Easy to schedule and the crew that was sent out was very nice and courteous. Clean was great and didn't take too long at all. Was for a one time deep clean but we are considering monthly service now. UTC

The house keepers cleaned very well and finished on time. They were very efficient.

They were excellent. My experience with them was positive. They were a little overpriced. They were efficient and polite.

The Maids came out to my home four times. Three of those times I had to re-clean things that had not been thoroughly cleaned. Each time I took a picture and sent it to the office manager. I was told the lady in charge of that area was not able to clean it as thoroughly as I wanted it cleaned. The areas were a white kitchen sink and white glass stovetop. I am able to remove stains with basic items purchased at basic discount stores. The service was too much money for me to have to re-clean areas.

The crew did a fantastic job and did not miss a thing! They were the best I have ever had at cleaning!

The ladies (4) were punctual and arrived with all cleaning supplies in hand. I was blessed with the Yellow Team, Leader: Paola, Kitchen: Maria, Bathroom: Marien, Vacuuming: Yolanda and Dusting: Paola. I showed them the interior of the home, explained which areas I did not want services performed (my preference). I still have moving boxes in many of the rooms and I explained they could dust and vacuum around them. I was not prepared to have them clean the Master bedroom/bath but that will be done on their next visit. They began working immediately. Every room I wanted done was spotless. I was particularly impressed with how clean the kitchen was! I am a home cook and cater to those that may need assistance. My kitchen needed a great deal of assistance and Maria did wonders (even washing dishes in sink from night before!). Every stainless steel appliance looked as new! The tile flooring, fireplace surround (granite), kitchen granite, bathroom sink and inlaid stone on coffee table shone with luster! Wood flooring was cleaned and buffed with a towel mop head (dry). Ceiling fans were dusted, every nook and cranny (molding around doors, blinds, lamps and shades, etc.) was clean! I have a Pembroke Corgi that sheds horribly, no sign of hair anywhere they cleaned! Excellent job ladies! My initial call was about a month prior to services rendered. This company is busy because of it's excellent services! They explained the price, the cleaning services, what to expect from initial crew and that they would call a day in advance to cleaning. All was accomplished as quoted. I have a call in to this company for a monthly cleaning, yet to be scheduled. The cost was $160.80 per hour for the initial cleaning which comprised of four specialized cleaners. I did use the $50.00 off coupon on Angies list, but with tax, less the coupon I paid $298.18. Well worth the price to have a clean home!

I contacted the Maids to get a quote on a move-out cleaning on our apartment that we had just moved out of. I made all my quote requests on Sunday, so all of the housecleaning services I contacted were closed. The Maids were the first company to contact me on Monday morning. Their quote was very competitive with the other top rated providers on Angie's list, and, although they were not the lowest, they were the the first company I was able to follow up with and schedule the cleaning. The Maids were to notify my wife 20-30 minutes before they were to arrive at the residence to give her time to get to the apartment to let them in. They gave advanced notification, but the maids did not arrive until an hour after the call (30 minutes late). The qoute I recieved was for 4 maids at $160/hr and an estimate of 1-1.5 hrs. Only 3 maids showed up, but they did discount the rate to $120/hr. It ended up taking them 2 hrs to finish. The work they did was impecable. Everything was cleaned beautifully. They were able to remove melted plastic (microfiber rag, whoops...) from a glass stove top, rejuvinate "fake" hardwood flooring, and make our shower look better than it ever has. I wish we would've done all this before we moved out of the apartment! There are no cons to the quality of work that was done in the apartment. They even dropped of our keys to the office so my wife wouldn't have to leave work again. The company was supposed to follow up with me after the work had been completed to make sure everything was satisfactory before they ran my credit card on file. Unfortunately, the card was ran before anyone followed up with me. I had to contact them to follow up with the cleaning. The Maids offered a $50 dollar discount for an initial deep clean with a 2 hr minimum to Angie's list members, so I wanted to get this coupon applied to my service. Since I only had 3 maids at $120/hr for 2 hrs, I was not elligible to recieve the coupon. I had to reach a $320 minimum, so I thought the coupon description was a little deceptive. HOWEVER, the manager did give me a $25 dollar discount/refund on the service due to the discrepancy, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, I was pleased with their service. I think the time it took 3 maids at the reduced price came out to be a wash with the original quote since the manager gave us the refund. The only imporvements I would recommend is the reponsiveness on the follow up call and the timing/punctuallity of the crew. The service that was done was worth the $236 that I paid. ($240 + tax - $25 discount) The quality of the cleaning was perfect. I would use this service again, and I will recommend them to others.

