Great Service

I thought I was dealing with a decent company but, after trying to get them to make a warranty service call, they've fallen flat. Maybe they're going out of business? Missed appointment last week with their service technician. Never showed up or called. I've left several messages for him to call with no response. Main office seems to be ignoring my calls as well.
