Chris is the concerned person and he did a great job. He came in and protected the wall from being dusty or dirty. He was very professional the whole time that he was here and he did a real good job. You can't really tell where the repair existed because the job he did was very neat. There was a huge hole in our ceiling and smaller one in the side wall. We had got it done several years ago by another company but they did a horrible job. We also had another plumbing issue so we had to take it back down to do the job. Finally when Chris came out and did the job, everything was so perfect. I would definitely recommend him and if I had to rate him I would give him five stars. I have few other works to do, so I will definitely use him for that in the future.

Chris showed up on time to do the estimate, showed up on time to begin the work and finished on time (even a bit early) and under budget. He was meticulous in prepping for his work each day, as well as clean up at the end of each day. While his fee rate is hourly, he was constantly working -- no slack time while on the clock. His work was excellent, his attitude very professional, and his work ethic was amazing. I would absolutely use Chris for any future jobs of this nature, as well as others, since I found out he also does painting, will remove wallpaper and other services. My husband and I were both very impressed with him and the quality of his work!

They were excellent. They covered the furniture and everything when they had to sand the ceiling. The repair was impeccable. They were courteous and quick. I would highly recommend them. Their price was also reasonable.

I stepped thru my dinette ceiling from the attic while running wire. DRP was conveniently located, so I contacted them. We scheduled for next day, he was prompt, and did a FANTASTIC job. I don't remember how much it cost, but recall it was worth it, and still marvel at how professional and efficient he was even though it was almost a year ago. My only criticism was his attitude. He was somewhat unfriendly (he said it was because it was early on Saturday). His attitude left much to be desired, but the work quality was outstanding!

Excellent job. They results were great and they matched the texture exactly. They even went to Home Depot to pick up some extra insulation to replace the insulation that had been damaged by the leak.

These two guys are everything they said they were. Price was reasonable-they could have charged more, once i saw the finished product. I most certainly will get them again for future work. Great job from start to finish-extremely neat painting, too. The work areas were cleaned up thoroughly and scraps hauled away.

Chris is just unbelievable! We had had a leak in what we believed came from an air conditioning unit in an attic. Chris removed the damaged wall board from the ceiling and part of the wall -- did an absolutely excellent job on the repair. You couldn't tell anything had happened -- it was just so perfect. He arrived early on Friday morning to basically pack up all of his remaining materials and as soon as he got upstairs I heard him holler "OH NO!!" We had had a huge rain the night before and, in fact, it was still raining very hard that morning. ALL of the work Chris had done was again soaked through. Chris immediately climbed up into the attic and located the real source of the water intrusion. We did not have an a/c leak as previously believed -- water was actually coming from an area on a chimney. I was beside myself! He then began tearing out wallboard and re-directly water into buckets he placed in the wall so water would not run on down the wall and ruin the carpeting and ceiling below! So, we were back to square one but with even more damage but, with so much less had he not been here. Of course, it poured down rain all weekend and into much of the next week. Chris was here every single day either working to remove wet materials, redirecting fans he brought in, or checking to make sure he had the problem under control until the rain finally stopped and everything was dried out. My job threw him off schedule by more than three weeks. All I can say is that I don't know what I would have done without him. It was more than a blessing that he was here during that time. The final work is fabulous. No one would ever believe what happened. I wish I could build a house and have him do the entire thing! He is truly a perfectionist. DO NOT even hesitate to contact/contract Chris -- just do it! He's now like a member of our family -- only better!

They did a great job. I emailed earlier in the week, Chris emailed back almost immediately, we set something up by phone, Dan came at the appointed time and was in and out in 30 minutes. The whole thing was a breeze.

He was very dedicated to finding and resolving the issue, and after the leak repair was done he did an outstanding job of drywall repair and painting. It can not be detected that work was ever done. He also did several clean up and patch jobs on damaged drywall, nail pops, corner break aways, etc. Work was priced fairly, estimated fairly, and he always did show up at the agreed upon time. I have used Dan a second time now, and would highly recommend him to others that need drywall repair, and/or interior touchup painting.

This was a list of small items, I left Chris at home and went to work. He locked up when he was done as I requested. When I got home, I was happy to see he took care of everything, it appears that he was never here!!!

Overall, it went very well. His work is focused and quiet, high-quality and detailed. He doesn't complain when things don't go according to plan and believes each problem has a solution. Arrives late morning, leaves late afternoon. I'm pleased with the work, the new bathroom, and will use Chris the next time I need his services.

