Service tech came out on time, advised of potential issue and made recommendation for monitoring without pushing me to buy their additional service. Would definitely hire again

I had the tech and finally the service manager out to work on the pancake unit in the garage. It took 3 times to get it right.

He educated us on what to expect and look out for giving us pricing from the outset. Eddie and Rafe were prompt, courteous and friendly. They protected our belongings as they performed their work. They explained what they were doing and discussed findings as they were working. We would definitely hire them again.

Fresh air home services is good company. The person who came to our home for the service was excellent, soft spoken, nice in talking & very helpful to explain our problem of garbage disposal, thanks for the good service!

The setting up of the appointment was easy. The actual work was excellent. The technician was professional, explained the issue and process. There was a small miscommunication regarding cost, Fresh Aire quickly resolved this in our favor. The only thing we were not pleased about was the rude and brusque man who called demanding immediate payment. Payment had already been made!

These guys where extremely thorough, and friendly. I asked for a few pics of the progress. As I couldnâ t go into the attic myself. They took before, during and after photos and videos. I was impressed. Iâ ve already recommended them to my neighbors.

The guys that came were pleasant and polite. The mess they left was minor. The biggest issue was the upsell and them not acknowledging that they could not address my issue.

They were fair in notifying of price adjustments needed due to the level of clogging. Easy to deal with.
