I do not know how this guy is getting such good reviews. I do not think they verify on Home Advisor. We found him through the app Handy. He showed up to plant seasonal color in our front yard and charged around $250 which was reasonable. Then my husband hired him to come plant seasonal color in the side yard while we were away. Unfortunately, my husband did not get a price in advance. When he came to collect the money, he told my husband he wanted $1600. My husband was furious. We ended up paying $1200 just to get rid of him. My husband asked him for a business card and he said he did not have one. So my husband told him he could have the check when he brought back a card. Suddenly, Ivan was able to produce a card. Upon further inspection, I found alot of pansies left strewed around in the containers and not planted. We are happy we live in a gated community and hope Ivan will not be allowed back in. Shoddy work and what we believe is incredible dishonesty. His positive reviews must be from friends and family.

Ivan was very professional and he did a great job. I was in the hospital recovering from Covid19 and we communicated via text messaging and he did great. I would definitely use him in the future for lawn service, maintenance and future projects.

Ivan and I agreed to a price for the work to be performed. I paid him before the work was done because it was Saturday and I had things to do. I came back home to find the cushions of my outdoor furniture stained by muddy hands, my grass damaged from the stump grinder, no chemical applies to the roots as we agreed, and only one of the 2 branches cut. When I asked him to come back he got angry with me told me I cry too much. A real pro.

Ivan came to the house, assessed the job, quoted a price and time when the work can be done. Everything was done as expected and very thorough, as opposed to the other company we tried. I plan on using Ivan and North Landscaping in the future and highly recommend anyone to do the same. Great company.

I called and Ivan said he could be at my house within the hour and kept his word! He did a great job on trimming our shrubs and cleaning up our leaves in our yard! Very satisfied with his work and would recommend this company!

I needed a large tree trimmed in the front yard. Ivan was the first to respond. He was flexible on pricing. We set a date and he called me back saying he was in the neighborhood and could do the work immediately. I was not at home but gave him the go ahead. He did a phenomenal job.

Ivan was wonderful to work with. We were adding plants and some stone work to my exhisting landscape. His suggestions were welcomed, the quality of the plants and materials were excellent, and he and his team did a wonderful job of installing. I will use him again and will highly recommend him.

They arrived on time and immediately went to work. I had about 6 trees trimmed and one completely removed. I am extremely satisfied with their quality and the clean up.
