 + -1 moreTerrible people working for this company. NO integrity at all. After suffering home damage from rain water and having a major mold issue within the home our insurance engaged SERVPRO to begin services at our home. Committed times to come to the house, return calls confirm services and NOTHING. Complete lack of integrity and full of excuses. Large company that benefits from our misfortune. They don't care about integrity.

Description of Work: Servpro cleaned up the mess left on our first and second floors caused by a water heater spraying water for two weeks in the attic. (We were out of town).

 + -1 moreResponed timely, went to work immeadiately. Informed me of what needed to be done prior to begininng kept me informed during entire process. Supervisor remained on site during process to ensure accurate and efficient work was done.
Description of Work: Cleaned up flooding from toilet. removed floor, carpet, wall board, wet insulation, carted off waste, provider sanitation, and air dryers, Responeded in a timely manner in the middle of the night.

Description of Work: Evaluation for severe animal odor in attic and walls. Servpro stated that it would not help to deodorize until the cause of the odor was removed. When all sheet rock and insulation removed odor gone. Appreciate honesty.

Servpro came in on time every day. they were very polite. They were very professional. They started and finished the job when they said they would.
Description of Work: After a Fire in our attic due to lighting servpro came in (the next day) and started to clean up smoke,water damage and fire extingusher residue. They also took out and cleaned a great amount of books and furniture. This was all done with professionalism.They were al ways on time,always worked hard all day.They cleaned out my a/c ducts so the a/c could be used again.When it was time to put every thing back that also was done with professionalism.

 + -1 moreEveryday from the beginning they came. Scott and the other crew constantly spend time in our home to check and recheck that the dryers were where they needed to be. All the crews were respectful,knowledgeable and did their job. Explaining what would happen and follow up was in large part due to Scott and his attention to detail while in our home. Phone calls, daily visits, etc. He kept things moving while issuring the floors,cabinets etc. got dry. It was an added bonus they have a working relationship with our insurance company because I got there name from a friend. I actually had never heard of them before, but if you have an event such as water in the house and you must move fast, these are the people to do it. They know what they are doing. ,
Description of Work: we had a toilet fill tank line burst and called Servpro to come out to start the process. we had quickly got the wet dry vac going. They did the same but most of the water was not on the surface of the tile floors and wood floors. Scott came in and told us what would happen. Guys took off baseboards in all affected areas. Then they poked holes in drywall every foot or so where the baseboards would go back on. Then in came 55 commercial dryers and dehumidifiers. Each day they came and checked moisture levels and redirected the dryers as needed. Not a fast process but precise in the result that it was getting the job done. We don't know what the cost is because insurance will be paying most of the charge to get our house back in order. We did not want mold to grow,naturally, and they were diligent in seeing the house was dry when all equipment was removed. They are not doing any remodeling as that is to be done by a separate company that the insurance company has chosen. Servpro did the first step in getting the house dry and free of water damage.
