Showed up timely and did exactly as promised. No issues.

We called around to compare quotes. Another company quoted me a similar price for a Monday replacement. Mister Glass actually told me they could get the replacement glass from a different distributor for $60 less if we waited until Monday. Meaning that the Mister Glass price was a great price for the weekend compared to others. They were trying to save me money, but we really needed the glass replaced that Saturday. The installer showed up as promised. I would highly recommend others to use their service if needing auto glass replacement. Lawrence was the dispatcher who I worked with.

It went great. They were prompt. They finished the job quickly, and carefully. It was well priced as well.

They were wonderful and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience. They arrived punctually in the parking lot here at my office, did an excellent job replacing the windshield, and charged very reasonable rates. I was very satisfied!

Based on their reviews under Auto Glass on your list, I called them on Monday, August 23rd to get an estimate and to set up an appointment for them to come by my place of employment to replace a crack windshield in my Lincoln Aviator SUV on Wednesday, August 23rd after 10:00 AM. They were to call me before they came out and upon their arrival. Never heard from them. Finally called them about 4:00 pm on Wednesday August 23rd. After placing me on hold for an extended period of time they came back on the line and asked my who I had talked to as they apparently had no record of my appointment. They were to check and call me back in about ten minutes. It is now about 5:00 pm and I have yet to hear back from them. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.and hope that you post this information on their report. If I don't see it posted, you can cancel my membership to your service and refund my fee. They did okay, everything was fine.

Very good service from start to finish. Good experience on the phone and the service representative showed up on time and finished on schedule.

It was very good. They came when they said they were going to and did the job in only an hour. They also charged exactly what they said they were going to charge.

I called these folks several months ago and we didn't get together for meeting at the house. To their credit, they called several months later and we set an appointment on a Saturday morning. The person showed up on time and said he would get the owner to get me an estimate early the following week. I didn't hear from them and called, got the owner. He apologized and said he would get me the information later in the afternoon or early the next day. Now, almost two weeks, several calls later, several promises made and still no estimate. If they are this sloppy on their estimating, I wouldn't have them do the work.

I liked that they arrived when they said that they would. They were upfront about the cost and it was reflected in the invoice. These guys are the best. They are an Angie's List find. I never would have found them if it hadn't been for Angie's List.

They came out the next day to replace the glass and everything seemed fine until I went to drive my truck and then the window made a noise like air was getting in. I called Mr. Glass and they said they couldn't be by until the next day to fix it. It was inconvenient to be without my vehicle for 2 days, but I did appreciate them coming to me to fix the window.

It went like clockwork. Came out, gave price, showed up on appointed day, did work.

Very easy to set up the appointment, get the insurance info & approval lined up. But, on Saturday, when I was scheduled for replacement, instead of getting notified of the two hour window that the repair was to be done, I was told I had to reschedule because one of the workers wasn't going to work that day. On the day of the rescheduled repair, I got a call before 9 am telling me the 2 hour window the repairman would show up in. The repairman showed up 10 minutes after the end of the two hour window. He was not apologetic. However, he was friendly and got to work quickly, finishing the job in about 45 minutes and cleaned up the area pretty well. It hasn't rained yet to be able to tell if the seal is good.

Very well. Easy to schedule with, very courteous customer service. The person who came replacing the windshield is very friendly, he replaced my windshield and cleaned up in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Mister Glass did a fantastic job on my request. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and gave me an estimate immediately. She cautioned me that it was a busy day so it might take several hours for the service provider to arrive at my house. Nonetheless, he was there in 2 hours! He was very professional and quick. They vacuumed out the glass in my car and even on the driveway. My total charges exactly matched the estimate. I would recommend them highly and would use them again myself (although I hope that won't be necessary!).

Excellent communications setting up appointment, arrived as arranged and completed within 15 minutes. Would do business again.

The serviceman replaced the window in about 30 minutes. He suggested I take the car to another company to have the tint replaced and told me the insurance would cover it. He was very professional, quick, and did a great job. I would recommend this company.

David called in advance to set an appointment to come to my home and replace a windshield. He arrived on time and did an excellent job in a very short period time. I watched him perform the work and to the extent of my knowledge of such work, he was very conscientious and did a great job. I could tell he was a very experienced installer. Great. Representative found the window in 1/2 day, even though it was manufacturer discontinued. Installer arrived on time, was very friendly and quick, and did a great job. Even vacuumed up the broken glass from my car.