Their prices were reasonable. They were a little hard to schedule a time with. They called me at the last minute to tell me they could come. It would have been better if I would have had notice, but it was ok. There were two men that came out to do the job and they were both nice. I tried to talk to one of them while the other was outside and he didn't want any part of talking to me without the other one. Their drywall repair was excellent! I have been told by someone else that the drywall couldn't be matched up, but they did. I would use them again, but they were difficult to get here. The quality was really good.

I had a beam installed that I needed covered by drywall, i did most of the work, but when I neded to get the edge just right I called and he came right out and did exactly what I needed.

Came on time in the morning. First thing he did was protect my flooring. Made a plastic tent around him to repair and texture. Brought in his own fan to help dry. Can't even tell where the hole was. I highly recommend this company.

Just called to schedule someone to come and give me an estimate on a job. The person answering the phone said that I could be put on a waiting list and they "would call when they can drop by." In addition, he said that he would charge me his hourly rate of $45 for the visit; so much for the "Free Estimate" claim they have. Any company that can not schedule an actual time to meet me and then insults me by charging for a "free estimate" obviously does not want my business.

I called Chris on Friday 7/2 after reading the positive reviews on Angies List. Chris called back on Saturday and gave an estimate based on our description of the problem. He said he could be at the house Monday morning 7/5 at 9AM. We thought the price seemed fair, so we told Chris to come on out. He showed up promptly at our house (North Ft. Worth) and the job took 3 hours. He was cordial, professional and diligent the entire time. High quality work - you can't even tell we had the ceiling patched because he did such a good job matching the texture on the patch to the original pattern from the builder. While he was out, we asked Chris to provide an estimate for removing wallpaper and texturing a powder bathroom and master bathroom. His estimate for these seems reasonable, and since he did a good job on this project, we will likely call him we are ready to take on these 2 additional projects.

Very prompt, did not come out to give an estimate...I agreed with the flat rate per hour. Worked the whole time, did not pad the clock as it were!

The job started with small items and when I realized how skilled Chris is, I quickly turned to larger projects, -the remodeling of two [2] bathrooms. His work, while not speedy, is quality through and through. We are delighted with the bathrooms, the exterior door replacement, the incredible interior faux painting, etc. For skill, attention to detail, design input, ease of working with, you can't beat Chris Golden. I can't image having anyone else do work in our house.

Chris called to confirm that he was on his way to keep the appointment and actually arrived a little early, just before 1:00 PM. He immediately started to work, hanging plastic sheeting and putting down drop cloths.He finished the replacement in the bath, re-textured the kitchen, then re-textured the bath. His charges matched the estimate, and the job took just about as long as he had said it would take. He finished clean-up and was out of the house by 5:30. No additional clean-up was required. Terrific job.

This job turned out bigger than any of us imagined at the start and it took almost three days to finish. Chris Golden and his father were always on time and could not have been more professional - this job deserves A+ alll around. We have already told them that we will have them back in the spring to texturize several rooms which are currently wallpapered. I highly recommend Drywall Repair Services.

All I needed was an individual to come out to my house and give me a price quote. I spoke with Chris on a Tuesday and he said to me "Someone should be out in your area, maybe on Thursday or Friday." I thought …..O-k-a-y....... The most common or dare I say professional thing to do here is actually set up an appointment with your customers; such as a date, time, location and the individual's name who will be meeting me. By Friday at 3:45 pm, since I had not heard from Chris or “Someone” from Drywall Repair Specialists, I assumed that no one was either going to call me or “be out in my area” that day. So I called back up and again Spoke with Chris, who seemed as though he had dismissed from his mind the relaxed appointment he made with me. ~ This is exactly why you Make An Appointment with your potential customer’s! ~ Well, it doesn’t end there! He thought quickly and blurted out “I’ll meet you tomorrow at 9am”. I thought …..O-k-a-y....... and reminded him that “tomorrow is Saturday”. I followed up with “I’m fine with that, but I wasn’t sure if you guy’s work on Saturday or not. I definitely need an estimate for the job and my Realtor told me, that I need to have the job completed as soon as possible!” Chris said that he was fine meeting with me on Saturday and would see me then. Saturday morning at 9:00 comes around and there is no sight of Chris….. In fact even by 10:00am, I had not seen or heard from Chris or anyone from Drywall Repair Specialist. Last I checked – Time is Money and I sure wasted a lot of it on this company and giving them a “Second Chance”. Just wanted to share with anyone looking to have future work; better yet – a Quote given by this Company – do yourself a favor and Save the Money and your Time!!

It was such a wonderful experience! Arrived as promised, worked extremely quickly without sacrificing quality. Chris is a true gem.
