He is just terrific. His price is reasonable. He is always right on time and dependable. He cleans up after himself.

Dan did a great job. He was on time, called before he was to arrive as I requested so that I could be home. He really took care of the details and he kept the work area very clean. I was suprised at how difficult this "easy" job would have been for me to do. I would highly recommed using them.

Most of the individuals I contacted before Chris weren't interested in the job or failed to follow-up after the initial phone call. After describing the project to Chris, he provided me an estimate over the phone due to the travel time between Grand Prarie and Frisco. Chris completed the job flawlessly, under budget and even touched up a poor do-it-yourself patch job in another room. As an added benefit, he offered to blend the paint on-hand with the rest of the ceiling.

Overall, I find Chris' approach completely unprofessional. If he can't or doesn't want to make it, HE SHOULD LET YOU KNOW. We count on someone showing up when you tell us and I missed an afternoon of work waiting for someone. When he tells you someone will be out, be skeptical. I had read a previous review of Chris where something similar happened and I thought it was probably a one-time occurence. Guess not. I even gave him a second chance and still no return contact.

He was very good and did excellent work.

We were very pleased. They asked us if we already had paint to apply after they were finished saving us money. You could not even tell there was a hole there when they were done. They were out in one day.

He returned the call after I left him a message. I got a timely call back to set up the appointment. He showed up when he said he would be here. He gave me as close an estimate as he could get based on the information he had at the time. Some of it took a little more money because the wallpaper was hard to remove and he charges on an hourly basis. He did a really great job. I would absolutely use him again.

Chris Golden owns the company. He does a good job of getting things done and his quality of work is great. Sometimes it is better than the original construction. He is good at matching textures and does emergency repairs. We were happy with the price which is competitive with others.

These people were the best and I would not do business with anyone else. They did exactly what they said they would do, did it on time, and also cheaper than anyone else. It was perfect work.

I thought the owner's name was Chris. Once I found out their name was Drywall Repair Specialists; I didn't know they were the same company. I sent them an email and he responded very rudely and basically said he didn't want my business.

Chris came to my home and repaired damaged drywall in my laundry room. He was prompt and very professional. His quality of work is excellent and he was fully prepared to get right to work. It is obvious that he is a professional in his field! I will be calling him again very soon to complete some additional work in my home.

He did a great job. The wall looked fantastic when he was done. We called him on Monday and he was able to come and do the job really quickly, which was important because we had company coming.

I have the "popcorn" type ceiling and the living room/dining room are vaulted. Taking off the old drywall to repair the cracks is messy business. They did a great job of draping everything that couldn't be moved to protect it from the dust; plus every day before they went home, they did a wonderful job of vacuuming and cleaning up, so my home was still livable. They had to build scaffolding to reach the area to repair in the living room/dining room. It would have been ever so much easier if the job was for a standard ceiling -no such luck. Chris was kind to dust off the reverse side of my ceiling fan in the living room - as long as he was "up there" as well as to educate me on repairing wall paper "curls". Chris' Dad was kind enough to trim a brown branch from my front yard live oak, having ladders that would grant access. Since I was repeatedly ignored for my requests to the tree trimming company that initially did the job. So this Dad and Son duo go beyond the "call of duty" to make their clients happy. I wish we could have gotten a closer match on the paint but understand it's tough duty when you don't have a gallon of the original paint to go by.

I left him an e-mail on Monday. On Tuesday (today) he called and we discussed the problem. He said that he could be out to fix the problem at around 2 PM. He called at 1:30 PM and said he was on his way. He arrived at 2 PM, looked at the problem and began his work. He finished at 4:15 PM. The work was excellent.

It went perfect. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and charged what they estimated.

When I called, Chris said he was driving at the moment, and asked that I call right back to leave a message on his voicemail so he could return my call when he was out of the car. I did this and never heard back from him.

They did great work. Their clean up could have been better. But their work fantastic. They treated us very professionally and they were trustworthy. I wasn't afraid to leave them alone in my house.

Chris showed up on time and did a great job. I scheduled some carpet people at the same time and he worked around them. His "splatter drag" texture looks awesome!

They gave us an immediate estimate. I told them the jobs I wanted and they provided a very quick and reasonable estimate.

It was a great experience, I can't say enough.

Chris arrived at the time that he said he would. He had one helper with him. The first day he removed the paneling and re-textured. I stayed in a back room most of time with my spoiled dogs. I never heard a lot of chit chat going on which I really appreciated. The second day he also arrived on time and did the painting and replacement of the molding. Chris did the job in the time promised. I thought he did a great job for a picky client. I would definitely use him again if the need arises.

Excellent experience. Chris and partner arrived on time, did an estimate on the spot, I agreed to that and they immediately left for the home improvement store to get the material. All work was done by the end of the day. I have used Chris before for interior drywall repair and was very pleased then.

Arrived on time; were totally knowledgeable about their craft. It has been a few months since I had this work done and can report no problems. These guys are artists. The job they did to me is flawless. They repaired a job that I had tried to repair and had no success with. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH; not to mention the additional work that they did for the originally quoted price.

Chris and partner showed up on time. Gave us a reasonable quote and completed the job in three days. It would have taken me two weeks minimum and I've done this kind of work. Three days was unbelievable. I came home to find NO DUST, No debris, nothing. Every speck of dust was gone! None, even in the driveway! He pointed out that the ceiling had bowed over the years. Then he double sheet rocked it for support and aesthetics, NO EXTRA CHARGE. Then he smoothed, undercoated and painted the ceiling. The room looks like nothing ever happened. It's cleaner than before the accident and the ceiling is absolutely PERFECT. Tape and bed is invisible and the paint job is the best I've ever seen. Oh and he charged us LESS than he quoted
