The truck they sent was too small and we had to make two trips which cost me a lot more money than expected. Let me tell you though. Those 3 men worked their tails off. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Wrightway again. The only difference is that I would make sure the truck was big enough for one trip.

The work went better than expected and they really worked to disassemble furniture that could not breakdown. I would recommend Wrightway to anybody moving. I will definitely hire them again.

Called 2 weeks in advance to schedule move. Price I was quoted seemed reasonable. Agent I spoke to gave us an estimate based on what I described and pictures she was able to view on our sale listing. However, the night before movers were scheduled to arrive, we discovered that they were not going to pack up remaining items for us and that would require a packer at additional charges. At the time I scheduled service, the fact that packing was not included was not made clear, even though it was in fine print at the end of a confirmation email they sent. They were able to send a packer that evening and she was able to pack up our remaining items with additional cost of boxes and materials. On top of that if we did not pay cash, we had to pay an additional fee to use a credit or debit card. Movers arrived on time the next day, but the 6-8 hours we were quoted turned into almost 10 hours. since we were paying by the hour, our charges ended up being higher than the quote. Workers were friendly, punctual and hard working. However, because of extra fees and having to hire a packer at last minute, the cost was almost twice our quote. Make sure to get all the details on what they will charge you. I don't believe we would use their services again.

3 man crew arrived late. It was sprinkling so they offered to reschedule, but we didn't have a choice. All of our furniture was wrapped prior to loading. Before beginning the supervisor (3rd man) made us sign a waiver releasing them of any damage because the truck was loaded by a different company. Waiver was not mentioned when liability insurance was discussed with the office during scheduling. Two of the men were polite but it was obvious the 3rd man arrived upset and seemed to take his frustration out on our belongings. A few examples: Instead of carrying a hexagon shaped side table up a flight of stairs he laid it in its side and rolled it up the stairs. Halfway up the stairs one of the other men ran over and carried it by himself the rest of the way. Second example: He put a large tub upside down on a dolly going upstairs. Tub contained mostly silk flowers and stems however there was a container of small round glass fillers which broke open and spilled everywhere- unexceptable. No need to move tub upside down and actually moving it upside down made it more difficult for him. I don't like giving reviews but I felt this review was indicated.

Hard working gentlemen, they hustled to move me in 2 hours! Very good response from Tanya throughout the process. Definitely would hire again!

It was very frustrating. We were able to purchase 2 Angie's List deal allowed by the company and set up a time. It seems as if they contract out to different groups of people and we ended up with 2 separate contracts. One of the moving teams arrived almost an hour and half late and we had to wait until both teams were there to start. One of the movers was very rude at the beginning and it seemed like there was much complaining. It seemed as if some of them were not use to moving from home to home but from apartments and it might have been overwhelming. One seemed shocked that there was a piano to be moved even though we informed the company about that and paid the extra fee for that. We will say that once the move actually started, one of the teams moved very quickly and was more professional than the other The way the contract was set up and the way you pay was very confusing and, in the end, we paid almost 3 times as much as we thought and had to pay 2 separate contracts for the 2 different teams. We were told later that there was, also, a shrink wrapping fee. Afterwards, we noticed that several items were placed in incorrect places even though we labeled the rooms and boxes as well as we had some furniture pieces with broken legs and scratches. We did eventually get out items moved and do realized we had a houseful of items but believe that the job might have been too much for them.

Very pleased. The crew was on time and worked fast. They were very careful with the furniture and nothing was damaged. Excellent job.

It went great. They packed and moved item very carefully. Special thanks to Jorge and crew for transporting and packing everything very safely. Will definitely need the safe crew for moving out from storage to my new home

Movers were prompt and courteous, and worked quickly. In addition to the $50 fuel charge that is not mentioned in the Angieslist deal but I was told about over the phone, there was a $60 charge for shrink-wrap for the furniture. So, the $220 for 3 movers for 2 hours was $330 before anything even moved. Add another hour and a half (about 1/3 of which the movers probably spent taking breaks -- not that I have anything against breaks, but don't charge me $130/hr for time spent not working) plus tips (which their checklist makes fairly clear are expected), and the $220 special comes to $580. If you're going to offer a deal, offer a deal. Otherwise, just be up front about pricing.

I made several calls to schedule date b/c my husband had to take off work for us to move, Tanya was very accommodating with this. We were given an appropriate time of 9am to meet the movers at my unit. They texted us to let us know they would be arriving right at 9, so we drove to the unit, only to get a call saying they had arrived but something was wrong with the truck, the mechanic wouldn't come to our area and someone should call letting me know what to do from this point. I called Tanya she told me just to wait and they would try to get another truck to us. I said wait here at the unit? How long will it be? She couldn't tell me but said not to wait after all. So we drove back home. After another phone call explaining we needed an idea of what time to expect to move, that we didn't have all day to wonder if it was gonna happen or nor, she called again letting me know they were sending a mechanic to look at it. We got a call around 10:50 letting know they were on the way. We met the 3 movers at the unit but it was more like 2 /2 movers cause the driver was either on his phone, doing paperwork, or standing in the unit. Tanya called , I let her know that we felt inconvenienced and didn't want to pay for mileage when we just wasted that going to and from the unit. She wasn't willing to reimburse us for any any convenience, and We felt that she or the company should have.

The movers were polite and professional. I requested 8 am they arrived at 10 am. There is a window you are given the time is not guaranteed. They got right to work, and finished by the time I needed. I would refer this company or use them again.

Movers were efficient and quick. I was never told about the $5 it costs for every item they have to wrap in plastic, nor was I told that they don't bring any boxes, not even a wardrobe box. I had to make 4 trips after they left BC they didn't have any boxes. Workers were in a hurry and quick to leave my stuff scattered every where without care to ask about it.

The team was AMAZING. They where efficient, professional and hard working. I appreciate all their hard work. I would use this company again!

They were fine, they were on time. They did the job very well, they were pleasant people. It was all good. They were very responsive, very easy to deal with. They were right on time. I would use them again.

Excellent service! Great move! I would hire Victor's team again in a heart beat! They were punctual, considerate, polite and professional. Very conscientious of all furniture; didn't hesitate to wrap and protect all that needed it. I could not have been more pleased with Victor's team! Highly, highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic. Tanya was great answering questions I had and with the few changes I had with the move. My 3 man crew was very prompt and efficient. They were also very helpful in taking some large items to my dumpster.

It went perfect. This is the second time to use Wrightway Movers and I recommend them to everyone. They are very professional and work very hard. Anyone looking for a professional move should us Wrightway Movers.

Move went well. The "deal" on Angie's list for 3 men, truck, 6 labor hours was good, but Angie's site says "limit 10 deals/household", not limit 1 deal/job. I purchased 2, thinking this meant I would have purchased 12 labor hours for my job. The mover said could only use 1 eal, so I paid the balance of my labor hours directly with the mover, then must seek refund for the unused deal from Angie's list. Angie's list needs to remove the current verbage (what household is moving 10 separate times?) and replace that with "limit 1 deal/job", to avoid confusion as well as the hassle to get a refund from Angie's list, which if you are not a "Gold" member cannot be obtained by live chat or by phone. Word of warning to others.

Great. My son and daughter in law were very pleased both times they have used this company.

The men worked quickly; they got the work done in half of the time.
