Fresh Air Duct Cleaning

The crew that performed the cleaning were very friendly and professional. They made sure to explain what was being done. During the inspection it was noted I had some gaps between the fire box panels that need to be sealed. The technician went out of his way to explain the issue, and when completed he took pictures to show what he had done. I did feel that the price to seal the fire box panels was a bit high, but overall the service call went very well.

Joseph was excellent , punctual and communicated everything that needed to be done. It is not often that I find a serviceman who is so pleasant and thorough. Good job Joseph!!!

Good professional service

Was supposed to get a special price that was advertised of $129. I am on a fixed income and when they got here price increased tremendously.$270. For the same thing that was advertised only cleaned four vents and return, stuck a vacuum hose through the vent and only cleaned half the duct. Were here less than a hour! They saw an easy buck! Never again! Also I think they should be ashamed doing seniors or anybody this way! Stay far away from these people!

The actual work was fine but it is a super sleazy business model. They get your business by advertising a low price, but upon the service date, they will say they wont clean everything unless you pay them 3X the quoted amount.

The technician was very friendly, he arrived in a timely manner and was very thorough. My only concern is he wasn't wearing a mask. He was also not wearing any clothing that would identify for whom he worked for.
