Very friendly and patient because I had ALOT of questions. Hahaha. They were fast, efficient, on time and they cleaned up before they left! Highly Recommended!!!

Overall, I was very pleased with professional, friendly and high quality service. I had never had a roof-line dryer vent cleaned before. Compared to a floor-level Vent, I found it to be a much higher cost than I expected.

There was a slight communication problem early on, but after contacting the company, they were more than happy to come back out and make things right! I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism. The technicians and the manager were friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. The manager even called to ensure everything was satisfactory and there were no questions or concerns before the technicians left.

They did wonderful service.

The crew seemed to be doing a good job. However, they did leave a mess that we were left to clean. Not too happy that we now have a few rattling vents and had a blocked ac drain.

I had never cleaned the dryer vent to the outside. He had to go into the attic to open the vent. But it was so quick that it was done before I knew it. He left no mess, re-attached the duct to the dryer. He was early and it was worth it. Be aware that it costs 7 times more (or so) if you have never cleaned it the duct work and it's been 20 years or so! But worth every penny!
