Mike called me and set up and appointment midday! Came out and spent real time looking at our attic to asses the damage. Mike spent the time to talk us through our options. Their crew was able to come out on short notice and start our removal. Absolutely outstanding work!

There was a problem with one of my A/C return vents that I found after the work was complete. It looks like it got stepped on and it pushed it through the ceiling of my utility room and bent it. I just found it, I don't go into that room unless doing laundry.

There were able to complete the job on tile and quickly. They were trusting for payment as well. No issues as of this point.

The tech was humorous with the project guidelines and did the work well with safety and organized tasks. Well service to use again.

Mike Harsin was wonderful to deal with for this job. I judge a firm by price, quality, promptness and on-site work habits. They were good for all these. I won't crawl into a ceiling to observe the work so I had to judge their work by what my research on line and neighbors described needed to be done. It was all done, and the site was cleaned well after the installation. For one of those projects you just need to do in home ownership, this was a great experience. I'm happy.
