Very well. Punctual and reasonable pricing

Technician called to finalize the appointment. I clearly asked on the call what the cost would be to replace a keypad deadbolt and he said $35. When he arrived later that day he asked me how much was the quote. When I said $35 he insisted it was $85 plus taxes because it was a keypad deadbolt. I went ahead with the install but it seems that he changed the price to factor in his trip charge (business address is 1hr away) and perhaps the subdivision. The $19 service charge is clearly a ruse and I would not use this company again. Quality of work appears adequate.

ADI was punctual and was pleasant while he did his work. I added request to replace the patio door after he arrived and we rescheduled so he could get the part the same afternoon. Thanks.

Everything went well. He was done in less than 30 minutes which was impressive. I would use him again. I did however forget to mention the coupon on Angie's List while he was there so I'm waiting on a response to see if he will still honor it after the fact. Hopefully he will reply soon on Angie's list.

I was charged $20 extra for a steel door install. My $19 call turned into almost $200. We had discussed something closer to $100. Also I had to clean up afterwards as he didn't have a broom.

Price was cheaper than what he quoted me on the phone. He was there within the hour. He was great. I don't know if there is a place to put additional comments but He told me his name and I've got his business card somewhere around here. He went above and beyond, we had a break in at the house. Spoke to him while we were gone, called obviously I used Angieslist to look at the top rated folks and he was one of the top ones. He was the first guy that I called, said they were gonna be a couple of hours and they weren't sure. He came out within the hour and gave us a couple of different options. Lined up everything told us the best scenario and made sure that everything worked as needed before he left. As a matter of fact he did have a request after he left, he didn't have anyway to give us a receipt or anything for our insurance but that evening I actually called him and the following morning he actually sent me over the invoice and had a follow up call just to make sure that I had received that and that everything was working as it should be. It was great. He re-keyed all of the locks on the house.

That $19 just covered the travel fee and everything else was extra. It was $70 after that. He was confident. I had a lock key stuck in the lock of an outside building. He extracted it, greased the lock, gave me the key back and that was it.He got it done. He was on time.

He was very professional and friendly. Very customer focused. He performed the work in record time. He was punctual and respectful of my time and needs. He called ahead of time to make sure I was available. He was well aware of the product and provided helpful hints on it's use as well as precautions. Very pleased with the service and cost.

He did all three doors, which was 5 locks and was in and out in less than an hour!

He was very friendly, knew his trade very well, and was extremely agreeable when I kept adding tasks (quite a lot) to the job. I think his price was very fair considering all that was done. I put his address and phone number in my phone for the next time I need a locksmith. I will use him the next time I need a good locksmith.

It went well. The only thing my husband didn't like was the agent tried to upsell us. He told us our locks were bad and needed to be replaced instead of a cheaper rekey option. We declined because they were newish per the prior homeOwner and also look new and not beat up. My husband inspected the handle after the agent left and it appears that the agent wasn't turning the key the entire rotation, which made it seem that the entire lock was faulty. I'm glad we didn't replace all because after rekey they work just fine and we tested many times. Other than that the service was great and the price was too. I would just make sure you take a look if they say the entire lock needs to be replaced when doing a rekey.

I had wonderful service. The company came out the same day of my call. The work was done very efficiently.

Four of the locks were rekeyed even though they were very old. One lock had to be replaced. I'm very satisfied with the service. All of the locks are working well.

I used them. They did a great job. I was very happy with them. I have a car key and electronic. Its a key less where you can unlock the door but it is key less. Absolutely an A. They are efficient. They are fast, they know what they are doing. Their equipment work. They are knowledgeable, and they were on time. They were very specific to what I needed to bring. It was very seamless. Their office is not very nice. Their office is very minimal. They could definitely get new chairs for their office. Their office could use some improvement. It took 10 or 15 minutes. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Could not have been better. They were here within 30 minutes and the work was done in about the same amount of time so I had all new locks within one hour of calling! Very professional, courteous and affordable.

Mr. Gogan was punctual, respectful, and pleasant, and did an excellent job rekeying and replacing van and house door locks.

It went well. I had a very old lock set / handle on my door and I bought a nice set from Lowe's I wanted to replace. The locksmith had to readjust by drilling more holes to accommodate the new lock set. I noticed that it wasn't done correctly after he left so he came back shortly afterward to get that corrected. All in all a good experience.
