Altogether it was a great experience and took about 3 hours since we were just 1.5 miles away. They did make two separate trips to make sure the loom was safely delivered to storage.

The two women who came were excellent! They worked hard and diligently. Expertly packed my items and went above and beyond to stack, label and organize packages. They did a great job, and I was very pleased to have their help.

Fantastic, they showed up on time, they were extremely professional. They had an extreme sense of urgency and were very conscious of what needed to be done and how quickly. We were blown away with these guys.

Wrightway movers were awesome. I called 2 movers from Angies list and got answering machines at both. One never called back, but Tanya from Wrightway called me back a couple of hours later and was very nice, professional and helpful. On the day of the move, "Kuzi's Crew" was great. They showed up on time, were very professional. They worked hard and were very quick. We had a lot of stuff and the move was completed in 2 hours exactly. Very nice guys. I would definitely use them again! I was particularly impressed because there was one small scuff of the floor in the bedroom. Kuzi came to us at the end of the move and said "we scratched the floor" He had already contacted the maintenance person at the apartment complex and the scratch was already repaired before the crew left. I have never had a moving crew be so attentive and provide such service.

3 guys moved everything in 2 hours. Tanya is friendly and professional.

I used a moving company through a referral through a realtor. They were Wright Way Moving they were phenomenal. I want to say they are in Dallas or Richardson, I think they have 5-8 crews. When you call the main number they dispatch to the one closet to you to pick up the job. January 26th, 2017 I moved. They were worth every dollar they were priced extremely extremely competitive and they had outstanding service. I have their name as a reference and their phone number it is gonna be 2144306266 This was the first time I used them and their builder their main sales agent had used them when they moved to their new home and they were recommended by a couple different people so when they told me I called them and took a shot and I loved them and then I referred them to a few other people already.

Two movers showed up on-time and went right to work w/o even complaining about the stairs. They were careful with the boxes stacking them very neatly. The boxes were tied down to secure them. They unloaded the boxes with the same great care. The driver was named "Bryan". I did not catch the name of other mover. Both were very professional and polite. This company offered the best price and delivered the best service as advertised. Highly recommend Wrightway Moving Company to anyone and everyone.

The quote process was great. Tanya answered all of my questions and was available anytime I had a question. Because of her professionalism , she was the main reason I went with Wrightway. The movers showed up exactly when we were told they would show up. The person who seemed to be in charge of the crew seemed a little put out that we were moving into a 2 story house. We did A LOT of the moving ourselves and they just had big furniture to move. Moving the furniture out of the house did not seem to be a problem, but when they got to the new house, things really started to slow down. 2 of the 3 crew members were either talking on the phone or texting non stop. Call me old school, but I do not think it is appropriate for people to be on their phones while working-especially if I'm paying by the hour.

The truck and guys showed up on time. Everyone on the team was professional and were able to get the move done early. This is the third time I have have used the moving company and nothing has ever been broke and staff is always there to assist get the place set up to make the moving easy.

The movers, "Pedro's Crew", were courteous, fast and efficient.

First, my interactions with Jenny were amazing. She contacted me right away with a quote. I had narrowed my search down to 3 companies. Wrightway was the lowest price, and from what I could tell had a lot of great reviews. They were even better than the reviews!! Jenny was even able to move our day at the last minute. Very professional and easy to work with. Chino's team came the first week. They also did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient, and didn't damage anything. We requested them for our second move, and yet again they out did our expectations. These guys worked VERY hard. We didn't have an easy move and they just kept moving forward. Chino, Miguel and I can't thank you enough!!! Highly recommend Wrightway movers. We have moved many times over the last few years and this service has by far exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

Horrible! For some reason I must have missed all the "F" grades on Angies List or I would never have hired them. On May 8, I purchased a coupon off Angies List for 3 men 2 hours. I received a confirmation email from Angies List confirming receipt of $220.00 from my American Express along with a note that said, "Thank you for your purchase. Here's the deal description...etc. May 10, movers arrived on time, walked around the house to see what needed to be moved then asked me how I was going to pay $220 I had already paid on Angies List days prior. I explained I paid it thru Angies List and it cleared my Amex on May 8. The mover was insistent and kept pointing to a piece of paper that said I must sign a document before they start loading the truck, the document states, "I will pay $220 for the move" that I already paid for. We went round and around on this and I finally said, I need to speak to your manager. He got his manager on the phone and the manager was also insistent that I pay another $220 the day of the move, or they would not move me. I told the manager, I was not going to pay another $220 when I just paid it 2 days ago. The manager said he had no way to confirm with Angies List that I had paid $220 directly thru the Angies List website. So, I booted up my computer, went to my Amex acct, showed the mover the $220 Angies List paid charge on my Amex, the driver told his boss, who was on the phone, "Yes, I see it has been paid." His boss said, he couldn't see it because he was driving and had no way to check a computer and continued to insist that I pay another $220 to him and that it was my responsibility to get a refund from Angies List. I asked him, why don't you call Angies List and confirm the payment. Surely, Angies List will show the payment cleared my Amex on May 8. He's had 2 days to confirm payment with Angies List. He was insistent and would not budge. This escalated into a shouting match. I felt I was over a barrel. Either I pay another $220 and get a $220 refund from Angies List, or I'm stuck with all my boxes and would not be able to finish the move. Moving is stressful enough, I finally gave in and said, "Just move my stuff and I will deal with Angies List!" Wrightway Moving literally was going to leave me stuck on moving day with all my boxes ready to move if I did not surrender and pay another $220. This was the worst customer service I had ever experienced. At the end of the move, I called Angies List. Customer service and Angies List said Wrightway Moving could have called them directly to verify the payment or Wrightway Moving could have easily checked the vendor statement to confirm the payment. Angies List immediately credited back my Amex account $220. I was so infuriated with Wrightway's lack of customer service and too emotionally drained to file a complaint about the 2 items that the movers broke on the move. 1 of which required me to hire a plumber after the move to deal with an issue that the movers created. As far as grade, "F" for customer service, it's being too kind for the lack of customer service I was afforded. I have been in the customer service business for 30 years and never would have put a customer thru what I was put through. My fiancé is a police officer and I am glad he was not around the day of the move or he would have lost his patience.