They did really good work in some parts and really shabby works in other parts. There were four of them and they were all very nice and courteous, but they just didn't do a complete job. They left personal items in the house and skipped parts of the house. They never cleaned under the kitchen sink.

The maids got here on time, accompanied by their on site manager. They got straight to work. Very thorough and professional. Very impressed with service rendered. Was trying to stick to a particular time frame and budget, both of the ladies and the manager worked with me to accomplish that and communicated it to the ladies.

The company is extremely professional and very well organized for a cleaning service. They outlined what I could expect out of the cleaning service, and approximately how much it would cost. $300 is a lot to pay for cleaning a 2BR, 2BA house in my experience, but The Maids assured me their team was very detailed and would do the kind of deeper cleaning you wouldn't get from most cleaning services - like baseboards, walls, doorways, etc. Unfortunately that level of detail is not what I got. I got what amounted to a standard cleaning, and paid 3 times what I'd normally pay for it. I would not use them again and would not recommend them, unless you're there to supervise and guarantee that what they promise is what they deliver.

Supposed to do a complete thorough house cleaning. Four people shoowed up, on time, and proceeded to clean the house.They charged $170.00 per hour which I thought was steep but since my wife had just passed I was willing to have the cleaning done egardless of the cost.I was told they had a regular 11 (?) steps they performed when cleaning a home. They may have hit four of five of the eleven. It wasn't until they left that I realized so little had been done. They never picked up bath mats to clean under them, base boards were not dusted, blinds were dusted but left at all kinds of angles and they used some type of perfume scent when they left. I wish I had known they would mask any odors with this smell as it was very unpleasant.

Deep clean entire home approximately 3000 sq feet. Did an excellent job. Completed job in 3 hours. Would definitely use them again.

I posted this on a different service. Im sorry it took so long to write the review for the right company. I had a bad day and called to see if they had someone available to clean my house. I just didn't want too. As luck would have it they were in the area and could come. The ladies were early, they came in, got right to work and did an awesome job. They cleaned my house as well as I do and it only took an hour. I had done some laundry and it was in a chair, they folded it. I had washed my sheets, they were in the dryer. The ladies got them out of the dryer and made the bed. I wasn't expecting either. The entire experience was great and I would recommend them!

These guys did a great job. I had moved out and was getting the house ready for sale. There were just a few pieces of furniture left in the house and they moved them to clean behind and underneath. They arrived right on time and we had no communication problems of any kind. My house is approx 1600 sq feet and the 3 of them were done in just over 3 hours. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been using their services for about five months and they do well. They call each month to remind me of my upcoming appointment. I am able to switch around the date if necessary. They seem to be trustworthy.

I have been using this company for over a year. I chose them because they seem to be well known around the area. The crew seems to be similar each time, but they can send out who is available at the time. Both the yellow and blue team have recently both completed the work and I have seen no difference with the quality. They call in advance to tell me when they are coming. They do a good job with the work and I am satisfied with their price.

We have been using their services for months. The same crew comes to complete the job each time. They are always on time and when they leave, there are no issues. They defiantly pay attention to detail and are wonderful. The work has turned out very well.

They are very responsive and flexible if we need anything extra done. They also provide great customer service on the phone and are flexible with schedules as well.

Four persons arrived with only three days notice on time. Received several calls from the agency confirming and going through services prior to the appointment date. The maids spent 2.5 hours with each handling their assigned duties going full throttle the entire time. Paying a premium for their number of crew members and turnaround time. Would use again but need regular house cleaning and the cost is prohibitive on a weekly or biweekly basis.
