I’ll start by saying that the leaking has stopped and I called Brandon on a Saturday evening, and he was at my house on Sunday morning at 0800 for an estimate and the work was done the same day. Those were the positives here which is a great thing. While he is not an actual roofer, his guys showed up about 30 minutes later and while they spoke very little English, I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted done. The quote he gave me was definitely cheaper that some of the others I had received and we were at the start of 8 days of rain, so I decided to move forward with them because he said he could get it done same day. His 2 guys completed the work but it was definitely a patch job - I asked them to seal down all of the other loose shingles they didn’t replace which they insisted didn’t need to be done so we will see if it holds up. Instead of replacing my actual hot water heater exhaust pipe, they used a saws all, cut it in half and place a new one over it. That was fine because it was pouring rain and my house started leaking worse than before halfway through the job but I also noticed one of my AC ducts had been ripped and my high water auto shut off alarm wire had been cut where his guys had been working. Brandon was extremely helpful and gracious, even offering to repaint the ceiling as a result of the additional leaking however he was going to send over the 2 roofing guys to do it who have no idea how to do drywall so it was kind of an empty offer. You definitely get what you pay for here - so far, the leaking has stopped but this was definitely a short term patch job versus a detailed oriented repair by true professional roofers. The customer service that Brandon provides is great and he’s willing to do anything to make sure you are happy as a customer but I would not let the 2 guys who worked on my roof come back here again. If you need a very affordable, fast and responsive roofer and don’t mind some cut corners, these guys are definitely for you but I feel like I got what I paid for and while I won’t use them again, I would recommend that you have them out for an estimate and make your own decision.

I have had at least 3 roofing companies out to fix a leak and none were successful. Brandon at All Available instantly saw the problem that no one else could and had it fixed the next day.

Brandon came out to give me an estimate on a late Thursday evening and my shingles were installed the next day. The 2 guys he sent out were professional, they finished in less than 2 hours (only a portion of the roof needed repaired), and they not only cleaned their mess, but also asked if they could go in my backyard to get the loose shingles that blew off during the storm Wednesday morning. His quote was really close to these online quotes you can get from these sites. I've been in the building industry long enough to know if these guys were trying to gouge me. They did not.
