They did an excellent job. It broke and we couldn't get the building secured. They were more than helpful in getting out there in a hurry and getting the problem corrected for me. The reason I actually had them come out was because they could be there when I needed them and the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.

They came out to give me an estimate and tried to sell me a new door and said it could not be repaired. I called someone else and they came out today and repaired it.

I had used them before and that is why I called them.

As far as the job they did, it was an "A". It was just expensive. They came right away.

I called O’Brien because I had them when I first moved in and I don’t even remember the problem back then and when they came over and I am thinking, Oh my gosh, there goes my savings and I would have to get a whole new garage door. For less than $300, I was fixed and he did it with a smile on his face and he was just the sweetest you can be about it. I am extremely impressed. I called them the second time because I liked them the first time. They are in my speed dial on my phone now. He was here within a couple of hours of when I called. They have just never steered me wrong.

They quoted over the phone $125 for labor and $45 for one spring. When they came to the house they charged $185 for the spring and $45 for the labor. Plus they tried to get more to replace the rollers. I called them and they said that some springs are more costly. I was told by other companies, not true. That means the 20% discount is on $45 not $125. After they left I did some calling around and have found that are over priced. I was told by others that 2 springs should been put on. One company said he would have done 2 springs and replaced all the rollers & a tuneup for $200.

It was fine. He is okay. It's a little expensive.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He adjusted the sensors by repositioning them where the garage door worked properly. He was also able to program the Home link in our vehicles to work with our garage opener. I would use Obrien Garage Doors again and recommend them highly!
