Multiple extremely detailed e-mails were exchange with Debbie regarding cargo, furniture, dimensions, etc. Detailed measurements and pictures for each item were provided trying to prevent confusion or misunderstanding. When inventory continued to be wrong, I called inventory was always off; almost as though it was intentional. We finally got inventory accurate and iron down the estimate. Now I expected that estimate is that.. and expected a 10% or 15% increase. When movers arrived, they reviewed our belongings within 5 minutes, the estimate increased by 60%. Again, multiple phone calls with dispatcher haggling over discrepancy and when I finally told them to leave. They then quickly agreed to do it for original estimate. I was concerned that they would take my things then charge me when things arrived. I could no longer trust did not use them for the move. They intentionally put movers in a tight spot so your forced to use take their service at a inflated price. We had 4 days to complete a 2 day trip 1,700 miles away with a home full of belongings with no movers. We were forced give away many of our things for practically nothing.
