Their service person, Chris, arrived exactly on time. Listened to my problem and had the system operational within a few minutes. No parts necessary. He made a suggestion on a remote control to elliminate multiples and we ordered it. He returned with remote and had it operational for the whole system within an hour. Excellent service.

I had them do some repairs including installing a new receiver, They were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job.

Responded quickly and professionally

Caleb & I scheduled time for him to come out to give me quote. Day scheduled to come out, didn't arrive on time, so 45 min. later, called him & he said sorry & had forgotten, still wanted to come out & gave him job. Matt, the installer was professional and ran into problems, called Caleb to inform him that he couldn't complete job. After all was done, Matt did hang TV & looked nice. Caleb left before job was done & when informed electric wasn't done, Caleb said to get electrician. Bottom line, I wouldn't use this business cause of Caleb. No follow up after said he would & overcharged.

Matthew is professional and takes the time to listen so that you get exactly what you want, while giving tips and ideas at the same time. He is very service oriented and is a patient teacher, so that you are able to get full use out of your system. I LOVE the Sonos sound system! He is not pushy, and we plan to use him again.

Matt began with a free assessment of my home theater space, making recommendations for projector, amp, screen, and speakers. He then set up a time when I could see a working model of a similar set-up. Matt then provided an estimate of the project. We made some adjustments to the budget along the way (upgrading the amp, using shelving instead of a rack, using my existing vs buying a new remote). Before the installation, a walk-thru of the space was done with Matt's wiring guy. Decisions were made about where the speakers would be placed and how the wiring would be run behind the walls. During the install, Matt worked closely with another contractor I had removing popcorn from the ceiling and painting the walls and ceiling. In this way, Matt was able to cut holes for running the wiring and the painter was able to patch and paint the space immediately afterwards. The actual installation was about a 9 hour job including installation, wiring, and optimization of projector and speakers. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. The JVC 3D projector, Yamaha amp, and Sonance speakers were competitively priced while looking and sounding great. I felt that Matt was very reasonable when it came to pricing the labor as well. Matt also stands behind his work. When I had an issue with the projector a week after the install, Matt picked up a new replacement and installed it the next day. If it had been someone else, I might have been waiting days for a repair or replacement. Now my family is having a great time watching movies and playing games. I had a great experience working with Matt and I recommend him without hesitation.
