Matt and Woody are extremely reliable. They show up weekly without prompting. My lawn looks great. They are both very personable and easy to work with. I recommend them highly.

We mow our lawn on a 2 week routine. Matt consistently does an outstanding job. I am sure my neighbors and passers-by admire my sharp-looking, neatly mowed, trimmed and clean-swept lawn as they go by my property. To automatically get a sharp, clean and neatly trimmed lawn, call on Matt. He also does wood fence repair work. He recently replaced two broken fence posts and wood gate and did an excellent job. Highly recommend his good workmanship, and he is always professional and courteous.

Matt was excellent. I wasn't even in town yet and he showed up and after talking to me briefly by phone did a perfect job and went above and beyond. That was good since we are new to the community. He's just gained a new full time customer. And also a great bonus is that he is an Army vet. We have always looked for vet-owned firms and Matt allows us to support a new business and one of our nation's finest.

The lawn was weedy and grass was tall, it was cut to the best that they could, we are satisfied with their work, looking forward to working with them again. Thanks Matt.

Contacted Army of One and scheduled an appt. for a Monday morning. I was impressed that the owner Matt. He showed up on time. I have had major problems with other lawn care services showing up late, not at all or rescheduling. Matt inspected the irrigation system thoroughly. I was having problems with several of the sprinkler heads working improperly or not at all. Matt replaced several broken sprinkler heads. Some of the other sprinkler heads were not working and Matt found that some of them had broken water lines in the ground where the sprinkler was located. The line at the end of the last sprinkler was left open and was releasing water like a water hose underground. Matt capped the end of the line and replaced the sprinkler head. Some of the other sprinklers were broken as well as the water line feeding the sprinkler. He was able to fix these problems as well. Matt also put out some sod on a few bare spots. Matt found some grub worms and ants in the front yard and treated the area. When all this was completed he did an excellent job of mowing, edging, weed eating and blowing off the porches, driveway and sidewalk. I have finally found a lawn care service that can do it all! I was outside while Matt was doing the work and saw for myself that he is reliable, trustworthy and a hard worker. When he found a problem he would immediately show me and explain what needed to be done to repair the problem. Matt also programmed my timer for the sprinkler system after the job was already completed. I was impressed that he took the time to this for me without my asking. He said he wanted to be sure that the treatment he put down for the grub worms and ants got some water on them because the treatment would work better with some moisture to get the treatment saturated into the ground. Army of One is by far the best lawn care service I have ever used. My search for a quality lawn care service is over! Army of One is just not a lawn mowing service but a REAL Total Lawncare Service. I was very pleased with Matt's work. He first did our yard on the 21st and will be coming weekly. I have had a problem in the past with other yard care personnel cutting the grass much too short. When Matt finished mowing, the grass was the perfect height. He is very efficient, competent, professional and industrious, and our lawn has never looked better. He definitely knows what he is doing, and I would highly recommend his quality work to anyone.

We have been searching for a lawn care service for some time. In the past, other lawn services either did not call back (unresponsive) or did a shoddy job. Like a bad-looking haircut. The very good thing about this service provider is that a person answers when you call in for service. Not an automated "Please leave a message," or "We'll call you back." The Army of One stands above the rest. We are positively sure our friends and neighbors would be greatly satisfied with the lawn work he does. On a scale of 1 to 10, we would rate him a hearty 10! We own a substantial sized corner lot. Matt went above and beyond in making the lawn look crisp, clean and sharp! Five stars!

Army of One did a fantastic job. Owner, Matt, was very professional. He agreed to show up on a Monday morning and he did. I have had lawn service companies in the past where this has been a major problem, so right from the start I was impressed. I have a very small yard but Matt put in the time to do the job right. He is a hard worker and went above and beyond what I had paid for. He had agreed to mow, weed-eat and edge for a very reasonable price but also trimmed a few hedges and some low hanging tree branches as well as pulling some weeds. This was really impressive as he provided this service at no additional cost. Matt said he wanted to spend a little extra time to get my yard looking great the first time, at no charge, because he wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. It is hard to find someone that is that dedicated to making sure they go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I have had several different lawn services and individuals do yard work for me in the past 6 years and Army of One is by far the best. Superior quality of work, great work ethic and reasonable price...my search for a quality lawn service is over! As a bonus, my wife was very happy...Thank You Army of One! Exceptional lawn care service! Very professional and friendly. With the spring coming on, my wife and I needed the general lawn servicing done, including small tree trimming and a little prep work for the new year. The owner, Matt, showed up early and didn't waste any time in getting to work. He did the job in a timely manner at an exceptional rate. I would highly recommend him and use him again in the future. I first heard about this service provider (Matt) from a friend who highly recommended his services. I received the contact information from him and was able to contact the provider with great ease. The attitude, friendliness and fairness of pricing led me to set an appointment with the service company. When they arrived, on time may I ad, they immediately got to work. I also noticed that they were very professional looking and organized. The equipment and trailer was in excellent condition. When they were finished, I was blown away with how thorough they were. Dang, my yard looked better than when I've cut it in the past. Another thing I really liked was how well mannered and cordial the service provider was. Bottom line, what led me to write a review, was the fact that they pulled the weeds from my front two plant beds as a bonus. It wasn't apart of the package deal. I can appreciate someone who will do the smalls things to make something look really nice. I will definitely be using this service provider again.
