The technician was great, provided a great assessment and proposed cleaning. The only comment is their phone and emails system are not linked to timely send emails and notifications, or billing. Received multiple text messages AFTER the work was done. But as far as getting the work completed, they were excellent.

Friendly. Professional estimate of what needed to be done. In addition to brickwork, swept chimney, repaired chimney top, patched cracks in firebox, and resealed and painted firebox. Excellent value for the price. Would use again if needed.

The workmen were very nice and prompt. After considering the results: 1) they did not measure the chimney correctly 2) they did not plan the installation at all 3) they did not bring the tools they needed 4) they took 3 visits to install the cover 5) I am not confident in their work.
