Description of Work: My son kicked a whole in the wall. I called Drywall Repair Specialists on a Sunday and received a call back on Monday. He came out that same day and did a perfect job repairing the wall. He retextured the area so it all matched. He also went to the paint store and color matched the paint. You would never know there was a hole there. Great job!!

Description of Work: Repaired hole in wall for a listing in Lewisville. I have used them before and they are responsive and do a great job for a fair price. They take care not to muddy your floors and clean up after themselves.

Description of Work: I had already hung Sheetrock in a room remodel so I had them tape, bed, and texture the walls and ceiling. They did a good job except they charged about 20% more than what they originally estimated. Cost is the main thing I considered when I decided not to do it myself so this was a sticking point with me.

What this dummy omits from his sob story is the fact that he SIGNED a labor agreement that states he would be charged on a time and materials basis! The "estimated price" was in the range of $800.00-$1,100.00. The extra time was needed to correct his sub-par attempt at drywall installation and to redo many existing bad tape joints. We even took a pay reduction to keep closer to his budget! So his crying here is just sour grapes. I will be happy to show anyone the contract that he himself signed in order to prove that he was not treated unfairly!

Description of Work: I had a pipe replaced in the wall. Chris repaired the hole in the wall that the plumbers had to make in the wall. He also rpaired two other holes in the wall. I have usad Chris before and will do so again.

Description of Work: They checked out a discolored spot on a ceiling and determined it was a one-time water spill. They cut out the bad piece and replaced and repaired the area. They DID NOT paint the area, so I'll have to do that myself and I was under the impression they would do that as well.

I have no record of working for this guy, so I can only assume that he's borrowing someone's account ( happens all of the time ). I just do what people tell me to do. Some people are willing to paint a patch in order to save a little money and some people would rather have me do it for them. That's why I ask. You'd think this guy would've asked me when I was going to paint it when I gave him his bill! If you're planning on posting a dumb-a** review such as this one, at least use your own name so that I'll know not to work for you again in the future. Jeez!

Description of Work: Contractor repaired a small area of damage in my Garage. He was prompt, completed the work very quickly, and did a great job. No one could tell he had repaired the spot. He had to go to the paint store to get the correct color to paint -- He found the exact color and ensured that it would match perfectly before he left. Awesome job, Highly recommended.

That made it kind of difficult to get to work the next so, so I'm sorry. As for the price - he agreed to it before we started. It's not like he wasn't forewarned. Oh well...

This is yet another made-up, bogus Angie's List review. First of all, I have no record of ever talking to this guy, or even going out to his house in Dallas. I so rarely have time to "look" at jobs that I would have a record of being there! And I'm not in the habit of showing up a day late unannounced. And the address that this guy is using turns up on a Google search as an empty lot!!! I'd post it and let you see for yourself, but AL has a cowardly policy of anonymity which allows anyone to post a bogus review with no recourse. I challenge this guy to prove it was actually me, but he won't. He has no proof.

Description of Work: Chris Golden called, estimated and scheduled promptly. Dan Golden arrived on time, reviewed work to be performed (sheetrock hole repair), protected the environment with plastic liner, took his time to do a quality/professional job, cleaned up after the job, charged less than originally quoted and verified the job was to my satisfaction before leaving the job.

Yes, it's true. I advised her when we first spoke that I was working on a big project and it would be at least a month before I could get to her. I also advised her that she might want to call someone else, but she said she would be happy to wait for me. And now I'm again being punished for being busy. Thanks again to Angie's List for allowing someone that I didn't work for to grade my work! Great system.

Description of Work: We had a 4x3 ft defect in our garage ceiling after my husband fell through the roof walking in the attic. He came right on time, worked a solid three hours and the cost was right at what he estimated. He stated that it looked like the area had been previously damaged and patched, so he was able to fix it all. We are very pleased with the overall appearance. We will use this company again.
