My front walkway floods when it rains, and gets covered with mud. I called Chris Roberts to talk about raising the walkway, and he showed me how we could just build a stone edging along the path for a fraction of the price. I ended up with a very attractive stone edge on my front sidewalk that cost only $250 and works perfectly.

They went above & beyond my expectations and handled any changes with a smooth positive can do approach. I wish all my experiences with contractors were as story book as this was. If you have ANY stone, concrete etc. projects call these guys. You will not be disappointed. They know their stuff. I fully intent to have several other fun projects completed by this great outfit.

We needed concrete footings poured on a sloped garage bay in order to allow us to install a 4 post car lift. Chris was cordial, prompt, and very reasonable, he and his men did exactly what I wanted them to do, and we expanded the job at my request to include some additional fixes. I would use him again the in future without reservation.

We called Chris on Saturday morning to get a quote. He came over within two hours to look at the walkway and gave a quote for breaking the concrete and hauling it off. The price was well below what we anticipated. He surprised us by saying he would have a crew over the same afternoon. When the job they were already on took longer than anticipated, he called to let us know they would be over the next day (Sunday). They arrived exactly when they said they would, quickly removed the concrete and had all pieces gone within hours. He even sawed off a jagged edge where the walkway had separated from our driveway, which turned out great; he did that on his own, which we thought was very conscientious. Chris and the crew were very nice and very helpful. We will definitely call him for any future concrete work we need.

Chris was very easy to get a hold of, and was very responsive. He was easy to schedule an appointment with, and was punctual. The work done was exactly what I asked for.

I secured two estimates. Both contractors were on time, and both seemed knowledgeable. The only significant difference was price. Chris Roberts' estimate was more than thirty percent lower than the other estimate, and Roberts said he could do the job the next day. The job was completed the next day (I observed much of the work - they used twice the rebar used in the original work) and the work was first rate.

Work was split into multiple segments because we had the entire back yard redeveloped and several other contractors were involved, including deck and fence. Chris's work needed to be done in several parts to fit a logical sequence (leveling first, then deck finalization, then bed/walkway and gravel fill). No complaints and all went very well.

From the first meeting with Chris and at that time he gave me my bid...everything was done in 2 days. They showed up when they said they would and keep everything neat and tidy. I even added color to my concrete order and that was done at a small extra cost and most important to me it was done with ease!! I look forward to working with Chris and his crew again...I have some masonary work that need to be done at my home..

All the work was done w/ care and in a timely manner. Everything Chris did was as he said it would be. The price was more than fair, and everyone is extremly pleased w/ his work.

We rarely used our old patio as it was badly cracked and uneven. We called Chris to give us an estimate for repair and/or new concrete. Chris is very responsive and gave us several suggestions for our patio area and estimates for both. We decided to expand the patio area and have him flagstone it instead of just concrete. He was able to use most of the existing concrete area, and just tear out the broken portions and pour new sections instead of removing the entire patio. We also asked about pouring some concrete in the driveway area that only had concrete. After discussion - we decided to use the concrete squares from the backyard and then use flagstone at the end. We also asked Chris to repair a front sidewalk and some loose bricks on front flowerbed. Chris communicated very well in always letting us know when the crew would be here to work and what they would do. Crew always showed up when expected and worked diligently. We are very happy with all the work done, and love the patio. Have now used it every day since it was finished. Would definitely recommend Chris Roberts Concrete.

I found Chris through Angie's List, and he was just as wonderful as the comments I read. At our first meeting he showed me lots of pictures of his work and it was great. Once the job started they worked thoroughly to get it done, without sacrificing quality. Chris was able to get a great match on color to existing pool deck and then did flagstone borders to match the ribbons around the pool. They did an awesome job on our outdoor counter. Their stone work is some of the best I have seen, superb craftsmanship and care. Every night everything was cleaned up before they left. High recommendations for Chris and his crew!

Fantastic. Chris was responsive on the phone, showed up on time for the estimate and was able to schedule the work within a couple days. Angel and the crew did a great job, and were careful to leave the site in better shape than when they arrived. They took care not to wash anything left over in to the alley or neighbors property. I highly recommend Chris and his team for any concrete or stone mason work!

Job went as expected even with the weather not cooperating.

Chris showed up as scheduled for the estimate. Of the 3 companies from whom I obtained estimated, Chris was the lowest by several hundred dollars. I hired him on the spot. He returned to do the project as scheduled. His crew was polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Chris came out the day after we spoke and gave me a very competitive bid. It pays to get multiple bids. We scheduled for a week later, but he had an earlier opening, which I agreed to take. He came with his crew that day and supervised for awhile. The crew worked hard and completed the job in four hours. They cleaned up carefully after themselves before leaving, even though they were coming back in the morning. Were back early next morning queitly to remove framing and clean up again.

PUNCTUAL, DID A GREAT JOB, AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. WOULD USE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Chris came over a couple days before and gave me an honest estimate and time frame of the work and so I hired him to start 2 days later. He and his crew showed up on time and did a great job and a very reasonable price. Chris is very knowledgeable and does great work and a great price.

Chris was punctual and got the job done ASAP. It was small job, but he made the effort to get it done right away.

Although the complete job took longer than originally estimated, unforeseen problems were dealt with using very thorough and professional solutions. In the course of cutting out old cracks in patio it was found that underneath patio was some loose bricks, as well as a small original slab. All loose items were removed and rebar was drilled into the sides of the remaining concrete to reinforce new patches before stone was laid on top.
