieces . The clipboard guy said they know what they are doing till they got to house and stood up on end and dumped contents all over and threw it in a box. The youngest said "most people empty draws”...I told him I’ve had this moved four times and never saw this before! Clipboard guy was told by me of my dissatisfaction and his answer was he is not the boss and pointed a finger at the fellow that had not said anything at all . I said then why hasn’t he introduced himself? The boss never came to me and left. I will not use them again!

I had a tight time window to pack up a 1 bedroom apartment and move it across town and the team made it happen. Definitely would hire again.

One of the guys was definitely not a professional. But his partner (the younger one of the two) was awesome and did a great job in packing some stuff that was unpacked and moved it.

Went okay. Minor scratches and dents one some furniture items. They hurried us which was the biggest issue for me.

Staff members were prompt, efficient, polite, professional...awesome experience. Movers were wonderful and their administrative staff was awesome!!! Contents of 2400 sq foot home with heavy furniture moved in 6 hours....the day after Christmas!!!

I have used Wrightway for three moves in the last two years and they are wonderful to work with. They treated by belongings as if they were their own and were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mover. Nothing was broken and they called me about a half hour before they arrived so I knew they were on their way.

Service was scheduled for 1PM-3PM service arrival. Crew didn't call until 4 to say they were behind schedule and arrived at 4:30. Move went well and everything arrived in same condition it was transported. Crew was very professional and work diligently the full 6.5 hr job. My only complaint was the arrival tardiness which was caused by another jobs extended time and I loaned one of the crew members my iphone charger and he didn't return it...probably forgot.

After a long and stressful building process, Wrightway was exactly what I needed. Tanya was amazing and was so flexible every time I had to reschedule due to builder delays. She took a piece of anxiety away from me and assured me it would be fine. On the day of the move the two crews they sent were punctual, courteous, and professional. They made sure to ask the right questions and show my husband or I damaged pieces they noticed before putting them on the truck. They worked so hard for a good 6 hours and all of our stuff arrived and were placed in the home with no incident.
