Rodney did an excellent job replacing my garbage disposal. He responded promptly to my request and was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honest. I highly recommend Rodney for any plumbing needs and handyman services. The price was reasonable. I will definitely be using him for all my future projects.

Pros: Rodney is very nice and knowledgeable. The work he did was good. Cons: Make sure you get an estimate. I screwed up and did not- and I ended up paying WAY more than expected. He started at 9:30, left for a few hours (to get a part) and left at 3:30. (Home Depot is 10 min away btw) $950 later, i now have two faucets replaced, but a half bath with no sink, Sheetrock cut out of the wall, and a pvc tee replaced. I don?t feel like this should have taken 6 hours.

JMR took the job when other's wouldn't because there was a little extra work involved. Fortunately Rodney was knowledgeable enough to complete the project quickly with the least amount of work necessary. His customer skills are above par. I would recommend JMR for any plumbing project.

JMR replaced two outside faucets, washer connections and connected a new gas cooktop. The work was done well and in a timely manner. My only concern was the pricing - seemed a bit high for the work that was done. Overall, I'm pleased with the results.

We could not be happier with the job Rodney did on replacing our water heater. First day for a few hours trying to troubleshoot to confirm the problem and the next day, new water heater, kill switch and sensor, and recirc pump all back operational by 1:30 that day. Water is already heating up! He and his crew were simply the best; on time, courteous, and great cleanup after the job. We've finally found a solid, reliable, and quick to respond plumber.
