They were polite and call before time of appointment, but they lack to inform or to do on how their evaluation and cleaning procedures are done. It only took about 10 -15 minutes from the time they arrived and left. They were more interesting on selling chemical treatment. Inspection pretty much, a same assessment I would have done by myself. Left vent open and not completely clean. Disappointed.

The company explained the process well and has great customer service.

Friendly, professional and never left a speck of dirt on the carpeting. Went far beyond my expectations and the best part was the surprisingly low cost. No need to look further.

They were friendly and told me exactly what they were doing and showed me pictures of all the lint that was stuck in my vent. They came in did what they needed to do and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

My receipt was in the wrong format. I can see it on the screen but it only prints the bottom right corner. I notified them about this problem and heard nothing back. Otherwise I would have given all five stars.

Be aware, that even though this company could not clean my vent, there was a trip charge.

Hired a chimney sweep. He was on time but seemed a little rushed. He was not careful enough to bring his equipment into the house and bumped a chair and door. He forgot to close the flue after cleaning, and while he did vacuum the firebox, there was a trail of sooty bits of mortar from the den, to the front door. Not a huge deal, but annoying. He gave good enough advice on the fireplace repairs needed, he just needs to be more respectful of the home of the customer.

Able to explain and show you exactly what your issues are with no hidden agenda. The technician himself was very friendly and respectful of your wishes. Would highly recommend.

Our vent goes straight to the outside of our house and it did not take them 5 minutes to clean it......I thought 99 dollars was a little much for that. They were extremely nice.......other than the cost it was good.

I was quoted a price to clean the dryer vent, and when the technician arrived, he immediately said that the price was wrong and it would cost more to clean the dryer vent. I told him I have an email showing the quoted price and he just said he was not doing the job and left my house.
