Excellent, everyone was professional and kind.

It went ok. They left earlier than the 2 hours and did not hook up the dryer like they said they would.

They were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to effect a streamlined move. The team was prompt and attentive, and very professional and courteous. Have used Wrightway ~4 times for moves now and will definitely move again as needed.

The move was effortless and the staff was efficient and courteous.

It went great. The 3 guys were quick and efficient. They got everything done in under an hour.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had the entire apartment packed into boxes and taped up, ready to go. I was told they were going to arrive at 10am. They arrived 2 hours late after a few phone calls trying to track them down. After finally getting the boxes into my new apartment they tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL $250. Mind you, I had maybe 15 boxes, 1 couch, and 1 bed moving into a first floor apartment. They will do whatever they can to upcharge you. For an industry that relies heavily on customer feedback, they have pretty horrible customer service.

We could not have been happier with the services provided. These guys were efficient, careful, and had us settled into our new place within a few painless hours. They even fixed a table we had that had been missing a couple screws..

It went pretty well. They showed up a little late but that is to be expected with moving companies I think. Every thing went into one truck....they packed it well.....and they unloaded and placed our furniture at the new house. There was some minor damage to a few pieces, but overall we were pleased with the service.

Jose and his team from Wrightway Moving were excellent! They were very fast and handled my items with care. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving. I will hire again next time I move.

Moving is stressful and Tonya makes it easy. We are repeat customers.

Two trucks and a crew of six did a good job of getting me moved in a day. Some furniture got scuffed in the move but Wrightway sent an in-home furniture repair guy who fixed the scratches.

They were so wonderful!! They completed everything I asked in a timely manner and put everything together.

I would recommend Wrightway. They were good. It was an exceptional value. They were very, very cheap and they still provided very good service. The crew leaders and the movers themselves were very polite and courteous throughout the entire process. I have used a lot of different moving companies, and they are as good as it gets. Nothing comes to mind to improve them. The price was excellent. They would get "A"s across the board. I would use them again.

Was an hour late then scheduled time. When arrived to take up 2nd floor, looked at the steps and said no. I asked if they could attempt to take it up and they refused. The entire reason I hired them was because I did not have someone to help me take it up the stairs. I own a F150 and a 20' trailer. I could have done tis myself as they put it in my garage. I now have to find someone to help me take it up to the 2nd floor. In addition, they charged me $45 for some shrink wrap. The entire roll of shrink wrap costs less then $45. They stood over me and asked to fill out the survey. Hard to be brutally honest with three people standing around and staring at you. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

Well. Only concern is about fragile boxes with heay furniture ok top of them.

Our original quote was that the house would be packed up within 6 - 8 hours. Packers were late arriving. 2 arrived, but 1 had to leave after 2 hours. There was an hour where no work was performed due to phone calls and shuffling people and boxes. 1 new girl arrived, but she was a trainee and not up to speed. Also, she had to leave at 4pm. Since we were down to 1 packer and had lots of interruptions, the job took 11+ hours instead of 6 - 8. The main packer was very good and very tired by the end of the day (so were we). The movers were quick and efficient. Only negative was that they plugged up our toilet.

Great company, great guys. Very welcoming and helpful, accommodating to our requests. We wanted to stay within a certain timeframe and they rushed to accommodate.

Excellent. The guys were very professional and courteous and very prompt. Have never encountered such an easy move. Highly reccomend these guys and will use them again should I need to move.

They did not come on the day that they promised.

Very poor. Movers were 6 hours late after numerous reassurances that they would be there shortly. Move ultimately had to be rescheduled days later. Combative owner. Poor communication. Probably works out well for some if all goes as advertised, but if not, be forewarned.

The crew was great they came in and got to work right away. Moved so quick we were not sure what items they were taking. Moved us in hooked up the washer and dryer. They were able to tell me where they left certain items when asked. Great company will use again.

Absolutely the worst moving experience I've ever had, and I've hired 7 moving companies over the last 8 years. Time frame I was originally given for movers to arrive was 12-2. No one contacted me and someone was supposed to confirm arrival within 45 minutes. I called and was told they were running late and would arrive between 2-4. Again, no call so I contacted company at 4:10 and was told movers were still running late and should arrive by 6pm. Again, no call to confirm so I called again and was told the movers "screwed up" and did not do as they were told and a new crew should arrive soon. The new crew driver called and said he hoped they would arrive by 9pm and it would most likely be a 3-4 hour move, when I was originally told it would be a 2 hour move! Tried multiple times to reach the owner via email and phone and was told the owner, Eric W. does NOT deal directly with customers, which was untrue as I had received 2 emails from him directly. Office person, Tanya, continued to blame the movers and say that the owner is not involved in day-to-day operations. She was rude and very unprofessional. New crew arrived at 7:30 and they began moving at 8:00 pm after I had to discuss the fiasco with the owner. He never apologized for the entire day being wasted as I waited on movers and had taken the day off to move. I only hired this company based on the Angie's list deal and positive online reviews. Hidden fees, rude employees and being 6-8 hours late is beyond excusable! Move ended up being twice the amount quoted. The crew that finally arrived worked hard and they deserved a good tip, but due to all of the problems and extra costs, they suffered. Would not recommend under ANY circumstances!!

The crews were very courteous and accommodating. However, I could not be at both locations at once, so I trusted they moved all of my possessions at the old house. I was wrong. I went back to find there was quite a bit left in the garage. I have an SUV, and it took me four trips to move everything that was left myself. I filled out the paper review form provided by the crew BEFORE I knew this, so that one was much more favorable than my final feelings. I also ended up being charged twice the estimated amount even though I provided a thorough and complete list of everything that needed to be moved prior to the move date. The guy who hooked up my washing machine at the new house did not install the drain tube properly so the first time I did laundry, I had a flood. In addition, I can't prove it was the movers' fault, by the laundry room at my old home also flooded following the move. So I had to clean up that mess, replace the valves for the the W/D hookups and replace two doors. The only reason I even knew about the flood was because I had to go pick up more items the movers left there in the first place.