PERFECTLY! The guys arrived exactly at the start of the arrival window we had requested (Noon - 2:00) Everything was carefully wrapped before moving. Then took everything down all of the stairs carefully avoiding any bumps against walls of door jambs. Everyone was very polite and cordial. They unloaded it all into the storage unit very efficiently, and we even have room left over to add a couple of other things if we need to in the future. These movers saved us so much work and they were very professional. The special that they are currently running was well worth the cost!

They were prompt, nice, on time, and everything was fine. The estimate was just off.

Both went well. This is the second time I have used them to move, and they are great.

All of my goods arrived intact which is always important, but I felt that the overall move took WAY too long which obviously required us to pay more than the Angie's deal. There were times that the movers were taking one chair at a time and taking senseless trips. Not sure if that is the M.O. when it is a discounted move to help increase the price.

I strongly advise that you use someone else for moving services especially if you plan on using a POD or portable moving container. I made a reservation a month prior to my scheduled move and decided to get a quote based off reviews online. Most are good reviews so I felt confident. Being that this was going to be a third full service move in the last year with two horrible experiences, I was being overly cautious with my decision-making. I wanted to try a POD type of method as previous methods via truck resulted in a late arrival, damaged items, missing items, and overcharges for paying per foot of usage on a truck. I was greeted by Tanya who was super friendly and assured me that Wrightway Moving is well experienced with PODS, PackRat and U-Pack. The quote was reasonable and the services described made me feel at ease. However, moving is stressful for everyone, and day of the move (load), I was greeted and advised that the load would not fit. I used a 16’ POD via PackRat and advised Tanya of that as well as explored other options to ensure that my 2-bedroom apartment would fit. I was in constant communication with Tanya providing her full inventory, twice verbally, and online once I booked their Angie’s List Deal. I gave Tanya the worst case scenario, box-wise, based on my previous move. I was given the advice to consider ABF (u-Pack) trailer service with 13’ of space, but allows you to use more at a rate per foot. Being that I was burned in the past by loaders loosely loading to take up more space, I was a little nervous. 13’ can easily turn into 18’ if not packed strategically. Therefore, I decided to stay with my 16’ POD and advised Tanya of my decision. I asked if she would send someone out to go over my items, however, she advised that they don’t do the in-home estimates. After my POD arrived, I begin to panic even more. I contacted Tanya and asked if she would like pictures/skype/facetime so that she had a written and visual inventory. I was told it wasn’t necessary. I had three movers arrive and flat out told me it’s not going to fit, day of the move. Trying to remain calm, I called Wrightway and text Tanya immediately. The mover called and text his manager as well. I did not want them to touch anything without speaking to Tanya. I vented to the crew how transparent I have been, from the start, and about the communications between Tanya and I. He told me, day of the move, he knew it would not work. Why wasn’t I ever informed prior to move date? Finally, I spoke to both Tanya and Terry (manager of mover) and vented. Tanya retracted everything we had discussed previously! She told me that she advised me (a week before the move) to contact her personal contacts at ABF, in which I did. Bottom line, the movers did not even want to try. After two hours of waiting to speak to someone (me waiting for Tanya, him waiting for his manager), resolution was that Terry was to contact the owner to work something out. He requested I email him all He promised he would call me back, that night. I took down the mover’s cell phone number as he volunteered to come back Easter Sunday to load me once he hears from management. I waited until 8-9 pm and called Terry and text messaged him. I text messaged the mover who replied he hadn’t heard anything. Wow! Easter Sunday, stressed, no call back. Monday was the day in which PackRat was supposed to pick up the container, and I had NOTHING LOADED! I called PackRat who connected me with a network and I was able to find a replacement that could load me that Monday. These guys packed almost everything! I did have to let go of my patio furniture, however, they made everything work! No hesitation and packed the container even in the rain in 2.5 hours. Mind you, nothing from Wrightway … still! I emailed them requesting a call back to all email addresses on their website. The only responses I have received is from Tanya attempting to justify her role in this drama. Bottom line, sorry so long, they may be great for local moves … but I would steer clear of them personally … especially if you are using limited space or requiring a long-distance move. Update: Management finally responded five (5) whole days after my scheduled service. Hopefully they will take heed to my review and change some of their processes.

Was not that happy of the service they took to long was not the team that I Asfoor then on the top of that they contact me the next day and told me that they missed charge me and that I old another $220 so that's not including what I paid you all as well

They made our moving experience much less stressful than it could have been. They were fast, professional, flexible with scheduling and courteous.
