Terrible people working for this company. NO integrity at all. After suffering home damage from rain water and having a major mold issue within the home our insurance engaged SERVPRO to begin services at our home. Committed times to come to the house, return calls confirm services and NOTHING. Complete lack of integrity and full of excuses. Large company that benefits from our misfortune. They don't care about integrity.

Responed timely, went to work immeadiately. Informed me of what needed to be done prior to begininng kept me informed during entire process. Supervisor remained on site during process to ensure accurate and efficient work was done.

Servpro came in on time every day. they were very polite. They were very professional. They started and finished the job when they said they would.

Everyday from the beginning they came. Scott and the other crew constantly spend time in our home to check and recheck that the dryers were where they needed to be. All the crews were respectful,knowledgeable and did their job. Explaining what would happen and follow up was in large part due to Scott and his attention to detail while in our home. Phone calls, daily visits, etc. He kept things moving while issuring the floors,cabinets etc. got dry. It was an added bonus they have a working relationship with our insurance company because I got there name from a friend. I actually had never heard of them before, but if you have an event such as water in the house and you must move fast, these are the people to do it. They know what they are doing.
